It would be nice if you can add a sign stating that the pharmacy will be closed for lunch on the wall for cars to see while waiting in the drive through. I just waited 35 to 40 minutes on the drive through to found out they just closed when it was my turn. I love this Walgreens and staff has always been really nice. Just a good suggestion for clients like me that donβt usually visit the drive through at this hours. Thank you π
Im not one to leave bad reviews, but this place is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! I made a appointment to have my daughter tested for COVID. Got the confirmation email that her appointment was made. Drug her out of her bed, (granted she was feeling horrible) Drove 25 minutes there, waited in line for 30 minutes and they told me they are out of tests. NO PHONE CALL, nothing. They could have AT LEAST called me and gave me a heads up to come the next day. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Been using this Walgreens for prescriptions for many years. Very seldom have a problem and they fix it quickly when there is an issue. Whenever insurance is involved, youre going to have problems and delays. Dont blame Walgreens, they do the best they can!
Iβm standing at the pharmacy and I was here 4 hours ago to drop off a prescription. When I got here everyone was so busy working and running around still got the line going pretty fast. I came back an hour after prescription time said and it wasnβt ready. Iβm not mad because everyone is still running around like a chicken with their head cut off but the woman got my prescription in about 10 minutes and I was out. I appreciate yβall working during this pandemic and being short staffed & still rocking it. You deserve so much recognition if you were working on august 2nd 2021.
Called up there several times never could get a hold of anybody kept getting put on hold and I would wait so long till the elevator music ran out till it would start re-ringing them and they still wouldnt even pick up the phone it would hang up on me. Was calling through two different phone numbers cuz I kept getting hung up on the man that was working said hello and I said hello back and he hung up on me. I end up having to call the store. The staff was rude each time they asked you to hold and they sounded very frustrated. It took an hour just too find out if my meds were ready. Always have problems with this pharmacy. Before they would text me my meds are ready and I would come to pick them up and then when I would get there they would tell me they werent ready. Is have to wait 25 mind or come back later. They need to get it together. Dont recommend for prescriptions at all.
I tries calling 3 times, placed on hold each time, just need to cancel an order in the photo central, no one knows how to transfer a call or help a customer on a phone. Terrible staff. On hold for 45 minutes. Still have not been helped.
I spoke to the pharmacy tech at around 10am she told me I could pick up after 2pm. I got to the drive through at 3pm and sat there for 1/2 hour until another person in line went inside and came out to tell all of us the system was down since 1130am so I had to go inside no signs posted in the druve through line. I went inside and was told that I cant pick up my scripts because the system is down and they cant process any scripts until it is repaired. I asked if someone was working on the system and she told me remotely. She told me she could cancel my scripts and I would have to have my doctor rewrite it which is crazy. I would have to schedule a new appointment and pay another co pay. I am waiting for it but I think this is terrible customer service. Were is there tech company?
This particular Walgreenβs pharmacy is extremely slow when it comes to picking up prescribed medication. I can have my medication ready to be picked up, and it takes them an hour to an hour and a half to give me. They are very inconsiderate on their time management. They donβt acknowledge you when you first appear to the drive thru window. They ignore you until you have to continuously push the button to get their attention. Iβm extremely disappointed at this Walgreens, they are not very friendly nor professional and will not be coming back. Iβve had this experience with them too many times, and nothing has changed. If I could give them a negative star I would. I wouldnβt recommend getting your prescription here EVER.

This particular Walgreens pharmacy is never open they are really slow. They have staffing issues constantly. They have machine technical issues on the regular basis. You cannot count on this pharmacy if youre wanting to make certain you have a 24-hour pharmacy available.
Scheduled an appointment for 10:30 and arrived 15m early as instructed. Still had to wait in long line, was not seen until 10:55 and it is 11:10 and I have still not gotten what I came for. IT IS AN ABSOLUTE WASTE TO SPEND THE TIME MAKING AN APPOINTMENT AND SHOW UP AS INSTRUCTED. This Walgreens pharmacy is not functioning properly and I do believe it is due to lack of proper management which resulted in lazy employees.

That pharmacy is the worse in killeen. I waited five hours to get my medication, and I have to come back the following day to get the medication I couldnt get the first day. They didnt how many prescriptions I have from my dentist. They all take lunch at the same time; they are unprofessional and lazy :(

I am changing pharmacies. 6 cars in the drive through with no movement. Gave up and went inside. 8 people in line with one register person working. The same customer was at the register for 15 minutes before the line moved. I finally gave up and left without my prescription. Stopped by the restroom on the way out only to find that you had to go to the photo department to find someone with a key to let me in. They are not happy until you are not. No regard for their customers.
Went to Walgreens on centex expressway/killeen. The older gray haired pharmacy tech so dang unfriendly.. i know folks hate to work on sundays,but come on now.. this a place of buisness,greet people with a smile.

Ive been going to this pharmacy for several months now. Every time I go to pick up a prescription theres an issue. Once an assistant cancelled a prescription and tried to blame it on the pharmacist, who assured me it was the assistants fault. Last time, I had called ahead, it was an hour wait in store with multiple trips to the counter asking if I should just come back. 3 different staff members told me no, should be take ready in just a moment. This time they called me to tell me a medication was ready. Drove down, and was told to come back in 20 minutes. No explanation offered as to why my medication was not ready. There were no other cars in the drive through and the parking lot was fairly empty. They werent busy just incompetent.
I see a lot of complaints here about the wait time but I never have too much of an issue here. People need to realize these people are busy and I can tell they try their best to get things done in a hurry. Customer service is pretty good too. Ive been to other pharmacies that take much longer and are less organized.

The store is very easy to get to, located in the heart of the city right off I14 190. Always clean, very friendly staff, never out of stock on the shelves and all staff are very knowledgable to location of all items in store. The balance rewards program is great, my family benefits from the rewards and lowered cost of certain items and sales incentives. Excellent store, location, pharmacy, restrooms and everything.
Walgreens employees customer service is second to none. Everytime Ive patronized killeen store locations, the staff have displayed competence and are extremely courteous to the customers. They really make you feel at home. Thanks America-Non Nobis Solum

This is gotta be the slowest Walgreens Iβve ever been in! Thereβs like 7 people behind the counter, yet only two seem to be working. You got one for the drive thru, and the other is at the counter inside. Why have four stations inside, and only have one open?!?? Especially during rush timeπ€¦ββοΈπ€¬π€·ββοΈπ€¬
Been to this location twice for my husbands medications. We left drive thru the first time due to the long wait. A couple of dayβs later we come back to the same wait time. If my husband didnβt need his medication the same day we would have left. Weβve waited here for 20 minutes and still have not moved. For this being a drive thru pharmacy I donβt understand why it takes so long.

Painless. My doctor sent an electronic prescription and within an hour I received an auto call to let me know it was ready for pickup. When I got to the store I went right up to the counter and both the pharmacist and tech were pleasant and helpful.
If I could give this Walgreens pharmacy a negative I would. Take your business elsewhere if you want to avoid frustration. They will not work out an issue and pass you off. They will also lie to you and tell you they are going to let you talk to a pharmacist only to find out you are talking to another technician who will pass you off on someone else. They do not do there jobs and are very unprofessional. Avoid the headache. And use a different pharmacy. After this one last time which is unavoidable I will not be using there services.

Worst drive thru I have ever seen in my life. I work shift work and had to get up early . 40 minutes and only 3 cars werew taken car of.Never did get ky meds having to go to work.
Thanks Walgreens Pharmacy for randomly closing for no apparent reason, especially after I just called to check if you were opened. You could havementioned that in the 4 minutes it took me to drive over to refill my diabetes medication, you would just randomly decide to close until 1100. Now I have to come back at the busiest time of the day, or go a full day without my dosage and try again tomorrow. Let me ask in advance, will you be closing again tomorrow morning? If so, let me know so I can have my doctor call in my meds somewhere else. If this was for some trivial stuff like Advil, ok, but this literally is for medication that helps me keep my blood sugar at a manageable range.

Today I had the most terrible customer service experience (in the pharmacy drive thru line) I have ever had ANYWHERE that I have ever been. This location lacks SERIOUS customer services skills. They will never enjoy my business again.
I love walgreens but I have been so mis treated. I have pain meds there and I need to be able to get them. Tomorrow is the 25 the earliest fill and I asked if I came in after midnight and they told me I couldnt get them till 8AM.

My friend got treated extremely bad in this location. Everyone basically was talking on the phone while she was waiting in line, and nobody wanted to help her at all. She almost cried because no one seemed to notice her even though she was extremely courteous. When she asked to speak to management, they basically sent her away saying the manager was not there. I would never recommend this place because of the extremely poor customer service. I will also call to complain about this.
Customer service should be called CUSTOMER NO SERVICE at this location. I have used Walgreens for four decades and never felt the need to warn others until using this location for my prescriptions.
These Walgreens is terrible and need to be close down have no respect for their client and take their time assisting patients. I stay In line ova a 30 mins before anyone was even there. Michael at the photo counter is a waste. Doesnt realize a Texas Hand Gun license is a vaild state ID. If your gonma handle fedex packages and i order Ammunition i excpet an employee to be trained on what a vaild ID is. Lucky i was in a good mood and didnt feel like proving him wrong.
They never pick up the phone... The trick that I made was when you call press the option for the doctors line.. They have to answer that line. I had my husband dial the regular line while I pressed the doctors option.. He was still on hold for 30 mins plus while I was only on hold for no longer than 10 mins..
The WORST service I ever seen !!!!! Was supposed to be getting a call back about my sons perscription ...3 hours later viola !!!! Nothing ! I call and am put on hold for 16 minutes, by the time they answer I am here ! I love past the airport ! Only to find out it was never called in from the first place !!! Both the hospital and pharmacy play a huge part in this, but a call back would have been sufficient than going out my way to drive over here not once but twice !

Im usually pretty easy going and patient because I worked customer service for years-so I get it. But this pharmacy is horrible. Ive had my prescription filled here twice, but from now on, itll be worth going across town. The first time, I had a pre-surgery Rx to fill. I went inside, and I was the first one in the line. There were probably 6-8 employees and pharmacists there. There was one girl at the counter and the others were doing other things. I stood there for 25 minutes before I was even acknowledged. When the girl told me to come up, she was incredibly rude. She had a horrible attitude and was very short with me. I just brushed it off, though. She told me 30 minutes. No problem-I went home and came back 45 minutes later. This time, I went through the drive-thru. The girl at the window was very nice and seemed to be a very hard worker. She couldnt find my Rx. After about 5-10 minutes of trying to figure it out, I saw her turn around only to find it still on the counter where the first girl helped me. She was very apologetic and I could tell she was flustered by the incompetence of her co-workers. I waited patiently because I know things happen. I sat in the drive-thru at the window for 50 minutes. That was frustrating, but whatever, life goes on. The second time, was this morning. I had my post-surgery Rx and dropped it off at 7:30 AM. This time, it was a pharmacist who helped me at the window. She was one of the rudest people Ive ever met. Again-Im very patient and understanding, so I look past it. She tells me 30 minutes. I go home, and come back 45 minutes later. I sit at the window, and....yep! It hadnt been filled. They misspelled my name. Are you kidding me? Itll be 20 more minutes the girl said. I was in agonizing pain from my surgery and started to get a migraine between the pain and frustration. I sat in the drive-thru for 25 minutes when I finally picked it up and I was the second car in line. ON TOP OF waiting 20 minutes in the parking lot for them to fill it. Ive always loved Walgreens, but the pharmacy at this location is terrible. Forever wishing the CVS across the street accepted TRICARE.
SLOWEST PHARMACY EVER! Iβve sat in the drive through for almost 30 minutes now and there has only been two cars in front of me.
The waiting 20 minutes on the phone is one thing but honestly by husband takes the same medication every month and every month its an issue. He has to go one day for a partial fill and return several days later hoping that they have the remainder of his medication. Today matters got worse when they told him they had his epilepsy medication but needed to get permission from the manager to give him his medication because they dont keep a lot of this medication in stock so he cant have what they have. I see! Let the man seize until a manager of a Walgreens approves giving him what they have. If this country is ever under attack, dont rely on Walgreens because youre screwed.I would like to follow up on this post with an update: After my husband returned to Walgreens to pick up his prescription, the bottle was filled with generic brand seizure medication but labeled as brand name. This is illegal and dangerous to patients who have been told not to take this medication in generic form.
Its 11:30 PM and Walgreens has a pharmacist on duty. My 7 year old and I are really grateful for this. Thank you

Set in the drive thru for about 30 mins so far waiting on one vehicle, if its going to take this long for someone to pick up medicine they should pull them around to the front and take them their medicine when its ready. This is flipping ridiculous...

Came around 1120 with with a prescription from the dentist (pain killers) the lady says 45 min, I come back at 1250 and they say its still not ready to wait a few seconds, 25 minutes past and I go back to the counter and another lady tells me that its not ready to wait 5 minutes, my reply was that I dont get paid to be waiting that I will pick them up after work, There is no good afternoon, no smile no niceness from this pharmacy (except for the last girl) I truly DONT recommend Walgreens, Total waste of time
