Nice set up. Needs some land scape to help show the homes. Nice people. Reasonable. Maybe some add on porch options. Suggest larger options as well. Maybe a 4 wide 7 bed 4 n bath

The one star is only because you have to select one. If you go expect to be asked for large sums of money to be collected up front just to process the loan application. And do not buy your refund being returned in 24-48 hours, this was not the case for us. I am not sure if this is just a common theme here around Fort Hood, but several establishments seem to take advantage of this population that is riddled with soldiers and veterans alike. If you are an informed buyer and elect to buy from PalmHarbor, then I hope your experience is much better than ours. Also know that if you put any kind of money down with anyone at this Killeen center and you opt to actually go to another center to see an actual floor plan, no one will help you or answer any of your questions. My advice if you are looking for a mobile home, drive to Georgetown and talk with their competitors at Titan mobile homes, I have a feeling you will be more pleased.

They took our down payment and didnt actually do anything for us for 2 weeks when we asked for our money back then they started the loan process even though we didnt want their services anymore and manager hasnt called for 2 days now.

See Kim. She was extremely friendly professional, and so knowledgeable about the process. I told her I was new to it all, and she responded with that’s fine then took her time to go over everything with me. So appreciative of professionals like her. Even though we didn’t get a sale, I still highly recommend her at this location.

Just a terrible experience all around. House we received did not match what we ordered(Not talking about just a paint color...which did happen also), had to go back and forth with sales team to get things corrected, still not happy with results but have to deal with it.Dealing with the factory has been a disaster, I literally had to call and email over and over to get them to come fix the things that they did not do properly when they trimmed out the house. Its been 7 months and they are still not done, I have tried multiple times and now in the past 2 months I cannot even get them to respond to me.

Go to Clayton next door. They know what good customer service is, unlike the woman who handled us today.

Absolutely loves these homes. They are very spacious and are so worth the price. They also come with a really great warranty something my current home doesnt have. The representative who helped us was Tamara and she was amazing. She answered every question I had and was very knowledgeable. Five stars cant express how pleased we were.

I was not sure what to expect when I stopped by a few days ago, but I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service was great from everyone I came in contact with, especially Rob. He has been helping with the process and with no pressure. He is very informative and thorough. The homes are way better than I expected and Im super excited to move in to mine. I would have never known how great these homes were until I stopped by and saw it for myself. Thanks Rob and Palm Harbor.

They are not very quick to respond when you contact them about wanting information an the possibility of purchasing a home.

My wife and I stopped here to inquire about prices on their homes. We were greeted at the front door and then a lady who worked for Palm Harbor asked us what we were looking for. We informed her that at this time we were only looking to compare sizes and price points in order to weigh our options, however the lady insisted that in order to look/price the homes she would need to do a soft credit check (it wasnt a soft credit check). She took our info and showed us 2 homes that we stated were not what we were looking for. She then had us wait in an office under the premise that she was going to show us options for different models and options for about an hour. During this time she tried to push a used double wide on us even after we very plainly repeated on several occasions that the mobile home was not what we were looking for and also was above a price point that we were comfortable paying. She recommended that we let some things go in order to get into the used double wide that we werent interested in. We stated that we were on a tight budget and that with a large family we wouldnt feel comfortable getting the home as we like to have an extra cushion for food/gas/etc. She point blank asked why we didnt want to get it when figures showed that we could afford it. We had to get up and just walk out because she was so pushy and pressuring even after we stated we were not interested. She never did show us any other options or models. The lady then called me a few days later still pressuring me to buy the used home. Again I told her we were not interested and she argued asking why we didnt feel comfortable getting the home when our finances showed that we could afford it. I told her that regardless of what she thought, I was not stupid and that I understood about real estate and the finances involved and that I would not be purchasing a home with them and to never call me again.

My husband and I just started looking for a manufactured home. We visited several places. We stopped on Thursday and met Tamara and she took us to see their homes. We were very impressed how nice they looked and all the little details that make them so homey! Then on Friday we took my sister and her husband and they couldnt believe how pretty they looked. I also brought my other sister on Saturday and she was equally impressed! Tamara was so accommodating, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! We will be back. Thank you for all your help!!! 🤗

Bought a 140,000 house from them . There professional movers smacked our trailer into a tree branch causing damage that i have been trying to get replaced for over a YEAR now . They wont return my phone calls and when they did they put the blame on everyone else except for them. Always excuses, they do not take care of there customers when THEY are at fault. Also there sales pitch about sealing the seam where the double wide comes together IS A LIE . The air blows right through the seam on 2 parts of our trailer. Our sales girl was great but everything else has been a horrible experience.

Im not going to bed Robert Jones was a excellent gentleman very knowledgeable about Palm Harbor homes products and services upon meeting Robert he welcomed us and made us feel right at home he carefully went through all the steps with us and explained everything specifically and thoroughly I really like that Robert found out what our needs were before he showed before he actually started showing us homes I like the fact that Robert actually showed us home he thought would be in our budget as well as the homes that we would want to purchase he went over our credit with us he was a perfect gentleman despite some of the problems that we did have our credit I like the fact that he helped us get through some of those things and gave us actual methods to counteract some of those things that are on our credit report Im not a stranger to Palm Harbor homes on my was going to actually buy one a few years ago but I think Im going to actually really try and get one this time and with Roberts help and your companys help I really hope that this experience experience was great and I really hope that we do get a chance to purchase a home from you guys but that would be the ultimate experience you have homes that are better than some of these subdivision homes and with you guyss experience in your products they are Im sorry but they are well below what you guys have to offer and thank you for your experience it was the most delightful experience that we have had and we thank Robert so much for that you are an excellent salesperson thank you Robert and have a great day

Loving the experience so far thanks to Carlee!! well I have to say my experience didnt end so well. we decided not to go forward with buying a home and now it seems nearly impossible to get our 1000$ refund. I was told it would be 48 hrs and its been a week and a half and still no refund.

DO NO DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! You WILL be scammed. Buying one of their foreclosed propertys is a MISTAKE!!! First, they will kick your realtor to the curb, then their rep Tamara will LIE to you and say she needs half the down payment to take the home off the market. After you pay for inspection and see the the place is just lipstick on a PIG and want to cancel they give you the middle finger and take ALL OF YOUR MONEY!!! These people are snakes and you should RUN!!!!Oh, and they make you pay all of the closing costs and then some! Ive NEVER seen that, ever. Shady people.
