Ordered an item online over 6 weeks ago. Website stated the item was in stock. However, I still have not received the item. Made several online requests for the company to contact me and called the customer service line multiple times. I still have not spoken to anyone at the company.The recently stated on their webpage that theyre experiencing shortages of stock being shipped in. But the item I ordered was already listed as in-stock.

I recently went into this store for the first time. It is very well organized and extremely easy to navigate the sections to find what you came for. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Jerry and Mr. Christopher (I believe that was his name. He is a Marine). They were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thank y’all for helping me find the best gear for my training purposes and making recommendations for other products throughout the process. I highly recommend this store.

Great selection and excellent customer service! Always organized and clean, location is a bit hard to get if you are driving south bound. I went twice to buy boots and there was no pressure but they were still available to answer any questions or quickly help. When I had to return a pair of boots because of a defect; I was told to visit when the manager was present BUT then the exchange was a breeze (yes, I had my receipt). I cant recommend them enough, great job!

Called to see if they had certain gear available and they were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Inventory is great but they WILL NOT sell or even let you look at a Armor Plate unless you have Credentials which to me is against 2A and the right to defend myself. Store looks pretty but their way wrong with their choice in policy.

This place has lots of tactical gear to offer.

My wife had a very good experience here. It was a last minute purchase just before closing and the two gentlemen kept the doors open for her and helped her find exactly what she needed. The store was nice and clean too.

They have everything you need but your going to pay for it. That being said the saying you get what you pay for absolutely applies here they carry high quality gear and the high quality price if they also had. Some cheaper options Id go here for all my gear.Side note if you are a Kbar or Benchmade enthusiast this is a great place to shop.

I had a great experience here earlier today! I went in to get a pair of boots for my husband whos deployed, and I believe it was the general manager who approached me and was kind enough to help me (even while I was on the phone with my husband). He was so kind and informative, and I cannot say how much I appreciate that. I am definitely looking forward to going back when my husband is home for another pair of boots! To the man who helped me, thank you SO much!

This place is awesome! I needed to buy a uniform to send to my husband in Afghanistan. Clothing and Sales not only didnt have it, but they told me I couldnt get it anywhere else locally. I went into US Patriot Tactical just to check... they had it! Im so glad I didnt listen. They didnt have his size, but they helped me order from their website. They were so helpful! Highly recommend!

This is the first review I have ever left for a place, but this stores customer service was so phenomenal, it was the best I have ever seen, without exaggeration. They knew what they where talking about, extremely friendly, and went way above and beyond. I cant stress enough: this place was amazing.

Very convenient location, when I need something at the last minute, they are always open and have what I need. Good customer service and friendly.

Nice facility, helpful employee, but HIGH PRICES.My two biggest complaints that have always kept my from buying here 1) are the limited stock of items (only a relatively few brands and items) and 2) the high prices compared to other surplus/mil/LE gear stores for simple things like belts or t-shirts.If you want something specific from one of their brands that you cannot find anywhere else, they’re a good option for being able to see it in person. But even in those cases, I’ve found better deals ordering online after seeing it in person.

Me and my family were visiting our son for his Christmas block and noticed this little store. We stopped in to buy our son some things and noticed they had law enforcement gear. The younger gentleman, Brad, had some pretty good advice on what they had and we plan on coming back here next year. Hope they have more to choose from.

Went in to find a souvenir coin for my brother back home. The lady at counter said you could not get challenge coins unless given to you by your leadership. I told her I was aware of this as I am in the military but I didn’t want a challenge coin. I wanted a little souvenir coin for my brother and she said those could not be bought and she would know because her husband was in the military 20 years. I told her that was incorrect as they sell them at the Exchange on Fort Hood because I had looked but they just didn’t have one with MY unit. I left the store rather than argue with a civilian who thinks they know everything about the military because they are a military wife, she could have just said no. Also most of the gear sold in the store that I looked at is made in China. Prices are way too high for gear not made in the USA.

First of all, very bad service from one of the employees is not the first time that she helps me and she does it with a very bad attitude, you can not ask her for help because she answers angrily. The first time was a few weeks ago before the store closed for a few days, I spent a long time in the store waiting for help and in the same way she help me in a very rude way. I left everything i was about to pay and left the store.people like that shouldnt be in jobs like that because there are people who will always ask for help. very bad service, hopefully she is the only one with a bad attitude there and not the other employees.

They have a wide selection and they were the only store to have not just the boots I wanted, but stocked in my size! I was asked when I walked in if I needed help finding anything, so the staff are quick to offer help.

Timothy was the gentleman that helped me. Dude is incredibly knowledgeable. Awesome personality. Gave me great advice on what shoe would be the best for me. Didnt pressure me. This is the very reason I only buy boots from you guys in store or online 👍🏽

Management needs a stern talking to specially about the prices marked. You don’t tell a customer that it’s not the right price specially when it’s cheaper than what the price is SUPPOSE to be. You tell the customer it’s your lucky day because this one didn’t get priced correctly. It’s in a locked show case to.

Went in for boots and was immediately helped, given 2 or 3 recommendations for arch support and comfort in a lighter weight brand. Found some morale patches that I will have to come back for as well. Very friednly helpful staff.

The people are rude, they don’t give any good information on their products. They don’t know what they are doing, youre better off going somewhere else!

This store in Killeen was able to order and overnight 2 vest plate carriers from a sister store and get them in store and called for pickup in less than 24 hours.

Customer service is good. Not alot of products but what they do carry is good. If your looking for law enforcement equipment this place dosnt really carry much.

Patriot had good customer service, and they had a decent selection for the small size of the store. There are very few places in Killeen to buy 5.11, VertX, and Propper as two of the police/security stores in town closed. They also carry some sub par stuff like Condor, but thats to be expected.

Stopped in to buy a couple of items. Was greeted at the door with a welcome to US Patriot Tactical. The Employees are very Friendly and well knowledgeable. I well be going back.

I have to say i love the store most of the time thay have everything i need, but the customer service is horrible from the point when i walked in to when i asked for help with getting something off the top shelf the guy acted as if i was bothering him didnt even get a thank you for comeing in..

This store is convenient, clean and well organized. It is geared to the working professional associated with Fort Hood and the hard core sports participant who is into militaria; think Airsoft. The prices are on par with other locations that sell tactical and military gear. Some items were a bit more than an Army Surplus store some were much less. Everything here is new, as this is not a second hand store or surplus. This is not a gear centric store. It is mostly clothing, such as; tops, bottoms, boots, and some accessories. If you need 5.11 clothing they have a small selection. This was my first visit, so I do not know if they adjust the inventory to reflect seasonal needs. There were a few cold weather items and a good selection of boot socks, but I did not see the 5.11 gortex jacket, or something similar from Condor or other popular brands. Overall it met our needs, and the staff did not chase us out, even though we were wrapping up our selections right at closing time.

Dont buy boots here for any reason. I wore the pair I bought there around the office for about an hour and half and they started to rub my achilles tendon, the boots are still in brand new condition but they refuse take them back, even though their return policy says they should. Ive been back twice after being told to go clean them and no matter what they wont exchange them. 0/10 would not give my money to again.Do yourself a favor and just buy from the PX
