Let me just start by saying this place caught me off guard. It was located off the beaten path and was a very welcoming atmosphere. The women working there took the time to actually explain the menu to me and gave recommendations. I ended up getting the ice cream waffle with watermelon and honeydew smoothie with Boba. The only complaint I have is there wasnt more to go around! It was delicious! I think I may have found my newest weekly treat! I will see yall again hopefully next weekend!!!

When I am in Killeen this is the place to get my Thai tea, but was very disappointed with my order today. Ask for smoothies Thai tea and only got Milk Thai tea.

Honestly, I’ve been sleeping on the menu here. Normally I would go and get boba smoothies and I never considered anything else. But let me tell you that if you haven’t tried bingsoo, you might want to try the bingsoo here! Definitely ordering it again!

So me and my friend decided to go check this place out and it was amazing. The menu they have not only for boba and milk teas but they have tons of desserts and also a small menu for Korean food as well. You can also play board games that they have there so maybe you guys can do a game night if you ever decide to go. My friend and I got a milk tea a couple bobas and we split one of their loaded waffles and I have to say it was delicious. I wanted to order one of their bulgo bowls But unfortunately we had decided earlier to eat food somewhere else just stopping in for a quick snack.

So good honestly. And like the bulgogi beef bowl was so evenly distributed it was great. Perfect amount of beef, veggies, and rice. Perfectly complimented with the sweetness of the Strawberry/Banana smoothie with strawberry bursters. 10/10 would recommend. (My mom agrees while she had the pork bowl) 🥰🥰🥰

Very authentic food, delicious and special...

First time here and I really loved the atmosphere, its a nice place to be able to catch up with friends and family while playing some traditional board games and trying their variety of boba teas and smoothies. The various options provide incentive for return as well as the relaxed environment. Perfect weekend pick me up

Ok I’ll give it to them, their brown sugar boba tea was pretty good compared to the others I have tried. Their boba was a bit tiny compared to what I’m used too and therefore had a bit more chew to it. But in all honesty, it was a bit too expensive in my opinion for a large. $6.16, might as well head to Dutch brothers or Starbucks for a drink that will satisfy any craving.

The Manager was very rude. She would pick on people for no reason. I couldnt believe my eyes as I watched her. The customer experience was horrible.

I love the boba smoothies, but Im rating the company poorly due to the attitudes of the young ladies that are employed here. Ive visited every single location they have over the last several months, and its always a weak customer experience. Im always polite yet met with a dry greeting. If you like boba and dont mind mediocre customer service then spend your money here.

With good coffee, boba, and of course bingsoo Its almost as is you are completely transported into another part of the country or even the world as you walk into this bright and cheery little shop.The place:Bloom is the perfect place to knock out a couple paragraphs of homework or sit down with some friends and play a boardgame. The ambiance reminds me of a nice little shop somewhere in Seoul with plenty of outlets and plenty of light.The service:There is probably not another coffee shop with nicer service in the city. The young girl that helped us out was adorable and very diligent. And they managed to keep up with the orders even though they didnt have an army of baristas behind the counter.The food:At bloom they have more than just coffee, in fact for a small little shop they have a really diverse menu.Bingsoo, this shaved ice delicacy is my favorite thing to get here at bloom. With dozens of toppings both sweet and savory there is something for everyone. I get the coffee bingsoo which is made from frozen coffee shavings rather than regular ice like the others. It is drizzled with chocolate and topped with almond slices. Bingsoos have a unique consistency in between a classic shaved ice and ice cream. And for 5 dollars for a good sized small, this is the perfect treat for two.Bobba: while I dont get the bobba usually they are mostly know ln for having one of the best bobba milk teas in the city. They have many flavors and are always satisfying. And for a good price, this should he your first option in Killeen.Coffee: its what they do and in the name. A nice roast to start your day.Snacks: one of the coolest things about bloom is the amount of snacks that you can buy. They have all kinds of asian snacks and candies. And you even have the option to buy some instant noodles or other little meals which they will heat up and prepare for you.Waffles: the shop also has waffles. Yep, liege waffles that you can get with toppings that will be sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.Final thoughts: bloom is unique. Its an adorable little shop where you can spend hours with friends or deep in your schoolwork. All while enjoying delicious drinks and desserts. I keep coming back.

This is a small, very welcoming, cafe. I went in around 12 pm and didn’t wait any time at all when I walked up to the counter to place my order. The woman who took my order was fast, efficient, and friendly. Though I did wait about 8 mins for my bingsoo, it was completely understandable as there were people in front of me who had ordered multiple things. This place is great if you’re looking for something new to try. Definitely recommend coming here when you want to relax a bit as it’s quiet and you can just sit and relax!!

My wife and I absolutely adore this cafe. If you want great tasty, locally roasted coffee, I suggest their Ethiopian roast. Aside from coffee you can order dessert waffles, a type of milk shaved ice, delicious instant meals and more! By far, in Killeen, this place deserves the most notice as a local business with incredible service and products.

I go to the Boba place on a regular basis. It’s a good place to the study, the food is pretty good (I definitely recommend the bulgogi), the staff are very nice. I’ve tried quite a few of the drinks and each one had been perfect for me. I’ve also asked for recommendations and I haven’t had one yet that I didn’t like. I’ve brought many friends with me as well to try what they have and they all have good things to say about it. I definitely recommend going even if it is just to try it.

Bloom is an amazing coffee shop. My wife and I love the liege waffles and proper espresso machiato. They also now have a much larger lunch menu. Every time I have been for lunch tbe food has been incredible and seems authentic. The staff are extremely friendly and kind. The indoor seating is a little small but kept very clean and doesnt feel too cramped as they spread the tables out well.

Selection is great. It’s got such a amazing ambiance for a relaxing cup of coffee. If you are still going to Starbucks for your coffee dates, you are doing it WRONG- try this place!

One star was given for the vibe, decor, and ambiance of The Bloom. Another star for the array of options and specialty items and drinks on the menu. I ordered a banana cream frappuccino with a shot of espresso (picture inserted). I was extremely disappointed by the presentation and taste considering it came out to a little over $6 which is more than my typical order at Starbucks. Also, the service at this establishment was sub par. The woman behind the counter wasn’t helpful or inviting enough to make me want to go back. Although since it has so many good reviews I will be trying again in the Harker Heights location.

20 minutes for 2 pour over coffees just to get a hair in it. I know pour over takes time, but it does not take that long. No real apology for the hair. Not worth the wait, cost, or for the quality of service

The workers inside are all so welcoming in kind. I always feel the need to try something new on the menu. So far I recommend the beef bulogali, the Hawaiian and mango bingos and today I tried the watermelon smoothie boba. I’m excited to try something else. Upon first walking in I was immediately surprised by the delicious aroma of sweetness and the welcoming, inviting, beautifully decorated, and relaxing ambience of the coffee shop. I literally felt like I was transported out of Killeen! What a wonderful surprise. The owner is so friendly and polite. Delicious coffee. Each cup is freshly ground to order with organic coffee beans that are freshly roasted that day. Love it!

After hearing about this little cafe from all of my coworkers and friends, I decided to give it a try. My husband and I went with some friends on a Sunday close to their closing time..like really close. They were so welcoming and sweet. After they closed we decided to sit outside on the benches and when the owners left they were kind enough to leave the outside lighting they have on for us. I ordered a mango boba smoothie and I loved it. I am excited to see this local business grow, and would recommend it to other friends. I would love if there was a second location closer to my side of town. ;)

Loved this place! Their bingsoo and waffles were so good. We will most definitely be returning. The entire staff was super sweet! I would have never found this place had it not been for my sister who was in town visiting recommending it. Im glad she did. My family enjoyed it very much and I cant wait to go back.

I havent been in a Coffee/ Boba/ Bingsoo café in so long since I moved from California a year ago. I was definitely pleased to have visit this place, my cravings for strawberry milk tea was killing me. The Café has a modern atmosphere & board games to play for people to hangout & chill. I wish I knew of this place sooner! I would be going once a week, now Im definitely am. Cannot wait to try other flavors & different treats.
