I have had issue after issue with my “Certified Pre-Owned” vehicle. Before I even got my plates in to put on my vehicle, I had to get a new battery and have the brakes “redone”. Now before my first oil change I have fuel injector issues and cylinder misfires. I bought this two months ago… Then I go to the dealership to get a rental car, that’s supposed to be included in the service plan through them, just to be told they don’t have any…. I do not recommend this place and if you do still insist on getting something from here THOROUGHLY….. I say this again, THOROUGHLY check your vehicle!

Do not come here! Incompetent and sketchy employees. It’s seems they can’t get anything right. At first I dropped my Jeep off for repairs to find out 2 days later they didn’t touch my vehicle and that they are waiting on parts to come in which they failed to tell me and said I can pick up my Jeep. Note* I had to call them to find this out. That was my first completely inconvenient encounter. When the parts finally came in I dropped my Jeep off overnight in their well lit parking area in front of their cameras so they can start services the following morning while I was at work. During that time frame multiple items were stolen out of my vehicle with no forced entry on my Jeep and yes the doors were locked as I always lock them. The manager Austin Morin told me he would review camera footage. The next day Austin told me they didn’t see anything on the overnight footage but refused to check the day time footage even though they had possession of my vehicle for hours during the day. That leaves me to believe he is hiding something or simply does not care about his customers belongings. Not only they had my vehicle most of the day but they didn’t even work on it because they had ordered the wrong parts but my Jeep was moved in a different spot anyway. It took them a couple of more weeks for the right parts to come in but I had to call them to find out. Forget about shuttle services they offer because they simply won’t come even though they’ll constantly tell you they are on the way. Overall it took them about a month to finish one of the 3 repairs I’d ask them to fix. They failed to fix my washer fluid line and every time I picked it up they said it was good but it was left exactly the same and still does not spray fluid until this day. We also agreed for a wheel alignment and that was never completed. I simply do not trust them with my vehicle or anyone’s vehicle. I spoke with the manger a numerous occasions to see if he would change his mind to help me but he continued to refuse checking the footage. I told him I’ll be making a police report and Austin Morin said if I make a police report against them I will no longer be allowed to take my vehicle there for services which is absolutely fine with me.

Avoid this dealership! Our family has purchased 15 vehicles from here and this is the first time we’ve had a problem. This problem however is huge and not being dealt with in a correct fashion. First problem salesman can not do basic math computations. He calculated the payoff on the car I traded in wrong. I called after the payoff reflected on my mobile banking app showed I still owed $986 after they “paid” it off they made me pay this they tried to make it right by offering 2 years of free oil changes the value at most would equal maybe $200. Now I get a letter in the mail nearly 2 full months after purchase that they tried to register my vehicle in Bell county instead of Coryell where I reside. They don’t know basic geography either. After receiving the letter I specifically requested all communication in text as I am at school working at least 7-5 every weekday. They called me during a class at 12:45 requesting I call back. Couldn’t do that due to their titling clerk leaving at 5 on the dot every day. Words were exchanged and the manager said she would refuse to help if we weren’t respectful. I’m sorry, respect is earned not given and they’ve done nothing to earn it.

DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE!!!! I took my Jeep Patriot in to have the transmission looked at because it kept over heating. They recommended the transmission be replaced. I had warranty coverage and a claim was made and approved. They told me 7-10 days to ship. On day 14 I reach out and asked for an update and am told they are still awaiting parts. So I call the warranty company to ask where the transmission was. They tell me it was DELIVERED AND SIGNED FOR TWO WEEKS AGO. So I was LIED TO and my car needlessly sat, leaving me stranded with no transportation. It has been 25 days without my car. I had no choice but to quit my job because I couldnt make the hour drive to work and the worst part is that I will have to PAY THEM for it.Bottom line: if you enjoy being lied to and left high and dry, then this is the service center for you. As for me, I would trust a jar of 2 week old mayonnaise to fix my car before I ever trust this place again.

The part did not show up from Chrysler as promised on the 23rd and was pushed back again. The last information was Nyle Maxwell was attempting to get it from another dealership. As of Sept. 8, no further information on the part or repair.*UPDATE* Aug 13: received a call from the service department. The person I was originally dealing with has retired. I was told that the delivery of the part has now been pushed to the 23rd of August. Apparently, six dealerships who have the parts were contacted and they all refused to sell the parts to Nyle Maxwell. Ive gone from the original part that was ordered was the wrong part and the correct part had to be ordered, NOW the part went from being ordered, being on back order and delivery on the 30th of July, to delivery on the 13th of August and now the 23rd of August. All I can do is cross my fingers and hope the part comes in so that my Challenger can be repaired. Im moving from trying to stay optimistic and pray that the dealership is able to do what they promised to extreme disappointment.* update* Aug 4: still waiting on my parts.. Originally the wrong part was ordered. Then the correct parts were ordered and were supposed to be here the end of July. When I followed up I was told, sorry they will be here August 13. Hoping the parts came in. Just want this to be done! Will update when I get the call.*July 9* I had my oil changed on my 2019 Dodge Challenger and was very pleased at the service. I purchased a rear strut tower brace and decided to have them install it. When I got home I found this (see photos) is how they installed it. Now Im going to have to replace the lining of the trunk. A simple X cut in the lining would have allowed for installation and replacement of the trunk lining. Im so disappointed. Im out the cost of installation and NOW trunk lining too.

If you do make sure to consider reviewing paper work and service done before paying up.*** I got charged for 4 gallons of coolant yet my truck doesnt exceed 1 gallon.. Its been about a week and my coolant tank is nearly empty? Too many red flags, shouldve recognized the outcome from the start. Dont be a fool and pay without reviewing everything. Soon as I returned for pick up they instantly pressured that credit card transaction lol. Good tactic! Ugh Definitely wont return..

Be careful, or go to Temple. They install/sell parts as a means to press the “easy button” to fix problems (and make money). Here is the story:My windshield wipers were acting up and not performing properly so I installed a windshield wiper motor myself. However, it still wasn’t performing properly, and I brought it to the dealership to have it troubleshot. I was advised by Johnathan (Im not sure if that’s the proper spelling of his name) in the service department that the windshield wiper motor was bad. The dealership replaced the windshield wiper motor (to the sum of a few hundred dollars) and the issue was still not fixed so I brought the vehicle back. I was then advised by Jonathan that it was the windshield wiper relay.After this relay was installed (to the sum of more hundreds of dollars) by the dealership I picked up the vehicle and without even driving out of the parking lot noticed the issue persisted. I brought the vehicle back to Johnathan, and after waiting in the lobby for about 20, 30 minutes I was informed that it was a battery issue. At this point nothing was recommended, i.e. lets swap out the battery, and see if the issue persists. Instead, no recommendations were offered and I left.I later brought the vehicle to a reputable business and they immediately diagnosed the issue as a bad battery. Sadly, this should’ve been the original diagnosis for the dealership. I spoke with Austin (the service manager) and he advised Jonathan should’ve never worked on the vehicle in the first place because he has a strict policy of not working on anything over 10 years old. Austin thought my experience was acceptable practice for the dealership. I explained to him that if the battery had been replaced in the beginning I could have saved more than a few hundred dollars/a lot of time. Austin was not able to resolve this issue.This is yet another bad experience from a dealership; do NOT waste your time or money here, go to Temple.

Great experience all around. We came in from 160 miles away for a specific car and our salesman Josh was in contact with me from well before we left home for the dealership. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the car buying experience not suck (a hard task). We got the car we were looking for and are very happy. The finance department did a great job and had us in and out in no time with a better interest rate than we pre-qualified for.
