Great customer service, great work. The only issue is that they require you to purchase their expensive battery when they replace an alternator that is under warranty. What I thought was free, ended up being almost $300. I could have gotten a good quality battery for much cheaper. For that,, they get 3 stars. The staff/crew/team was great and they did a great job.

Took my car in for a loud noise the mechanic and person in office were really great in trying to help and I was told it was transmission problems & ok’d with ins and ordered one. They called to let me know it was in & dropped my car off that afternoon @ 3:30 but there were different people at that location and never talked to the two I had been talking to for a whole week. Called me next day @ 1:30 telling me it was done. Really? I was told it would take 3 or 4 days! Drove off and drove right back to them next day because car was still making loud noise that I took it in for. They didn’t know! Took it to another place they didn’t know they said could be transmission. Really? I don’t think they looked at my car either cause I told them to look at wheel hub. But at each place the wheel hub was mentioned in invoice but nothing done runaround. Took my car to Mitsubishi dealership in Waco where I had to pay $50 deductible but after test drive not even 5 min, it was wheel hub and bearings!!! He didnt know how I could drive with it is as loud as it was! 3 weeks of trying! Go figure ! Took them an hour to fix and done!! But Precision Tune took my warranty company for $1700 and a transmission! I don’t believe they put new transmission into my car cause there was nothing wrong with it to begin with. Lights would have been lit on dash and car would have shut down to prevent any other damage is what dealership said. They sure didn’t fix anything on my car! But feel like they fixed someone else’s!? And got my ins too pay for it all. They acted like I was just gonna have to deal with it telling me a bunch of bull like I’m stupid and didn’t know what he was talking about. I just had a good warranty and they took advantage of it. If they did switch out transmissions I want to see proof and serial numbers from both transmissions. Nothing about any of that felt right and guy at counter knew that!Be careful going here and what they tell ya! I was without my car off and on for a week and still didn’t get fixed. I will drive all the way to Waco to have my car serviced just knowing I can trust what they say! Still don’t know what happened to original people I had been talking the first week they were great but the ones that came in week later the day I dropped my car off didn’t do nothing but put me out!

They are older people, and they are soooo slow! It took at minutes to just be helped. I was third in line b.t.w. Not to mention the next 10 minutes it took for her to find my tools, and work the register I can only assume shes worked since cash registers said Cha ching. Out of convenience in location, I use them. But I find myself traveling to other stores to avoid theirs. They are however nice people though.

Replaced intake manifold and related components on mercedes, vacuum lines routed incorrect or not at all. Paid premium labor, still dont drive it. Im retired/disabled Engineer!

I needed a diagnostic done and they charged me in my opinion way to much 162.00 I never heard of a check being that much. They had not even done the check to see what could be wrong wont be back . I just needed it ASAP didnt have time to go anywhere else on a Sunday. The total I was quoted was outrageous 2000 dollars. I will be going else where. On top of that I see someone on reviews didnt even get charged for diagnostic at this place horrible business.

These guys are straight ripping people off. Who knew a dealership would actually be cheaper?! Precision wanted to charge us over $2200.00 for front wheel bearings, front struts and front strut mount plus labor. The dealership only charged $1300.00, still high but seriously better deal, considering we almost paid double that. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, SHOP AROUND AND GET QOUTES SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Work done well. Estimates for future work are questionable. Some parts are double in price than those locally available. Total replacement of parts when only certain areas need replacements is unnecessary work and doubles the labor.

Went to get my oil change, the employee saw me and walked inside. I waited for a minute (maybe he was going to get some help), I eventually parked and went to find the same employee sitting in a chair like he didn’t see me waiting. Then he tells me he can make an appointment to change my oil for Monday?! You have to make an appointment to change your oil now? I went down the street to their other location and got amazing service without an appointment. This place needs a management change.

The service is great and affordable. We’ve had issues with both of our vehicles and have been able to get better service and estimates than the dealerships.

This is my 2nd time going back for the full synthetic oil change. And I will never go anywhere else. We will be relocating to Georgia & am so thrilled that they have location in the city we are going too. Everytime I have made an appt they are ALWAYS ready & waiting on my arrival. They are always so polite. They complete the work in a VERY timely manner. I really can go on and on and on about them but Words honestly dont do it justice. Just trust that they will live up to your expectations & then some!! Thanks guys you have a lifetime customer right here.

Brought my car here after pulling 24 hrs duty they offered to take me home so I could sleep and even called me to let me know if my car needed any extras before doing the work. After all work was done they politely called and told me whenever I wake up I could come get my car. They even picked me and picked me up. The best part? The prices were super reasonable. I’m sold here.

I paid $1300 for my ac to be fixed Mar 2019.....and now a year later it is broke again ....the compresser is bad.....and they want me to pay again $1420. What??! I dont trust this shop!!

Eric and the guys really do a great job on repairing your vehicle. I had my radiator replaced and the guys got right on my vehicle and I was out the doors with three hours. My new radiator is not leaking but if it does I know I can return to Precision Tune and have it fix under the outstanding 12 month nation wide warranty. Precision Tune has earned my respect and business and yes I would tell my friends about the outstanding services these guys provides. Precision Tune 1305 Central Texas Expressway, call these guys they will take good care of your vehicle maintenance needs. Hope not to see you soon concerning my vehicle, but if I must I know Eric and the guys will repair my vehicle and get me back on the road at a very reasonable price. Great work guys!!

Went in to replace a front lamp bulb on my Honda Pilot. I brought the bulb with me and was quoted $55 then was told I wouldn’t find anyone to do it cheaper went right around the corner to Valvoline and got it done free in less than 3 minutes. Left him a great tip for not trying to get over on me. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Recommended to turn my rotors for a brake service. While thats now uncommon, I agreed. Would not have been an issue of they didnt cut a nice big groove into my rotors. Good people, but they dont always offer good advice. Not going back there for any maintenance work.

Just had my brakes changed and my rotors resurfaced. Then I look at my bill its $480 just in labor cost. Note to self and everyone else dont bother coming her find someone else unless you want to pay for a very SLOW service at a ridiculous price.

The guys there were actually very upfront and didnt even charge me to diagnose my truck. Also have had them fix the wires car in the passed and had no issues.

I wish I could say this was a good experience but it was horrible. I had my vehicle towed for a cv axle to be replaced and got the car back in horrible condition and couldve been seriously hurt. My break line was zip tired and left hanging in when shaft and entire left side was a bunch a loose screws and a broken sway bar on opposite side. I had a prior mechanic do my estimate and nothing else was wrong. They messed my front suspension up so bad I had to buy a new car and the would not make it right.

I had to return my vehicle several times to correct the brake work. Service has not been good. My car is worse now than when I brought it in. I really wish I could speak with management. I have to take my car back again. Im suppose to travel out of town, I cant now. Plus i spent over $2700 for an incomplete service. Help!!!!

Great customer service. They answered all my questions and fulfilled my service requirements in a timely efficient manner. I look forward to doing business with them using their fleet service.

Went into the store and asked how much it would be for my A/c fo be worked on. While looking at the sign behind the counter that said R134A Freon $30 per LB the guy proceeded to tell me its $60 per lb. I have had nothing but issues with precision tune and would not recommend them to anyone. They are overpriced and try to charge prices different than what they are displaying. Very poor business and could be considered a bait and switch by saying one price and charging more for the product.

I took my car in for an alignment. Eric, the manager, was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Im very satisfied with the result and would definitely recommend them.

Started feeling a small wobble after taking my vehicle there. Progressively got worse. Got out and checked lugnuts. 3 were so loose i could turn them with my hand. Also, dont be fooled by their $85 alignment price. Brought vehicle there specifically for that. They asked why i needed one and i said because i changed my outer tie rod and cv axel. Then they hand me the cost of services and it was $250! They said, Its going to be harder for us to do the alignment because you did your own work. Also charged me $50 for a diagnostic check.

Took my car here for an alignment. Tried to tell me my entire suspension is shot and I need thousands of dollars in work and refused to do the alignment. Took it to my actual dealership and asked them to take a look and told them what this shop said. Not a thing wrong did the alignment just fine. Wont be back here, thats for sure.

They were very professional whenever I spoke with them. When I initially called them and explained the auto issue, they explained everything to me up front wihout me having to dig for answers/read the fine print/or pull teeth in order to understand what was going to happen to my vehicle. I called 3 other local places as well for quotes. But Precision seemed to have the most customer-oriented attitude and it made me feel more comfortable leaving my car in their hands. The problem was fixed within a couple days. Have had no issues since! Thanks to Eric, Blake, and Kristl!!!

They are shady I called up here to see how much it would be for them just to put my alternator in my car they told me 76 but once I got here he said about 100 dollars... shady business plus no one said he how are you doing today and when I said hey how u doing he said yes sir like he was rushing me out his way I will never visit again

This place is aweful with customer service and its a shady buissness. I would recommend finding a better machanic and dont waste your time. When I went they didnt do a proper diagnosis on my vehicle and are really bad at working with warranty company. The receptionist needs to work on being more professional at work and maybe wear some company attire. When I had an issue and tried to speak to a manager they claimed not to have a phone number and started to ignore me. I called the 1-800 number and left a message and never received a call back. Called multiple times. I think this place is a scam

Great auto shop!

Went in to get alignment, only to be told that I needed camber kits, plus a wheel bearing replaced along with my alignment, all of which would have come out to nearly $500! I didnt trust what I was told, so I took my vehicle to another mechanic who looked at my vehicle, did an alignment for way cheaper than these guys charge. And on top of that, he looked at my vehicle and said there was nothing wrong with it, Precision auto care are scam artists who want nothing more than your money, they dont care about the customer at all. Do not go there if at all possible.

Eric is very personable and friendly, everytime I have been in he makes an unpleasant situation alot easier. At no time have I felt overcharged or taken advantage of. My Ford F150 is in good shape thanks to them.

This is a business run by an owner who cuts corners and hires anyone who calls themselves mechanics. Total disregard for doing the job right. If you are stationed at Fort Hood, dont go here. Do your research, save your vehicle from disaster.Note: Even claims in profile that all technicians are ASE and PT Certified. They might have one, and thats iffy. All others are backyard mechanics.

Worst service ever. 2 hours to install 4 tires...which were installed backwards. White wall was supposed to face out. Said my truck wasnt able to have an alignment done....another shop did it in 45 min. Guy was rude. And after my visit they sent a survey which I filled out honestly, and the guy literally called me and chewed me out and threatened to call the cops because he said I was lying. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I have been there a few times over the past 5 years with two different vehicles. Everytime the service is fast and friendly. I like going here rather than dealerships that find problems that dont exist just to sell you parts and labor. A+

Mike and his team of mechanics know their job well, they took care of my sons transmission problems and even went above that and foxed other thing wrong with his truck, definitely recommend them for all your auto car care needs.
