Great service in store!

The manager went above and beyond to help me return a pair of sunglasses. For some reason it was giving her a real hard time I felt so bad but she was very helpful, called everyone to try to do the return. Thank you so much!

So I bought a pair of Oakleys a few weeks ago. When I bought them I got them on sale and was happy about my purchase. When I got up to the counter the lady offered me an additional warranty that apparently doesnt exist there because you get a 1 year free Well, fast forward to today. My daughter scratched my glasses and I call and ask about the policy. Im told that is covered and I can exchange them. Well now I get there and the lady doesnt even know the policy and has to call and find out what she should charge me for what should have been a free replacement per the last sales associate. I had a group of friends with me and even they remember me specifically asking about if my daughter snaps them in half will you replace, the sales associate said yes. Now I had to pay 75 bucks to replace them.... if you lie to your customers they will not be back. Never shopping here again.

I have to give Sunglass Hut in Killeen, Texas a 100% customer satisfaction. Along with a big THANK YOU. I was having problems with my arm bands on a very expensive pair of sunglasses being very loose.Ashley, was super sweet on attempting to adjust the screws for me. When it was time to go to the next level, Maryann handled my situation on a professional and caring level. Even though my original purchase was out of Austin, Texas. Will definitely spend all my future purchases here and direct future customers here as well. I know they didnt have to take care of me on the level of care that was received and did the right thing.Thank youP.S.Sorry I missed the company survey feedback timeline.
