Walked in to replace my first engagement ring I lost. Thought this process was going to take forever with my indecisive self, but Bianca and Debra really came through for me. They were both patient and found the PERFECT ring for me within my price range. Bianca’s knowledge answered all of my questions and had me in and out within 20 mins. Thank you two soooo much. Will definitely come back 10/10 recommend.

I just wanted to mention how amazing Shavaun and Gabri were at Zales in Killeen Mall! Gabri spent so much time showing us several items and was very patient and friendly the entire time. It’s hard to find an associate who truly enjoys their job and is customer-focused. Shavaun took her time explaining the payment process and how the warranty works. Both ladies were very understanding and have several years of experience and are very knowledgeable in their field. We were there around closing time, but they didn’t rush us out like most stores would. This store also had a nice big variety of jewelry. I would definitely return to this location and work with these ladies for my next purchase. I highly recommend seeing Shavaun or Gabri if you are looking to make a ring purchase

I love coming to this location. Everyone is pretty nice and helpful. But the best sales person there is Kathy. She is patient and price conscious when she is helping you. I have bought my wedding bands with her and other jewelry. She is knowledgable and bubbly. She’s all around a great person!

About two years ago we were kinda hesitant to walk into a jewelry store to ask to look at weeding rings because we are a same sex couple but, to our surprise the Zales associates were very helpful. They helped us with our purchase and were very friendly towards us. Later on the same year we went back to buy other items and they remembered us; its always nice to go into a business and feel so comfortable not to be judge because of the way you look or sexual preference.We will continue to give Zales our business, just like weve been doing for the past couple of years.We made a recent purchase for my Wifes birthday this month and couldnt be happier, its always an amazing experience shopping at Zales

I hate going to the Killeen Zales! Every time I go in for repairs or inspections I leave with only a excuse of why I cannot be helped. I absolutely hate dealing with that manager the “tall blond”. I’m taking my future business elsewhere. Zales will no longer be getting anymore of my money

I went into the Killeen Mall Zales to have my rings appraised. They had not been purchased at Zales,but they were happy to help me. The ladies that were working noticed that i was standing around they were happy to ask if I needed help(the store was very busy) each time I told them I was waiting on the manager who was extremely busy. Kevin the manager was wonderful!! He tested my rings,looked for any imprints or identifying marks on my stones to make sure that everything cameback the same. He even had me read back the numbers on my center stone diamond so I knew they were there. Promptly received a call when my rings came back. Picking them up was just as great of an experience. I will ONLY TRUST this Zales for any repairs or new appraisals. They give you the piece of mind in knowing that your jewelry will come back to you with the quality that it left with. Thank you Kevin and staff for being so nice and very professional!! Will be back!! (might even purchase some new jewelry)

Not satisfied at all...We reside in Central Texas and have bought all our jewelry from Zales since 1999. We bought our Platinum wedding set from Zales during the summer of 2000. We bought the protection plan and have been using the system to ensure our rings are properly maintained. In December 2018 we took my wife’s platinum wedding rings for cleaning and diamond tighten as was recommended by the sales person. They sent the jewelry out late or by mistake but They called me in March to stop by to pick the wedding rings.June 19, we went to Zales to buy a present and the sales women asked to clean my jewelry and my wife platinum rings. The sales person informed me that my wife’s platinum wedding rings had a diamond loose and that they were needing to be service (we got the rings back from the December service in March). Again, not even three months passed since they repaired the same rings. They called me July12, 2018 to pick up the platinum rings, and when we looked at the rings and they were so shiny like never before. It was strange to us because platinum does not shine like that. When we looked at the receipt, it stated the rings were plated with rhodium. The store manager told us that the shop that did the work made a mistake thinking the platinum wedding rings were white gold.Waiting for resolution on when they were going to replace them, every time I called the store they said the manager is not there yet when we spoke with the manager she said the general manager would call to talk about the platinum ring and he never called.They sent my wife platinum ring back to the shop as they said to us that couldn’t replace them because the platinum ring manufacture is not making those rings anymore.I was called to pick up the platinum ring July 25, 2018. My wife noticed the rings were plated with rhodium and one of the rings had someone else’s name engraved inside the ring. My wife’s rings didn’t have any engravings. The receipt didn’t state that they were platinum rings or that they removed the rhodium. The receipt read “White gold rings with the wrong amount of diamonds. This is an indicator that the rings that Zales tried to give us was not the original rings we bought in 2000. We just want what we paid for.Today is 08/15/18 and still no rings.Bad experience with Zales in Killeen :(

Certain staff were wonderful, while other staff ruined my engagement plans. I asked for a rushed resizing of a ring and the guy said hed put it on the ticket. Called them today, they told me it wouldnt be ready for another 2 weeks because I didnt ask for it to be rushed (I made it very clear I needed it ASAP) then the woman I spoke with told me there was nothing they could do. Absolutely terrible. My husband had bought my engagement ring from them and we had gotten in correct size needed.THEN we got my wedding ring. I fought with an older woman that works there with her telling me that my ring was already an 8.5 and that I dont know my ring size. I got one of my rings sized and then had the sauteed together. My rings dont line up and one is to small. Im beyond livid with this. I recommend going to Kays or Pandora anywhere but that Zales.

I went in with my partner. We are a lesbian couple looking at engagement rings. There were two older white women Working. At first i could tell that the women didnt want to help us but eventually one came over. I politely asked her if they mixed couples birth stones together on rings. She told me no that they only did it for family stones and then. Pointed me to the upright showing so. I walked over and clearly saw a sign that said COUPLES STONES..... To my surprise she pretended as if i didnt see that. This should be a happy moment for me but because Im a lesbian i was lied too?..... Its disgusting and i will never take my business there again.

I like and have plenty of pieces from zales. However the manager at the killeen mall location (tall blonde) is terrible. Myself and my boyfriend have both been in separately and had a bad experience with her. She speaks very rudely to customers. However Krista was amazingly helpful, polite, and made sure I was satisfied with her assistance.

Terrible. Would not recommend. I got a $1,100.00 ring from there, and within months late. 2-3 diamonds had already fallen out. They said they couldn’t do anything, even though it was nothing I did. They also made me pay for having it shipped to be resized because THEY didn’t have the size in store when I bought it. Then manager is rude, and the customer service is the worst. You are wasting your money of you go to Zane in KILLEEN, TX. I would give zero stars if I could. I went to Pagel and Sons over by the mall, and they fixed my ring for me. If you want a great experience and no trouble I would HIGHLY recommend Pagel and Sons.

The associates are nice and conduct business to the best of their ability, however, who ever is contracted to repair/service jewelry bought at Zales the repair service is subpar. My husband bought me a beautiful bridal set from the Killeen Zale. It was sent off to be sized down from a size 7 to a size 4. A week after I got the ring back I noticed that it had someones FULL initials engraved into it (KRN) so we took it back to and we were ensured that the issue would be rectified and that it wouldnt take 3 weeks like it did when my ring was sent to be resized. On the day (Friday) my ring was supposed to be ready I went to the store my ring was not there and had not been shipped back yet. The following day they called my husband saying that the ring was back but that a diamond was loose (I dont believe that the ring was back) and they had to send it back to get tightened and that we would get back Wednesday so we will see. But we wont be buying anymore jewelry from Zales.

I have had nothing short of TERRIBLE service from Zales. I purchased a ring in the store located in Killeen,TX. When I ordered I ordered two mens wedding bands( With Mary G.). The bands came in being the completely wrong rings so I returned them. Upon doing so I was told that my account would be clear except a minor charge and the manager (Kevin F.) told me that he would make sure the charge was removed. Well in December I received a statement showing that I owed this $4 and that is was delinquent. I went into the hospital to have a baby and upon leaving the hospital I went to the store the next day and spoke to the manager. At this point I had also checked my credit and it had already been placed on my credit report. I told Kevin the issue I was having and he got on the phone then took care of it. Until later I did not know what he meant by took care of it. Upon going in to try and order another ring for my husband and giving Zales a second chance ( clearly a bad decision) I was told my credit was reduced to $500. I asked why and they said there showed and extremely late payment on my account of $4. I explained that I had never made that payment because I did not owe $4 and the manager had taken care of that for me. ( I was in the strore for this phone call) Well the gentleman on the phone told me he could not help me further. I then asked Kevin about what the gentleman had told me and he confirmed that in fact yes, he had just shorted his drawer and paid the $4 on my account. Well now I have since not been able to get credit elsewhere completely due to the fact that I have this payment history on my account. I SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN CHARGED THIS $4! On top of that the manager should have NEVER done what he did. This is absolutely 100% ridiculous, Between myself and my husband we have spent no less than $10,000 with Zales and I have never been treated so poorly by a company. At this point I want my credit corrected and I never want to deal with Zales or any associated companies again. TERRIBLE.Oh and additionally, when I applied for my card the lady input my name incorrectly. My name at the time was Sierra Marshall but she ( Mary G.) put in Marshall Sierra, So I guess that is how you will need to look me up.Lauren is the only person in this store who has ever helped me.This is absolutely ridiculous. I will be taking my business back to Kays,

I made a purchase in January of this year at Zales, I never received a bill nor my credit card. No communication whatsoever! Finally in April a neighbor brought me a Zales bill that had been put in his mailbox by mistake. I immediately called the phone number on the bill and explained that this was the first bill I had received and I paid more than the minimum due. I called the phone number again almost a month later because I had seen that my credit score had dropped 70 points!!!! I was informed that the payment I made on April 26th, (they have received the payment) has not yet posted!!!! Every day that Comenity bank sits on my payment and collecting interest without posting the payment my credit score drops 5-10 points!!!! What financial institution do you know of that takes your money and doesnt post it within a few days? I will continue to fight to rectify this situation, but I will NEVER shop with Zales or their affiliates again! This bank or whatever Comenity is, is a complete rip off!!!! Also, still no Zales card, if it shows up Ill shred it!!!! Its unfortunate that people are so eager to make a commission that they dont tell you who they finance through and that you will be screwed without a kiss!!!!!

Went to Zales but the store was closed since someone drove into the mall and our coupon expired that day. When we went the next day, a salesclerk saw our coupon in hand across the room and let us know that theyd run out. No offer to help.
