- Originally quoted $2500. Paid the deposit to lock in the deal. The day after I drop it off I was told it was going to be $600 more because they didnt order enough vinyl because I didnt provide correct dimensions like I wrap vehicles for a living. (Paid deposit with debit card)- I was told it would be done in 3-5 days...it took 3 weeks.- I provided a design. They approved it then didnt wrap it the way it was agreed. Then I was told it couldnt be done the way it was approved. With only their interest in mind they tried to talk me into revising my design so they didnt have to order more vinyl.- I asked if I could just pick it up and get a second opinion and they told me I would have to pay an additional $1300 for what they quoted, a job that was 75% done.- I personally had to mock up a new design to show them how it could be done. Had to send several emails of other wrapped trucks to prove Im not insane and that the logo can be bigger.- When I dropped the truck off I was told I would get photos of the progress. I received photos up to the finished product then I was told, There was a new policy and they no longer can send photo updates.- After all of that the truck finally gets wrapped and it looks great. I go to pick it up and pay with the same debit card I used to put a deposit down. The owner tells me he doesnt take debit and can refuse any payment he wants. That he wanted cash or cashier check. He then threatened that he had a lean on my vehicle and if I dont pay in 60 days he will own it. (Telling me this while I have a debit card in my hand.). His excuse was he didnt want to deal with a 3% transaction fee. That he was losing enough. 3% was $65.

Great service and excellent quality. The Wrap Professor is the only company I let touch my business vehicles. Highly recommend.
