The salesman Mario was very professional, informative and patient with me. He explained the key points and benefits of purchasing the perfect mattress for myself. We went to purchase a mattress yesterday for my daughter who was starting school in a couple weeks. We had very limited time; in fact, we needed to purchase a mattress that day, in fact. Larry was super knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us find the perfect mattress and then he suggested that we strap it down on the car so we could transport it. Everything worked out beautifully. We had a fabulous experience with Mattress Firm. This was our second round of buying mattresses from them. Al and Larry at the King of Prussia store were responsive and reliable! We had a glitch with queen box springs not fitting up our stairs and they were so great in switching them out for split box springs. Larry was so helpful in rescheduling our deliveries. And I must give a shout out to the delivery company. We had the same crew both times led by Jose. Everyone was polite, wore masks and did a great job.Now, based on our great experience, our daughter will be buying her new mattress from Mattress Firm and she’ll work with Larry in King of Prussia.

Al LEONETTI, the manager, and his associate LARRY have been outstanding in taking care of our special needs. Their approach to solving problems and making sure we are happy were outstanding.

The location and the sale itself was smooth. Very knowledgeable, let the representative know we wanted an in between bed (firm and plush). The delivery was scheduled quick (Mattress in stock). When the third party came to deliver the mattress they left a package of papers to the adjustable base but never explained it was there for us to read. Didn’t explain how the adjustable base worked. Plugged it up and left. I would recommend the delivery of the product be explained to customers (how a base works) or anything else. The delivery men were respectful, just wish we would have gotten more information about the papers/instructions at least.

My husband and I purchased a mattress for over $2000 very disappointed, the mattress start sinking into a hole, it’s very uncomfortable. We both under 150 so it’s not like We are over weight! I would never purchase a mattress from this company ever again. I purchased a mattress at the dump for $500 Dollars, I’m we happy....

I stopped by on 9/8 (the day after Labor Day) and luckily they were still offering holiday pricing. I wanted a mattress for my guest room and had a set budget and preferences (queen size, at least 12 inches high, memory foam). Jack showed me a mattress that was a perfect match and was 50% off. As a diligent shopper, I wanted to check another store in the area but I came back to Mattress Firm within an hour because they had the best deals and didn’t try to upsell me like the other store. Jack also honored the $50 off coupon for signing up for emails even though I couldn’t find the code at that moment. I pick up my mattress tomorrow and am super excited!

I can not say enough about Cece. What a fabulous, kind and helpful saleswoman!! There was zero pressure with Cece. She knows her product very well and bends over backwards to serve her customer. I shopped at several stores and returned to give CeCe the sale because she stood out compared to others, besides offering the best deal. Big Al was great, he helped us get in and out with our purchase in 20 mins. This process was SO MUCH EASIER than the big mall anchor store down the street, you know, the one that rhymes with Shmacys. Also delivery was only a few days later. 10/10 would buy from here again.

My fiancé and I had a GREAT experience at Mattress Firm with Al! We’ve been suffering with an old sunken bed for sometime now, but didn’t want to buy a new bed until after our wedding. I finally convinced him that we REALLY needed to buy a new bed (I was tired of waking up tired and sore) and we ended up going to the Mattress Firm in KOP. When we arrived there were only 2 worker in the store (both wearing masks). We walked around at first to view the selections, and Al came up to us with pillow protectors in order for us to test the beds. We tested a number of beds and Al was honest and personable. He made the shopping experience very easy. I did not have my mattress firm card on me, but Al was able to call and retrieve my information. He took his time to assist us and we ended up buying a Kingsdown (Chardonnay) Queen mattress. We made our purchase 1/10/2021 and it arrived today! We cannot wait to sleep in this bed! Here’s to a good night’s rest!!

Really loved my interaction with 2 agents on two separate visits. First it was Rasheeda then it was Russ. Both of these agents were very knowledgeable and welcoming. We went to another store (a competitor) and did not like the customer service so we came back to mattress firm and spent more money for the same mattress just because of the awesome service we received.Update: I had to edit my review to include this, due to an error on our end there was an error with our order. Russ worked magic to allow for us to adjust our order at an affordable rate and re-delivery within 24 hours. I am ever so grateful for his help!

Went into the store last night, expecting only to look at a couple mattresses and feel the difference between plush, medium and firm with no intention to purchase that evening. Larry greeted us immediately and began to educate us on what to look for when selecting a mattress. He then had us try all three different types of mattresses to help us narrow down the firmness of the mattress that’s best for us. I usually prefer to walk around the store on my own and figure these things out myself because I don’t like the pressure of having a salesman following me around, but this is the rare time when it actually benefitted my fiancé and myself because Larry made us feel zero pressure throughout the process all while educating us to allow us to make the best choice. He was respectful of our budget, and the store actually had a great sale going on. So after doing a quick online comparison, it actually made sense to go ahead and purchase that evening. Would recommend this store and location to a friend anytime.

I popped in here during a quick break from work and Russ was kind enough to assist me right away. I really like that this location had all of the Purple beds to sample versus just the 2” or 4” from previous experiences at other vendors. Russ was great as he just let me do my thing and come to my own decision and was not pushy or try to oversell me on anything I did not need or want. He was very professional and accommodating to my impulsive last minute purchase. This was the easiest process I have experienced when going to shop for a new bed.Thank you Russ and I can’t wait to sleep on my new Purple!!

My husband and I bought a Beautyrest World Class Resonance 13.5 Plush Mattress here less than two years ago. It is already extremely failing, the top has been tilted over 2 inches from the bottom. We have kept the mattress on the boxpsrings that we also bought from Mattress Firm, until we moved it to a bed frame that has 15 slats. It is apparent that there are many issues with this Mattress Firm exclusive mattress, as there are many similar reviews online, and the mattress isnt even made anymore. Mattress Firm is refusing to do anything, except offer a credit towards a new mattress that I must go to the store, during a pandemic, to pick out.My husband called the store, and the manager was extremely unhelpful. He kept brushing it off as a possible issue with the boxsprings. He then said to come to the store to pick out a replacement, and to chose wisely because we are ineligible for the 120 day satisfaction guarantee.I am extremely disappointed in how this is being handled, as we spent a good deal of money on a Mattress with a 10 year warranty and it has failed after less than two years. I am not interested in getting another subpar mattress from Mattress Firm. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, this is by far the most expensive mattress either of us have bought and it is the worst quality and the customer service provided by Mattress Firm has been unhelpful.
