I believe you can’t get any worse than no supplies for almost 2yrs going back and forth with them. Reps not noting account as to your true issues with company. I asked for the number to CEO of company to no avail, I’ll now take my issue to my local news outlet, maybe then they’ll see the importance of going above and beyond for customers that rely on services to survive..

I have not experienced any attitudes from their staff and is the only reason my personal rating is not below 2stars. My rating is based on follow-up support and the business end.From my beginning (July 2020) I wasnt a fan of using the CPAP, but was encouraged to continue and it would get better. I agreed and have continued trying. This is the end of May and my 1 year of continued usage will be completed in about 2 months, nothing has changed. I have been dealing with this for 10 months and have not received one call about my usage. The only calls I have received come from the supplier, reminding me theyre ready to assist me in purchasing replacement supplies (2-3 times a month). Bottom line is I have received more support from my own research or friends who are currently using CPAP equipment.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever gone too, very rude and disrespectful!!! No care or concern for patients at all!!! By the way Tammy Warren you should be ashamed of this location!! I will be reporting you for the fake information on supplies you claim patients receive!!! I really didn’t appreciate you guys stating on the paper you gave us supplies but it’s not their, not to mention you state in the paper work that you go over how everything works etc and you did nothing!!!! Asking someone to sign something you never went over is wrong!!!!

Their telephone customer service is terrible and for the second time in a row I have been shipped the wrong supplies. Now I have to call again and deal with their attitudes and have them send the supplies again and hopefully get the right stuff in 5-7 days. Only reason I give them a 2 is because the actual in store staff is nice and helpful.

Horrible customer service. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a CPAP and have gotten nothing. No one will call back and you can never reach ANYONE in the KILLEEN OFFICE. Will never use this company again for anything.

Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. Ms. Kimberly Johnson took very good care of me for quite some time when I was in the area, and continues to do so even to this day, when I’m not any longer.The location is not massive, sure, but what does that matter? It’s clean, organized, and certainly large enough. What matters is if the quality of care is good, and it most certainly is.

Dont waste your time! Too bad there is no ZERO star option. This has got to be the worst customer service of any place I have ever had the misfortune of trying to contact. I selected them thinking that they were a major DME provider and I would get good service. Boy, was that a mistake!

It has been 6 weeks since the supply order has been put in for my daughter whom has epilepsy. Still NOTHING. NO PHONE CALL, NO ONE CALLING ME BACK AND NOT EVEN A LETTER. This company is absolutely the worst medical supply company ever. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Frankly, I had a great deal of apprehension about going to this office because of the reviews that were written. I am now of the opinion that these low rating reviews were written by self-centered over opinionated individuals that have no thought about others. The office is SMALL, one service room, HIPAA rules say they cannot allow another person inside while handling patient data, space says only at max one person, if you need a proxy. Why complain about that? I had nothing but kind and very courteous handling by the 2 people working there. They got right to business and gave me the information I needed and handled the payment needed to get the machine into my hands. I would say in all the years I have had to visit an office to get an item, I have never been treated any better. The lady that came to the parking lot to verify COVID-19 status had a mask and was very polite about telling us we had to limit to two people max, very appropriate as we had three in the car. I went in alone when the lady that handled my instructions came and asked me to enter as she was ready for my appointment. Considering the COVID situation I feel these 2 did an outstanding job of making the situation as smooth as possible. I would also like to say, if you have to go there for equipment or supplies, just follow the rules and sit in parking lot and call them to let them know why you are there and they will help you in the order you arrived considering appoints first. It just makes sense. Thank you for reading my overlong post, but I felt the truth needed some airing out.

I have had the worse experience with this company. I feel that they should permanently close their offices. The Killeen office never answers the phone. The Temple office never answers the phone. The 1800 office never answers the phone. I have tried to get my name in the computer for Medicare, yet no one from either of the offices no how to use the computer to put my information in the computer. Most everyone I talk to if they answer the phone can not hear, type or answer the phone. I have tried to order my Cpap supplies for six months to no avail. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone and everyone that I talk to, I will remember to tell them what a terrible, place America Home Patient is. As soon as my machine is paid off through Medicare, I will never ever have anything to do with this company. Terrible, horrible customer service and rude personnel. I could go on and on but I am tried if typing.

I have been trying to get into contact with these people for over 2 months to get my CPAP, no one ever answers the phone or calls back, they pretend like they cant see you when you go to the actual office. What awful service.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, but the office space they have is incredibly cramped. Very little space for waiting customers. The home office folks need to see about giving this office a new, larger place!

Customer service is worse than non-existent. I am not surprised that getting a new CPAP requires a bit of trial and error. But they have succeeded in getting my order wrong 100% of the time and even argued with me when i called to get it straight. I need a large head band and a small pillow. They have yet to get it right. I will do without a CPAP before i deal with them again.

Dude that was to deliver product had excuse after excuse that he would not be able to find my residence. Wanted me to drive from Killeen to copperas cove to meet him. I was unable at the time and said he would call and come over with unit the following day. Never called, never showed up. Had to go I to store and pick up myself.

Got my CPAP back in April havent received any supplies since, today I showed at their office in Killeen and all I could get from them is an unsealed cushion for my mask for which they are going to charge our taxpayers $87.21definitely switching to a better supply company

I have been using American Home Patient for years. But for some reason when the phone call it is time to order new tubs whatever else. I only get a bill. The bill beat my product to my house. I reorder supplies 3 months ago. Need someone that works at American Home Patient to help me out. The supplies I am using currently are really old.

Concentrator went out. NO service on Fridays???? No show Thursday??? So when do you people see about oxygen dependent people????
