Fast and friendly staff. Literally, no wait time. The parking lot is small and tight. Its shared with Starbucks, vape store and two other stores.Staff was knowledgeable and professional. Definitely recommend and will return.Thank you💯

This store is simply THE BEST!!!! I needed some specialized printing done and first went to another store, first name Office la name Max, and they took over 4 days to complete my order and it was nothing like I wanted. So I then went to this location and Amanda completed my printing requests in less than 4 hours and exactly like I needed. If you need sort of printing jobs done I cannot recommend this place enough. Wish I could give them 10 stars

Fast, helpful, in and out. Saw them working with another customer who had a problem. They couldnt help him due to a long standing issue in their computer system that the GM should probably get fixed rather than just throwing their hands up about, but the girls were very apologetic and explained the issue to him to the best of their ability.

I am still extremely confused as to why l had to pay $35 to ship a small 5 lb package 158 miles. Dont yall have flat rate shipping? Usually it should cost me no more than ten bucks. Wth. I wont be back l feel l was completely ripped off

I have used this store many times for my shipping and they are amazing! I am always greeted with a smile and they are very knowledgeable! I have always dealt with Katelyn and Lacey... they are my favorites for sure! I have sent many packages to my husband over seas and the post office is always a nightmare, so when I discovered the UPS Store, I was thrilled. I never knew how much they had to offer either. They have mailboxes, printing, and notaries on site! They make it easy and are super helpful. I have recommended them to many other Military wives and I will continue to do so!

Love this place very convenient nice and friendly customer service.

They did what they need to do, however, I had brought in something that had been gift wrapped and had asked them to send it in a box for me so as not to get damaged on the way there. The person working there ends up dropping it out of the box and ripping the gift wrapping and barely acknowledges that something was wrong. I ended up having to ask for scotch tape to try and fix it. Hopefully my package gets to where its going without any more damage.

This is an amazing UPS store. The store is small with very personable workers. They get a lot done with only two people working. Lacy was very courteous and helpful to my wife. Great place that we will return to.

I have gone to this store for 2 years. ( Its close to where I leave) In two years they have maintained one thing. They have no customers service skills. Its almost like they would rather fight you or argue with you over any mistake that they may have made. A level of rudeness needs to be added to their evaluation. 1 the least, 10 the most. This UPS store 100 rudeness level.

Great UPS store, its very well-kept and clean with friendly employees plus lots of parking. I go there at least usually once or twice a week since I have a mailing box and Im always greeted and helped to right away. Ive shipped stuff with them before and they make it so easy, they can ship big stuff too if you need to. Besides that they have a variety of services they offer such as laminating, making posters and banners etc. They also have boxes you can rent out and pay for monthly or what I recommend doing, paying once per year for a decent price. My mail always comes in and Ive ordered stuff from various websites like eBay and Amazon, and the best thing is that its not a PO box address so you can order stuff from places that dont take PO box addresses. You can even call the store to see if you have any mail before you head down there. If you need somewhere to receive mail I recommend this store.

BAD SERVICE!!!!!I went there to mail next day my son passport. (We had a family emergency), and get notarized letters . The employee Jessica Gomez mistake my shipping instructions ( that cost me greatly I was obligated to pay extra to change my son flight) . I called ask the manager for answer . Long story short this place rather call people liars than actually help them. And on top of that they place millions of excuses for a mistake that they employee do. I RECOMMEND ANYONE Who needs a good service to use Fedex or United States postal service they are way cheaper and the service is excellent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THIS UPS STORE!!!

I was just charged $3.00 to print 1 piece of paper. I usually always go to fed ex but I thought ups was where I was supposed to drop my package off at.

Asked if notary was working before even getting in line & was told yes, waited the 40 minutes in line, only to be told they were too busy to notarize our documents. Not the way to treat customers at all. We waited in line like everybody else only to be turned away.

Very rude staff.. 3 workers and not one person greeted me. Waited in line for 10 minutes and then eventually got my prints done. Never felt so unimportant as a customer before. I will drive the extra 5 minutes to FedEx next time :/

I print so many posters, flyers, and other promotional materials at this store for my business and they are always beautifully done, very well priced, with fast service. They even check my files and call me when something looks off. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I dont know what I would do without them!

This store has a bunch of thiefs ! I sent a box to a person that has a p o box there box was dilvered on 17th and they said they returned it to usps instead the stole the box Had 2 phones in there both say are signed in to icloud i will be calling the cops and pressing charges you guys stole from a usps box thats federal mail both phones have been reported stolen but im sure the person using them knows that cause now there service is gone

Store is awesome well kept professionally run Susan Saint graphic artist is the best, I have had several transactions with her all are well done all request done exactly as requested on time and on point I would recommend any whom need business cards banners or special event invitations to go there you well not be disappointed request Susan or her coworker Alex and your in good hands

I get promotional posters printed here and they always do an amazing job. Great customer service, very quick, and so friendly. I would highly recommend this location!

Ordered my business cards on 4/29/16 @ 1:14 PM & they were ready by 2:55 PM. Picked them up an hour later. Susan (the Manager) even called me to let me know they were ready to be picked up! A+ service!! She even helped me get set up with a mailbox. Will definitely be doing frequent business there. Thank You!

Me and another customer were just shocked today when they charge 3$ to print one BW page. It was just a UPS label.. we went to fedex today after talking to the shipping company and they changed our return thru fedex and we only paid .11 cents to print the label. Maybe 3$ isnt a lot to some people but I will be shipping a few packages a week and that definitely adds up. Blows my mind! Maybe I should start a business printing paper shipping labels lol

It was my first time in this place, I needed to Fax some papers. Jessica was no help, not friendly, faxed my papers didnt tell me the prices, until the total came to $25, thats alot of money to fax. I will not be back.

Called many times well before closing time, from around 4:30-5pm and no one answered once.

Go to the FedEx Print & Ship Center for small printing work. They have better prices and are more professional.

Not the most reliable but still way better than the post office, shorter wait times and way more polite people. The cost of a box seems a little steep and you cant get to it after hours, but I will still take them over the USPS.

Told me it was going to be $17 and the charged me $32. Said the extra money was for the box. If they would have told me the box was $15 I would have left. Felt like I was decieved and they didnt care in the least.

Awful workers closed the store before closing time and didnt acknowledge customer knocking on door wondering why they closed before closing time.

Susan is so helpful and accommodating with all of my printing needs!!!!
