Great customer service, helpfulness,and knowledgeable staff. Been there twice. Have no complaints.

We was afraid to go back to Metro but we really like them. So we drove to Killeen and been trying different Metro stores. And we finally found the best of them. We couldnt ever get Copperas Cove store to help us. They even ran my husband out of the store cause they said they couldnt help him. Theyre always rude, not very friendly or polite . We are not going back to that Metro cause the store on Ranchero Rd by the front gate of the base. They are the best. They are friendly, not rude and very professional. They helped us and my husband was very pleased 😀when we got home he was calling his friends and family and told them where to go every month. You see all of his friends and family goes to Metro. Now he feels like he has found a great store and great people inside. Thank you so very much and GOD bless.

Had a great experience thanks to Carlos. :) Understood I was on a budget and helped me save some money. He explained my new plan perfectly and the process to switch carriers was super easy and fast. Also the store was very clean! Id definitely recommend this store for anyone looking to switch to Metro!

On 29 January I went to Metro store with a small issue that wasnt small at all how ever the store manager who is obviously the wizard of phone repair man Mr.Carlos solved my problem and I was so satisfied with his professionalism that made me proud to be a customer and he should be recognized for the great work he does.

Im am very satisfied with metro they give me the upmost respect and manners when I come into the store l give carlos a high five as well as a big 10 for the store as well as great service 👌n merry Christmas to all luv Ms Johnson

May 30, 2020, I can not explain the exceptional customer service that I receive from the two gentlemen that worked in the store, Carlos and the other gentlemen want out their way to help me with my phone replacement! Thank You! Yes customer service, and understanding, of the issues was handled professionally, curtious, and without issues! They went as far as to explain to me what I needed to protect the phone as well as to explain to me the need to replace my old phone! Again thank you!

I called another store on the other end of Rancier and they guy was extremely unprofessional. I told him what I was looking for and how much I was trying to spend which was around $200-300 dollars. Apparently this person wasnt trying to make a sale at all! So came to this location and the manager work with me and made the sale! Even though it went over my budget by a few dollars I left out with everything I asked for and then some!

Everyone was absolutely great polite great customer service helpful friendly patient and I enjoyed talking to the young ladies who worked that day thank you

We switched 3 months ago from cricket to metro. Ive never recieved customer service from cricket like we have from Carlos! From day one he took care of us like it was his own company. Metro needs to recognise him as a very crucial part of their team! He has gone above and beyond to make our experience a great one. If i rate him as a personal customer representative i give him 8 stars on a 5 star level. Metro? If you lose this man as an employee you may as well shut it down. He could make a great training video . Thank you Carlos i hope you get recognised for your work .

I went to learn about the services offered and the type of phones that are provided. The customer service representative which was an Asian girl was extremely rude. She barely opened her mouth to speak up, she acted as if she had an attitude when I asked about the cost of the plans and phones, and she kept rolling her eyes at me as if she had an issue with just my presence. When I finally decided to make a decision on a phone every phone I pointed out she claimed was unavailable. It was if she wanted me to spend more money on higher proved phones. Its hard to believe the only available phones were the iPhones so I felt she was trying to scam me. Horrible service, disrespectful employee.

The people are great but the service is horrible. I got a new phone and the only why I can talk is to put phone on speaker. Then I found out other people phone do the same thing
