Great customer service.....we drove down to killeen to get my girlfriend a little mermaid pandora bracelet and Ashley the assistant manager was very friendly and very patient with us...she went above and beyond to get my girlfriend exactlywhat she wanted...the store manager was also very friendly and helpful as well as the other young lady that was working that night...we will be back soon to add more charms to her bracelet...thanks again!!Mike

Service is very slow, especially this Tuesday morning. They had 2 ladies. One was with a customer the other one was cleaning some jewelry but we waited over 25 minutes till she decided to attend to us. She could have easily stop what she was doing to help us then come back to whatever she was doing. I really wouldnt recommend this store to anybody.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, I knew what I wanted so basically I was in and out of the store. I showed Sasha a picture of the bracelet that I wanted and she right away knew which one it was. I even bought a charm for it! Love my new bracelet! Thank you Sasha!

I had a better experience this time than I did previously. The last time I went (12/23/20) the young lady that worked with me appeared agitated ( short, thin, black hair, young Caucasian girl) I almost turned around and walked out but I really wanted this charm so I had to deal with her. (She may have been seasonal help. If she wasn’t she should’ve been.) Today I was skeptical of going in there again but I didn’t see the young lady I delt with previously. I had issues with my bracelet so I figured I give it a try. I went in and this time I was assisted by Kiarrah who was absolutely amazing, her product knowledge was great and she was extremely patient in assisting me to help find the bracelet best suited me so I wouldn’t have a reoccurrence of what happened to my last one. I’m must say Pandora you definitely have an asset in that store she’s great!! Thanks Kiarrah. I’m huge on customer service therefore acknowledgement was definitely in order. 😃

I called in advance because my ring was a size too big, Ashley answered the phone and was sweet, asked her if they had the ring I needed in stock, she said it was the last one and she held it for us until we got there. We got there and we got the exchange so quickly, definitely enjoyed my experience

Recently bought my wife a new ring but she wasn’t able to fit it, it was too big, so I took her to exchange it . Remind you I had just bought it 3 days again and obviously hadn’t been worn due to it being too big . We go in and from the jump this lady was very rude didn’t want to exchange or refund the ring . She said it had been scratched . But she had no way of knowing that because she never once looked at it . She was very rude and acted as if black people cant shop in pandora. My wife owns several rings from out of there but we’ll NEVER step foot In the one in the mall again .Didn’t get her name but she was an Older lady, Tall, short hair, Red nails, Possibly a manager .
