STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. 1. online appointment scheduling is unreliable.. 2. when he checked the flat tire, he said he wont repair said damage. and that i should BUY a new tire.. but i just bought this tire last week. and the hole is on the tire tread, not on the side.. they just want me to spend more money than whats necessary. i then went to another tire center/shop, and they fixed it, no upselling BS, just honest customer service.

I really like coming to this Tires Plus they are honest and fast you never have to wait super long and if you have to wait there are place to walk.

I had a standard wheel alignment done today. Tires Plus did an excellent job, competitive prices and good atmosphere. Ask for Brian, he’s a good dude.

I work in the area and have been using these guys for about 3 years now. I mainly work with Brian. He is always very knowledgeable, honest and straightforward with me. Even when I have unique issues, Brian dose his best to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate these guys, and will continue to use them for all my vehicles. An ugly experience. I do not advise you to go get service in this service. I did an oil change and the price was twice as high as the last time I changed the oil. My payment was for synthetic oil and the other oil change was after 5000 miles, but the type of oil in the engine was for 3000 miles. So I pay dearly for synthetic oil and ordinary oil is used. I am very unhappy about this scam. I advise you not to get service here as it is a very bad experience.

Ryan was great when I stopped by with a flat on my way to work. Since the tire couldnt be repaired he recommended several options for a replacement because he wasnt happy with the price he was quoted. He attempted to put air in but found it was leaking and then put on my spare tire so that I could make it to my dealer (we discovered my tire was under warranty). All for no charge. He is clearly focused on customer service over making a profit. Would recommend.

Our tire went flat on the PA turnpike the Friday of July 4 weekend. We used Waze and located the closest Tires Plus. The manager Brian and Technician Chris were so helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Our hole was quickly repaired and we were on our way. Thank you, Tires Plus!

They have a very quick turnaround time and are directs to the point when it comes to what maintenance needs to be done on your vehicle. Ive gone to them for a wheel alignment as well as installing tires, and theyve done satisfactory both times. The person at the front desk is exceptionally helpful and patient when assisting you.

Tires Plus KOP is one of the better locations in the Philadelphia area. They always are courteous and get so many customers that it can be a bit of a longer wait than usual, but they always get things accomplished.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE Went in for a nail in my tire, no appointment. They weren’t able to squeeze me in (understandably) so I asked if I could make an appointment for the next day “around lunch”. Guy at the desk said “don’t worry about it you’re information is already in our system. You shouldn’t have to wait more than 20 minutes”. I arrived the next day at 1:00 and was told it would be hours before they could get to me. Avoid these guys they can’t see to manage the basics of appointment setting.

My van had a flat and Bryan was able to get me a tow service that got me there and they put tires on my van and found my brakes needed work as well. Very happy with the service, I will be a regular customer!

My car is of older age and 3-5 miles i put on monthly, so an oil change is needed to get her going. My oil change experience across the Mainline hasnt been to standard par; I was skeptical coming here over a year ago. But walking in and being welcomed by Caleb and Brian they made it feel it like home.. They are very professional and patient. I couldnt thank them enough to keep me safe through my travelings, and properly communicate the mechanical care/need.

I had a last minute tire emergency late on a Friday that couldn’t wait until Monday. I called Tires Plus KOP and they made it a point to find the tires I needed, get me right in for service and back on the road all before dinner time. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and how quickly they were willing to help me out when I was in a bind. I highly recommend using Tired Plus for all your tire and service needs.

I have used Tires Plus & its predecessor “Avellinos Tires” for more than 30 years for misc car maintenance such as tires and oil changes.Tires Plus in KOP was the only location to accommodate an emergency tire replacement despite having other appointments. I lost a day at the shore (vehicle does not have a spare) but got new tires installed in one day.

The fixed my tire right away and worked in a very professional manner!!!

I was going to Valvoline for a while and after some problems after multiple visits there, I took my car into Tires Plus. Come to find out there was zero oil in my car, despite the past mechanics insisting there was nothing they could see from a quick look. Kind, attentive staff who look out for the best offers. Ill be going to Tires Plus from now on, definitely recommend.

I went here to get a flat tire fixed and they could not repair it. That is understandable so I purchased two new tires at the time. Turns out they stripped the locking bolts on my wheels and the dealership has now spent 2 hours trying to get them off. Could not recommend this place less.

The manager Brian is crook. He tried to tell my fiancé that her rear wiper failed for inspection and that her brake pads were below state minimum. Thank goodness she called me, I told her a rear wiper can not fail for state inspection. I told her to tell them to fail her car for safety. I went to change her brake pads tonight and her brake pads inner and outer are above half life. We will be calling the state in the morning and filing a complaint. Over the years Ive had several cars and Ive been to several mechanics. (This is an honest review!) Jim Murray is without a doubt THE BEST, MOST HONEST MECHANIC I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS, PERIOD! He patiently explains what my car needs and he NEVER tries to rip me off. I am so grateful to have found him. He truly is, THE BEST MECHANIC I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS. The service was horrible. I had an appointment for a oil change and it took them 1 hour and 20 mins. Another customer came in to pick up his car and they forgot to Inspect a portion of the vehicle and that customer had to come back the following week. My first and last time getting service there. I’ll just stick to my initial Tires Plus location. Came to this one in King of Prussia because they had more availability and now I see why. They took my car for a drive up the road to Check the security of the tires. I never had a car company do that, the other location did not do that. I dont like that at all, especially when they are driving up near a junk yard that sells car parts.

If i could give zero stars, trust me Tires Plus KOP, I would. I had took my car in for an inspection and left it there all day. Wondering why I didnt get a phone call as to when my car was done, come to find out the inspector had went away to a wedding! I mean good for him but keep in mind i had already prescheduled this inspection check. So if the inspector would be out, then they couldve told me before so i wouldnt have been waiting all bloody day long!! So congrats to the inspector, i wish you happiness, but my business will be taken elsewhere💕

It was easy to select my tires and see a free estimate online. Booking my service online was extremely easy too. The front desk guy was polite and answered my questions. I was offered different add-ons, but had them all explained without too much pressure to purchase. My vehicle was ready about 30 minutes after my requested pickup time - pretty good for a repair shop. Most importantly, the tires I ordered were the ones on the vehicle when I left. Thanks for switching out my bald tires so quickly.

Bad bad bad!! This place rips people off I had a flat tire they tried to charge me $119 for a new tire when all I needed was a plug as well force me to sign up for a credit card so I could get $24 off and as well wanted me to pay for hazard protection when I went to pay the guy tried to have me pay $90 well my bill was only $80 long story short I get home that same tire was flat and had to put air in it this makes my so angry because I spent all that money for terrible service which took so long to complete I want my money back I’m goin to ask if they can fix this issue and I don’t want a plug a want what I paid for I only had the tire 2 days this can’t right

Ripoff and Scam.Bought a 2017 certified pre owned car this past Saturday that was showing a slow leak in one tire. Took it here, was called shortly after to be told I needed all 4 new tires because all were reading below 3/32, as well as a nail found in a different tire. Was told it couldn’t be patched, and could not replace just one tire- all four needed to be replaced- was told it would cost a little under $900 all together. Didn’t feel right about it so I called the dealer, picked my car up (they put my spare on for me to be able to drive) and brought it back to the dealer where I was told the tires were reading perfectly fine, the “nail” found was a screw that didn’t even puncture the tires and was found in a spot that could’ve easily been patched but didn’t need it, and nothing needed to be done to the tires as they were basically new. TiresPlus then told the dealership that they don’t patch tires alone, but they accidentally emailed me a wrong invoice which showed my car details signed up and invoiced for a patch on a front right tire, totaling $25, but were told it wasn’t an option. Absolutely a rip off and they should be shut down for outright lies and upselling a customer for things they absolutely didn’t need. Also was told by my dealer that my tires are around $160 new, so should’ve been about $600 when all said and done, so why would I be charged so much from Tires Plus? Telling everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs.

Horrible, I was a customer for years, and never had a great experience with the managers... Techs were good... But my years of business did not matter this time. Tried charging me 1700 to fix an actuator that I did myself in 30 minutes, $180 for the part, got the same part for $30... Careful, they will steal from you if u let them. Its unreal, I have more stories but I need to get over it.. like I said some of the mechanics are good but the boss is a real slimeball... Its ashame. Oh by the way they still charged $113 to tell me I have a bad actuator (because they ran a test!!-right), to recap when I first walked in I said I need an acituator fixed... Be advised, under bad management.

There’s a reason there are so many low reviews. My car was towed here for a flat tire, I was already aware I needed new lug nuts etc. My car was drivable minus the tire when it arrived there, by time my car was ready it was unsafe to drive because they loosened extra lug nuts i wasn’t ready to replace. My tire could have flown off. The price also went up from what I was originally told. Do not bring your car here.

I came here to buy a tire and there was no one to be found. After searching through the garage I finally found someone. After he was clearly stressed out from being found and having to do something he wouldnt sell me a tire. Good business not selling tires to people who drive in on a spare.

We had an emergency flat tire on a Sunday morning and needed to be in NYC in the afternoon. Even without an appointment, they helped us very quickly and got us on our way and we made our event! Really grateful for the quick service and the extra checks on fluids etc they gave us since they knew we were traveling.

Took my vehicle in for inspection and an oil change. That all went fine. I denied the recommend services. Got my vehicle back with a severe squeal from the front right brake caliper which was not there when I dropped it off that morning. Beware of this shop

They tried to rip off my wife telling her that a nail in her tire was on the shoulder, when it was clearly in the tread. We took it to another shop and it was fixed immediately and inexpensively w no issues. Beware of this store...they are not trustworthy.

Horrible! I doNot recommend coming here. It’s called tire plus. I came here when I got a flat tire. The guy was immediately trying to upsell me. And told me that I’m the entire shop they only have ONE TIRE left for my car. Mind you my car isn’t a foreign car. They jip people off. Not helpful at all. Bad experience. I would not be coming here again.

Walked in looking for a specialty oil, 10W60 for an M series BMW which apparently the typical tire place does not carry. (Pep Boys told me it doesnt exist. Which is completely wrong).Although they did not have the oil for me on hand the manager was able to call one of his friends in the automotive business and had the oil for me within half an hour. Great guys and experience.

Theyre usually good, but as staff rotates in and out, quality can suffer. My only real complaint is paying $70 to get an oil leak checked by my dealer which was not a leak. It was overflow from TP over filling my oil and getting it all over my engine. TP misdiagnosed their own mistake and it cost me.

Helpful, efficient staff! Got a flat tire while in town with a rental car—they took care of it quickly and worked with the rental company to handle the bill. BJ at the front desk was super helpful!
