Took iphone in to have charging port replaced. Employee offered to clean the port to see if that would work. I said no....just replace the charging port because I was convinced it was bad. The employee cleaned the port at no charge and showed me that the phone was fixed. IT WAS FIXED ...much to my surprise. This proved to me that this company is HONEST and provides exceptional customer service ! I highly recommend this company

Went in for a new battery for my wifes iPhone 6. (I know, ancient equipment!) No appointment needed, they had it in stock, replaced it and charged it about 15 minutes with no trouble at all! 5 stars, easy in, easy out!

Good place got my laptop fixed here. It took a few weeks to be fixed, because the part had to be ordered for my laptop it is working great.

Dropped off my iPhone X that needed a battery replacement, it was a seamless check in process, then went and trained my dog at the park down the street, was back within 30 mins and the repair was done and came with a 60 day warranty! I had read online that the cheapest place to get this done would be the Apple store ($69) but I am glad I found these guys because they were much closer and ($65)!

I dropped my phone about 2 feet from my car door with an otter box and screen protector, first drop since my screen was replaced by them, keep in mind my previously replaced screen had gone through probably hundreds of drops before cracking and breaking and even then the screen still partially worked, but this screen not even installed for two weeks taking one drop instantly broke, at that its only a hairline crack on the lcd, cant do anything since technically the screen this damaged or something but it just seems very unlikely that the crack didn’t result from a problem with the reinstallation of the new screen or just a low quality or already damaged screen, i am genuinely not exaggerating when i say the phone fell 2 feet to its doom lol.

Funky smell inside. Warranty should be a little longer than 90 days........... had a repair done here and literally 5 days after the warranty expires I go In because my phone screen wasn’t touching and was told by who I assume to be the manager that there was nothing they could do about my screen having no touch only because there was a tiny hairline crack in it...... and because I was 5 days out of warranty.

Very good work he was quick and affordable. My only issue was the fact that he had a friend who came in while my tab was being fixed and stopped to work on her iPhone. It wasnt a huge deal, though I thought it to be slightly unprofessional. Otherwise very great and I highly recommend you go there to have your device fixed

Best place to get phone fixed. Between having 4 lines in the house and 2 being teens its been hard to keep up on the screens not getting broke. Getting them fixed here is cheaper than sending it to insurance and they honor their warranty. I also love shopping for my accessories here they are cheaper. The advice that they give to help keep your phone in great working condition is amazing.

Im giving this money saving place a 5. Why? Because I took my iPhone 6plus in to his shop in like 10 different pieces and he didnt even bat an eye. Took care of me told me a price, and took my phone. I came back in less then 1 1/2 hours and BOOM it was done. Worked like brand new, and the astonishing thing was, it was the same price he quoted me!! Would I recommend him? Every single time!! If you choose another shop to do ur work, you have made a huge mistake. Fast, courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and will not try and hustle you. I have been B4, however, recently took my lap top in which was displaying a BLK screen and would not come on. They said it would be a day or 2, but B4 I could make it home they had figured the problem out. They found that all was needed was for it to charge down and then reboot. Since they felt they did not do any work to warrant charge, they charged me nothing. Now, come on, who does that?? Ill wait...

When I entered the shop in 2017, I let the female at the counter know what I needed fixed and she right away said we dont fix Samsungs screen cracks. She wasnt professional about it either. Dont waste your time

Excellent service, great price. Totally trusted what they said. I had bought a used computer a couple of years ago an Acer, That worked very good for two years but suddenly it begain make a loud beeping noise in one solid stream. Took it to 254, the gentleman there was very nice and very helpful, said he would probably have an answer later that evening or in the morning. They did everything they could as far as checking with Acer and basically running a diagnostic on it and could not figure out what the problem was, nor could Acer. Recommended I get a new computer and he could transfer my hard drive to the new one and save all of my stuff. Got a great deal on a new computer not through them because they dont sell computers but through a different party And took it in the next day. They transferred all of my hard drive to the new computer and it only cost the original $65 for bringing it in. Absolutely recommend them!

Had a very cracked IPHONE 6s Plus screen and 254Repair hooked me up. Originally purchased the aftermarket screen and being that it was aftermarket it wasnt a guarantee that it would be perfect.(which they explain when purchasing). I had a small imperfection that I didnt like and called the store and they told me to bring it in. They did offer another aftermarket to be ordered because they ran out of them but I wanted the New Premium Screen and they gave me all the same discounts and a free Tempered Glass screen for writing this review. I broke the screen on my phone and called to see if they could fix it. I was told they cant order the part because its too expensive and they dont carry it but if I ordered the part myself and brought it to them, they would fix it for $49. The girl I talked to knew it was the GLASS That was broken. We had a full discussion about the glass needing to be repaired.I ordered the glass, waited for it to be delivered, went to 254Repair and was told they cant do the repair. I was told by another employee that she should have known better than to tell me that and that I should have been told specifically to order the glass AND the LCD for this phone. The reason? Because they cant make this repair without breaking the LCD.The best they could do was to order the part for $70. So the total repair was going to be $119. Cell Repair on W.S. Young does the same repair for $99 and tells you straight up they will not replace just the glass. The girl working the day I called obviously had no clue what was going on and whats even weirder is she kept having to ask someone else which means there are two people working there that dont know what theyre policies and procedures are.I do not appreciate having my time wasted. I now have to return a part that cant be used, which is costing me money, I am having to wait on another shop to order the part and Ive had to run all over town trying to make this happen. This is just BAD customer service.Apparently they only really repair Apple products and the $74 repair they quote on their site doesnt apply to ANYTHING you might possibly own.

I never rate places but I had to for 254repair. I broke my screen and looked around for a cheap fix. I took it to 254Repair and they fixed it in 20min for $120 with a free tappered screen! They also offer refurbished scenes (which I got) and it works great. They offer military and student discounts. I did have a problem later that day with my speaker phone (assuming I broke it when I dropped my phone). I went to see if they could fix it and they did it for free! Really friendly and great service with awesome prices!

Employees are always nice. They work fast. Their aftermarket screens are just as nice as their new screens. I would recommend them to everyone with a cracked screen in the area.

We were referred to 254 repair by the sprint store in Copperas Cove for my iPhone 6 screen repair. The store is neat and clean, the guy at the front desk was helpful, and the prices are reasonable. I had to get the screen and LCD replaced and it was $80. $10 off for military, students, teachers, law enforcement. I would recommend them.

I went there today hoping to get my laptop repaired. I had an idea that it would be very difficult to repair, and my feelings were correct. Juan was very upfront and honest about it all. He even told me it probably would not get looked at until tomorrow, but he did great and got to it today afterall. Unfortunately it was something not easily repairable and he let me know itd be cheaper to buy a new one. I told him I had vital information I needed for my job on the hard drive, and he went over several options with me. He then helped remove the hard drive at no charge for his time, and then he put the info from the hard drive onto a new external device that I could use anywhere else. Again at no charge for his time, just the cost of the very inexpensive external drive. Juan went above and beyond to help me and I highly reccomend them for service on your electronic devices.

I have purchased battery and iphone 7 screen. Phone would shut off now and then without notice. Lately it would shut off two or three time a day. I took it to apple for diagnosis turn out faulty screen was replaced. I contacted shop on phone they told me bring it back and we will replace it for free. Today, I went in asked them to replace screen they wont they asked me to pay $105.00. I told them i can meet them half way they decline.

I came in to have my computer repaired, paid for it and then decided I would rather just put the repair money towards a new computer. A difficult thing for a customer to do. They happily canceled the part they had ordered and refunded my money,. This cost them time and money and it was very appreciative.
