Great people, they gave us space to look around without bothering us. They were fast on giving us prices and letting us take a test drive.

Gf came in for an oil change a few weeks ago and I noticed the other day while driving behind her that this piece was dragging. This piece is temp removed by the tech to get to the oil drain bolt. I come to Toyota with her to explain because she doesnt know anything about cars. The guys here are refusing to replace this piece because they claim she hit something. First the manager James O. said this piece doesnt even need to be removed to reach the drain plug. I show him this picture, he gets under the car and says your right. Rather than just accept responsibility for the tech not tightening the screws enough, they blame her for hitting something.

We bought our first Toyota yesterday from Toyota of Killeen. Our experience from the first to the last minute was fabulous. We were in the door and out again in a little over an hour. The price was right and so is the payment. “G” Rodriguez is an amazing salesman and we will be seeing him again soon to order our next vehicle! 5 stars isn’t enough-stellar experience♥️

Let me share my experience here. If there is a way to give a negative 5-star rating, I would have done so. Today, I went to Toyota to get my oil changed. They told me that there was a part that got broken and there is no way for my car to hold the oil if they change it. Therefore, they told me that they had to fix it temporarily for an additional $50. They never took responsibility of what they did and they stated that it was a car issue. They mentioned that they could do a replacement for $700.I did not have the time and energy to deal with the headache and I just paid the additional $50 and I will check it with another mechanic. However, I very strongly feel that they damaged the part and now they are asking for money to fix it. They never took any responsibility and I personally don’t trust them at all. I see very negative comments that are similar to mine. As for myself, I would avoid them at all costs and in my opinion, while they are trying to make money that way, they are hurting their reputation.I hate to place such a negative review, but I have to convey my honest feelings about this place

I came in for my first oil change for my new Tacoma and quickly realized why they are dubbed “Stealerships”. They tried to charge me $40 to patch a nail in my tire. This price is outrageous! I called Discount Tire, which is a dedicated tire shop and asked how much they would charge, the associate told, FREE! I told the service tech about it, and rather then acknowledge the price gouging, he tried to justify the insane price. This is how they prey on customers who don’t know better and loose customers and businesses. Unreal.

Our sales-rep, Chanz, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in and what was on the lot at the time. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. The whole test driving and buying experience was easy and painless.

Even though it was a different buying experience, with not being able to sit in different models, our salesman was very knowledgeable and forthcoming. While waiting for my truck to be delivered he was quick to answer text and calls!! Thanks Chanz! While waiting for truck I watched YouTube videos to get more knowledge on the truck. So when Chanze went over the truck with us I was already somewhat familiar. Getting the paperwork finalized was also a smooth in and out. Awesome experience. Thanks Toyota of Killeen!!🇺🇸

Great dealership. I have purchased my last 3 vehicles with them. Recently purchased a Toyota Sienna with them and they went above a beyond finding the exact model and color we wanted. This was an easy todo purchase. I contacted the online person in sales who got my info the the online manager Jorge took my must haves and located my truck it was not even to the dealership but he found what I wanted. I gave him my deposit and the next day he had it. He sent pictures too. The finance person was so kind and genuine I felt wonderful and confident trusting he would get a finance approval. I am a single woman and only had my dad and a couple of male friends who walked me through a vehicle sale. I was sign sealed delivered in less then 24 hours. I am so happy with the whole event. I visited a few weeks ago for a routine maintenance. They had an awesome program on Womens Wednesday program between 11:30-2PM. I could get a free boxed lunch and a free 15 minute manicure while I waited for my car to be serviced! How cool is that?! The lady running the program was super nice and helpful! 5 stars for that.I need to drop a star for the service agent working with me though.The service agent was a bit condescending about some questions I had about a fix I needed for the car. I didnt even get the quote for the fix.I hope to go back and work with someone different.

Very nice workers there, and the process at the front door is streamlined. The receptionist is friendly and has a sense of humor. She was happy to show where the restroom was, and it was spacious and clean. The salesman who sold the van to my parents gave them a good deal and was very quick in training all of us how to operate it. About three gentlemen came at the same time to tend to my refreshment need. Logan escorted me to the cafe where water bottles were equally spaced apart for COVID-19 compliance. Everyone there had masks and shields on their desks. Also, Logan did the most perfect, quick and efficient post sales troubleshoot on the Bluetooth. He is very smart, humble and well spoken. I was out of there within 5 minutes of him helping me. I look forward to coming back. We trust Toyota. Thank you for your kindness!

Today I went in for my first maintenance “appointment” that was scheduled for 2:00 pm. I arrived at about 1:45 pm and when I checked in I was told by a maintenance employee that the wait would be an hour and a half but she would most likely get it done sooner as all that needed to be done was a tire rotation. After the hour and a half went by, I saw the same employee who had helped me check in and so I asked how much longer it would be- she said that she needed to check out a customer and would let me know after. She didn’t come back so I went up there a second time to ask (after an hour and 50ish minutes) and so she went to go check the line of check in papers- my check in sheet wasn’t there and she began arguing with another worker on where it was. The other worker walked off and she did not tell me anything- I then asked if they had lost my check in sheet and stated that it was well over the hour and a half. She then got an attitude and said that the other worker was checking on it, that I needed to wait and that was their typical wait time. The other worker came back and stated that they would begin working on my vehicle, that the check in sheet was placed on his desk and some how was lost and then apologized. I wouldn’t be leaving this review today if the original employee who checked me in did not give an attitude and was up front and honest about the wait time. If I would not have went up there to check on it, how long would I have been up there waiting until they realized that they had lost my check in sheet? I finally got to leave after waiting two hours. I also wasn’t expecting this because when I purchased the vehicle I had such a wonderful experience- so this was a big let down.

I was able to book a service appointment the day prior with their online scheduler. This was the last good thing to happen here.I arrived to my 11:15 appointment 10 minutes early. In all the time it took for us to shut off the car, grab our stuff, remove a stroller from the back, place our baby in the stroller, and then walk inside we were never met by any of the service advisors. Once inside I was able to hand my keys over to one of the gentlemen behind the desk and confirmed the requested 30k mile service on our Rav4. The waiting are was cleaned regularly as customers came and left. After after 30 we noticed our car back in the service alley looking like we were ready to go. After waiting 10 minutes I approached the service advisor I left my keys with. I was informed he wasnt our advisor and that someone else was finishing our paperwork. After waiting an additional 20 minutes I got up to find out who our actual advisor was and they had still not finished our paperwork. Not until a complaint did it even look like they began to work on our getting out of the dealership. What should have been a short oil change & tire rotation took more than twice as long due to service advisor that would rather hang out and flirt with each other than do the job they are paid for.Despite the easiness of getting an appointment I will not return to Toyota of Killeen for future service. I have worked for two separate Toyota dealerships in the past and know from experience this was unnaceptable.

I had a generally good experience. I was able to place a deposit and get the car I wanted. There was some miscommunication with some details but the car salesman cleared it up and was excellent at communicating updates on the car arrival.

Toyota staff customer friendly. Asked a staff member stated questions asked give him a few minutes, and return with the correct answer.. That was amazing because that had happened before.

We had our hearts set on another vehicle at a different nearby dealership. When we were disappointed in that vehicle we drove through Toyota “just to look”. Instead, I fell in LOVE with a Rav4, and less than 24 hours later I drove it home. Matt was an awesome sales guy, and we never felt any pressure whatsoever. Between him and the finance department we left with better terms than we gave Matt as are requirements. This is the 6th car we have purchased in a dealership across 3 states and by far the easiest process with the most relaxed and knowledgeable employees.

My wife brought my Tundra in for regular maintenance and oil change under warranty. Check engine light was on, but service department would not address the issue at that time. Wife was told another appointment would have to be scheduled in the future to determine what the check engine light was for. I guess pulling the code takes too much time.

Professional from the start. I am 8 months pregnant and was never pressured or sales pitched. I was given honest feedback and patient comparisons on the different vehicles. They quoted me all the different scenarios I asked about and handled everything with my trade so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. To top all this off they delivered the car to my front door and let me sign everything at home! Best car buying experience I have ever had!

Newton was honestly the best sales man I’ve had to work with. Doesn’t beat around the bush and quite sincere. He really did work with me on trying to get me into the vehicle I wanted and constantly ensured I was comfortable with the numbers, but even at times I was hesitant on pulling the trigger he kept coming back with a better deal. Im no young buck anymore and Ive bought a few cars in my time. Came to Toyota of killeen and Joel came out to greet us. No BS and upfront. I had been to most of the dealerships in town already and with the car market the way it is today most of these clowns dont even want to be bothered to help you. Not Joel, he was on top of everything. We came in with our own financing and we were in and out with my new car in under 2 hours tops. Great salesmen and atmosphere. Dont waist your time and money else where. Best salesman and lets feel it... no one makes a better car than toyota and lexus.

Thanks to Mr Newton Rose at Toyota of Killeen I’m driving a brand spanking new Toyota RAV4 XLE AWD premium.Mr Newton was very helpful and diligent. He work around the clock to made sure all my needs and wants were met. He made my buying process so easy and hassle free. Due to certain circumstances my car was bought completely by phone and when i wasn’t able to pick it up, Mr Newton drove 3 hrs to drop my car off. His attention to details and courtesy to me as a customer reflect great credit upon himself and Toyota of Killeen.

I worked with Eli who was very kind, energetic, and willing to ask questions if they weren’t sure of the answer. I would definitely recommend working with him if you are looking for a vehicle and I would give him, personally, 5 stars for customer service. Obviously, Toyota is a company that makes quality vehicles and I am happy with my purchase.The main reason for the 3 or 4-stars, rounded up to 4 due to Eli being so kind, was the bottle neck on efficiency that seems to be set up by management or the dealership overall.They make you wait there for hours while the sales representative helping you has to run back and forth between the manager and you. The team knew I was coming, it took me less than 15 minutes to complete paperwork, and still I was there simply waiting for ~ 2 hours (Arrived at 2pm and left at 4:30pm; removed time for the final test drive, bathroom, etc. time which was not the fault of the dealership). The first visit there to pick the car took a little over 1 hour, mostly of waiting for back-and-forth with the manager, as mentioned above.Additionally, the environment is very open concept, loud, and chaotic. They seem to be going for a party environment, which some people will enjoy but I did not. There was no where private to provide personal information or sit, increasing concern about confidentiality and protection of personal information.

The salesman, Jermaine Thomas, was maybe the best I have ever dealt with over 45 yrs. of car ownership. He provided all the information I asked for with accuracy and timeliness. He was personable and he should be the model of any sales staff.

He helped me set up all of the safety features and explained how it all works. He also sent me videos from Toyota so I could get even more into detail.
