Liars!!! Although I like the jewelry I do not like the monthly fiance charge. I communicated to the rep about what I wanted to pay. I even put down a few hundred to make sure the payments where what I wanted. Short story I was lied to about the monthly charges. It turns out the charges are double what I wanted. I did sign a contract but verbally I was told one thing and the contract said another. After I had time to read it I found out he lied. I signed that contract under false pretenses. He knows it but he’s clearly an anything for a sale type of persons. Liars and cheaters win for a time but in the long run they don’t. Your Karma is coming to you and just know what you get is what you deserve.

I would have given 5 stars except the original sales person did not really know what he was doing and the other staff didnt seem interested in helping him in order to get us taken care of in a timely manner.With that being said, Aaron (the manager I guess) was extremely helpful and kept us in the loop while waiting for the wedding band to come in. I was considering building a ring last month from Bluenilee. My fiancée fell in love with this one particular ring design on their website that included a solitaire diamond . While I was in the Mall, I stopped by some jewelry stores and at paramount jewelers. Showed the picture to Ben. Ben went above and beyond to have that ring built, with a GIA certified diam at a lesser cost than bluenile. Fast forward today, my fiancé has a ring she fell in love at the very first sight. Ben!! Two thumbs up!!

I had one of my best experiences in this Jewelry shop, they are sooooo friendly and nice, there are great deals and best prices. They always welcome you and take care of everything so patiently.I brought my ring to resized (two sizes from 7 to 5) and they did one of the BEST job (when I say one of the BEST I mean it) my ring was perfectly resized in a way that it is impossible to see that this ring was resized, I am sooo happy and satisfied.The manager of this shop is one of the best, I was so worried at first to resize my ring but he was soo patient and he really understands the value and importance of my ring to me so the resizing was priceless and flawless l, I really can’t believe how beautiful and perfect my ring is looking cause the resizing was perfect and my ring has no sign that I resized it, how is that even possible ?! I have no idea, i just know he is the best in his job.

Stay away! Especially if you have bad credit. They will offer you options that will on one hand get you what you want but on the other there is no getting your money back if things go south. For example if you want a ring, you can make payments on that ring but dont get to keep it till its paid off. Good right? It is but with this company all that money paid is NOT refundable. They keep it regardless if you pay off the ring or not. They will not negotiate a deal unless you spend more money in there store.
