Had my car over there to check on battery. Guy was very cold and rude. Didnt seem like he really wanted to help Terrible customer service and didnt really care whether I stayed or left. He definitely didnt want my business so I went somewhere else

Called in the morning and asked about price and availability.Was quoted a reasonable price. Not the highest and not the lowest.Asked what the brand was. Got the answers probably Continental.I drove there after lunch to purchase. Would not take credit card over the phone.I was told he had to add acid and charge would take about 30minutes. He wanted to get paid before he started.After all was said and done the $100 battery had a name I had never heard of, Inga, nothing on it to indicate where it was manufactured but it was in an ill fitting Continental box.After a short while he asked if I had a charger at home. He said it would save time if I brought it home and put it on a charger. OK!Then I asked about warranty. He said one year it’s on the invoice. It wasn’t.He ended up writing one year on the invoice.Never again.

The guys here really know their stuff. Quick diagnostics and great prices. I checked around town and their prices beat almost everyone. Customer service was great and I was out of the shop in less than half an hour.

Ive never had a bad experience with Battery Warehouse and Ive been going there for the past 12 years. Theyve even charged a dead battery that I bought from other merchants without charging me. They always have a wide selection of batteries, and their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, from diagnosing the problem and removing the old battery to closing the hood as youre ready to leave. You may find a cheaper battery sometimes, but I prefer having people who know their business when possible.

My family has been doing business with them ever since they opened in the early 80s. I have Battery Warehouse batteries in all of my vehicles. They always go the extra mile to satify me and its always at a great price, when compaired to other businesses around Killeen...

I bought two batteries from this place the first time the battery lasted about 18 montha and they prorated it with out a receipt. That battery went dead in 13 months and they would not replace it without the receipt. So if you buy a battery from here keep your receipt you will need it. I have never had a problem at auto zone, oreily or Walmart with out a receipt. The battery had the year on it and battery warehouse. They know it was bought from there. The reason behind it, is that we may have bought the car with the battery in it. We have owned this car since 2006.

Called in to check for a battery for my car had to repeat myselfes multiple times to be underatood and the sales rep just left and didnt even say he was going to check so i do nit recommend this company go to Wal-Mart
