I should have written a review years ago! I love it here - its almost like Cheers! Chris and Athena are so friendly that every time I come in they greet me by name and ask how Im doing. Athena also knows me by drink type! This is probably the friendliest Starbucks Ive ever been to - or any coffee shop for that matter. Some of their new recruits are starting to follow their lead and its so nice.

The team here are practically family now. If you come here any kind of frequently, you know what I mean. The manager, Chris, is out of this world and builds his team to boost morale and friendliness. Theyre always looking to get to know their customers. I love coming here just for the environment hes built.

They are so sweet! So I originally wanted something they didn’t have so the girl who took my order was very sweet and helped me pick something else out. They then made us an extra drink with a heart on it for the inconvenience!! Y’all made our day today!

I like coming to this location because not too far from my job. The staff are always friendly and my order is done correct almost everytime. The reason I didnt give them 5 stars is theyre always out of something. Especially in the afternoon. Its so irritating.

Bought a hot chocolate and a hot white mocha last night. Both drinks in the pictures were 1/4 empty. We didn’t drink them, and we didn’t open them until we got home. The staff were friendly, but I don’t get why they had to give us cups that weren’t full.

Wow ! Talk about very fast and friendly service ! And their always very attentive to ones needs. They always make your special blend beverages and food with all other shopping item a true and wonderful experience. Wonderful staff as always 😊🙏💙

Two of the women that work here have horrible attitudes and no idea about customer service. No matter how nicely you ask them to correct an order, they treat you like it is your fault the order is messed up.

Just left this location, as usual out of something, they always out of something this time was lemonade. Went through drive thru, I told the young girl I was using my points 4× to be exact and she still took the money off my card, I told her no I want to use my points, she say well payment has already been accepted. I sit in drive and told no I told you 4 times to use point, she then say well I will have to get a manager I say fine. Manger comes and refunds me and leave then she proceeded to take orders as I wait for her to hand me my drinks thats been sitting there she then walks off she come back and take another order I say excuse Mei would like my drinks, she looks and hand me my drink as if Im working g her nerves for her to be doing her job. Light skin young girl with lone fabulous braids and tattoos on her arm..just rude.

I lLOVE it here! They are great. The staff is accommodating and are always willing to make it right.

Staff always seem to be friendly- no complaints there; however, there is a consistent lack of inventory. It seems almost every time I have made a stop at this location they are out of something. A couple weeks ago it was the Pink drink, quite a bit lately it has been the new Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and today it was cold brew. It is becoming not worth the stop if you have your heart set on something. Try another location or not at all. All the positive reviews have to be the staff, because it sure isnt the inventory!

Just sat in line for almost 30 minutes thats a shame they should have a better system I drove off at this point I dont even want the coffee anymore

Great coffee with competent night staff that took care of you and made a good cup.

They said this is normal. Um, no. I always order this drink and it has NEVER had these nasty white flakes. This location constantly messes up. I no longer will visit this location and neither should you.

Never consistent quality and if you get an iced coffee or frappe they are using paper straws, they disintegrate and are disgusting. Switch to local, boozy beans is great.

Probably one of better starbucks in the area. Costumer service has improved.

Terrible service, me and my sisters went through drive through and it was terrible. Very disappointed, I worked for Starbucks two years and always made my drink how the customers like it. They were very inpatient also manager was rude, never again!

I go to Starbucks a few times a week, sometimes twice a day. No matter what town I’m in or where I’m at I’ll seek out a Starbucks. This Starbucks has to be the worst Starbucks on planet earth. The customer service is by far the worst you will ever come across. I literally stop in before I go to class and every time I go I order the same drink and every time I order they have told me for the past 3 weeks “I’m sorry but we are out of this and that”! Now I am in the restaurant industry and I know I order food twice a week there’s no way they have not received a truck. Poor management and ordering would be to blame. Who ever is running that building is doing a horrible job ordering inventory and with their hiring. Starbucks is like ChicFilA the customer service is outstanding wherever you go....except this building...it’s horrible!!

There is one gentleman in particular who makes this drive thru the amazing 5 star experience Im giving. His name is Chris, hes always so full of energy and hes seriously the kindest instead of taking your payment and closing the window as you wait he will legitimately sit there and have a conversation with you while you wait on your order. He always makes my husband and I feel so welcomed and he remembers us each time we come through as we are due anytime with our newest addition and hes always asking me how I am feeling and how we are doing and that hes rooting for us to have Baby Girl soon! Hes a vital reason we go out of our way to come to this Starbucks because hes just truly a wonderful guy!

The very 1st Starbucks I ever went to; didnt disappoint. Keep up the great customer service and great drinks!

Ive alway had the best time coming to this Starbucks they are always so nice I used to go every morning on my way into work and they just always new my order probably a sign I went too much but theyre so nice that it just kept me going there Ive never once had a bad experience with this Starbucks❤

By far one of my least favorite Starbucks which sucks because it is in the most convenient locations in Killeen! I always order a Caramel Machiato and every time the ratios are off, I’m just getting milk and syrup. So we started ordering them upside down hoping that would alleviate the issue but turns out they’re just stingy with the espresso all around.My husband refused to accept the drink because it wasn’t made right and the manager was extremely rude even though she stated she knew it was made wrong and said there was nothing else she could do. Last time I checked Starbucks has a promise that if it isn’t the way you like it they will make you a new one.

They didnt have what I went for but my husband was offered a free 12oz coffee for Veterans Day! I ordered something else and was content with it.

Very unpleasant and unmotivated staff. Ordered 3 drinks. No drink carrier, Was simply told that they didnt have a drink Carrier and staff walked off felt very disrespected and I even left a tip will not be returning to the Killeen Starbucks.If I could give negative stars I would. Not the day to be flat on motivation. Its all about customer service you can make or break a customers day by your customer service

Absolutely love this starbucks location, I come out of my way to come to this location instead of going to the one closest to my house on Trimmier. With that said I have a particular issue with one of the employees, Jay Jay. I don’t know what the deal is but every time I come through he takes my order, I get up to the window and he says nothing to me and just hands me the card reader and doesn’t even look in my direction as he does it. Doesn’t tell me my total, nothing. Today I even asked my total and as I asked him he turned and walked away and completely ignored me. Then when my order comes he simply hands it to me and says nothing else. I’ve said thank you have a nice day and I never get a response. It just puts off the vibe he doesn’t care about the customer and he’s only there to do a job, which is fine I guess. We’re all at work to do a job, but when you’re serving people the least you can do is give them their total before they put their card in the reader and offer a receipt, which he has never done. There was one other time I ordered my latte and it didn’t have any flavor in it, like they forgot to put it in or something and since I come out of my way to get here I didn’t feel like going back to have it fixed so I just dealt with it. Other than that I’ve had a perfect experience at this location.

I enjoyed the friendly conversation at the drive-Thur awesome service couldn’t tell his name but I give him 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And I believe he was ex -military thank you for your services

This was my 1st time ever visiting this particular Starbucks. Id had a rough night and was having to be dropped off here because the place I worked did not open for another few hours and it was an hours walk from home. The and plays are very pleasant, and even though the exchange was not much they pretty much made my day, as well as allowing me to take up space for a few hours. Best location Ive been to yet.

So I went to Starbucks this morning in desperate need of coffee while also being in a hurry. Customer service was good and coffee came outta quick. Only thing is, when I drink the coffee it wasn’t coffee. I asked for a Carmel macchiato and what I got seemed to be hot cocoa or something. Definitely nothing with caramel for sure. I was way too far down road to turn around at that point but I was really annoyed!!

This place is amazing. The staff is very polite and know what they are doing. Athena is absolutely amazing. She always has a smile on her face and I always leave with a smile on mine.

Always delicious, the transfer cup is kind of odd and useless tho.

I love a fancy name brand that is almost the same price as my favorite place in the world McDonalds!! I enjoy sitting outside peacefully drinking my iced coffee while waiting to clock in at work right next door. I take pride in saying that they have the cleanest bathroom in Killeen and that I love the Ladies at Starbucks!!!!! They just know how to make my coffee with extra caramel drizzled love!!!! I always top!!!! Cause there the best!!!!

The server was nice enough to split a Grande into 2 smaller cups for the kiddos (the drink was a cream, no coffee) making the visit way easier. The drinks were fantastic!

The atmosphere in the store is warm and inviting, the staff is so kind, good quality drinks, everything is clean. The partners go out of their way to make a real connection with you, which is so nice. All around Ive never had a bad experience at this store. 😊

Would you like coffee with that syrup? People get coffee to perk them up for another rough day barely recovering from yesterday and this Starbucks doesnt seem to have that in heart for their customers. Speed is much more important to them than accuracy. Some people do like their coffee rather than their cream and syrup. Im really learning how specific to be the next time I order because this has happened every time so far.

Depending who is at the window will be the quality service you get. The males seem to be on it. However one female I think every other month she screw up my order...no matter how basic it is. Today she forget to ring in my drink. But the lady in front of me who had 4 separate orders was all good.....

Just left here and they got my order wrong. I ordered a double smoked bacon and cheddar sandwich with my coffee and they gave me a blueberry muffin. It wasn’t even busy. Now I’m stuck with a muffin for breakfast because I don’t have time to turn around and go back so they can fix their mistake.

I LOVE the new cherry mocha! It tastes like a cherry cordial. Normally I will make my own coffee, but this new flavor has been my kryptonite. Service is usually on point with Starbucks, and if it isnt there is a quick remedy. Its nice to know there are still companies that care about accountability.

This Starbucks is kinda slow... But they are the ONLY one that can actually get my order absolutely perfect to the T !! There is always a line, just like any other Starbucks but they need to speed it up a little..and also the customer service is great ! Although it does seem like theres always a new employee every time I come...which is often. At least twice a week. The Starbucks on post literally sucks. Come to this one :)

The employee’s are always nice. It can get really crowded here, especially in the mornings. A lot of times I couldn’t wait as I’d be late to work. However, my order is always right and my drinks/food are good. Especially the oatmeal with brown sugar!

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. I go to this Starbucks several times a week because I live nearby. Every time I go I order a vanilla iced coffee with classic syrup and cream. They never make it the same twice. Sometimes it tastes like medicine. Sometimes they do not put any classic even though they claim that they do. And sometimes when I ask for the classic they say that it already comes with it and when I get the coffee it never has it. I am beyond frustrated with this place and am going to go to a different location.

Just witnessed the (manager) Laura yell at an employee named Tori. Tori is the sweetest girl at this location, and her customer service is the best. Everyone was shocked, and felt awful for this poor girl. If you need to speak with an employee, bring them to the back. Dont do it in front of a shop full of customers. Tori, thanks for all you do. We appreciate you.

Their eggnog creme frappuccinos are delicious, and the service was great and fast this time.

Truly enjoyed the Hot Caramel Apple Cider on the Secret Menu.

This place is so slow. I understand that things get busy, but I dont have 25-30 minutes to wait for a drip coffee and premade breakfast sandwich. This is the 2nd time Ive had to leave without my sandwich due to wait times. The first time I at least got my money back. This last time I couldnt even flag anyone down to help get a refund and left without one. Will not return.

This Starbucks sucks, they cant even make a Frappe correctly imagine a specific coffee you need, the ice was not even grinded up all the way and It taste gross. I recommend heading to clear creek or maybe cove but they arent so good either.

I love thus store! They are aleays friendly in the mornings and when I sent/paid for my order to another store they were kind enough to just give me my drink and send me omw without the hassle of paying twice or waiting forever !

You will be waiting a long time at this place, early morning employees are not that friendly AND they assume how you want your coffee drink instead of asking you. Employees are to BBBBUUUSSSY taking care of other duties rather than giving front counter customers attention and taking care of them.

Starbucks is WAY OVER RATED. Worst coffee. I order the same thing Chia latte. How can you go wrong? Zero flavor. I thought different locations, that has nothing to do with it.

The employees here are amazing. The environment is reminiscent of the original Starbucks, student friendly with comfortable seating for studying. I left the 2108 S Clear Creek Rd. location because one employee was rude and appeared to believe he was above serving me based on his reaction to me. I will not pay for poor treatment. The Fort Hood location exemplifies excellent customer service. This location has become my one and only go to for all of my Starbucks needs. The 2600 Trimmier Rd. location lacks in customer service as well. If you live in or are passing through Killeen and have a hankering for some Starbucks, stop here.

This place always screws up my order. Also, they never have any of the food listed on the menu. Never go to this location unless you want to be put in a bad mood. The employees are obviously in need of more training.
