Excellent ice cream selection and flavors. Lots of candy and chocolate options as well. Great spot to indulge after dinner or to get your sweet fix on. Staff has always been friendly and helpful!

The ice cream here is good and this store is beautiful! Filled with delicious chocolate pretzels and other chocolate goodies. So much fudge and chocolate!Then the back side is where they have the ice cream and sooo many flavors!I got a cup which comes with 1.5 scoops for around $5-6. Pricey but pretty good. I got the blueberry with waffle cone bits and it was SO GOOD - creamy + the crunchy bits of waffle cones really just went well together.I also got the raspberry sorbet which wasnt as good. It was very sweet but not fruity or tarty which is how I like my sorbets.All in all not a bad experience and excited to try the other flavors

This is a great chocolate store that smells amazing when you walk in! They have an array of delicious treats to choose, from caramel apples, fudge, ice cream, and of course chocolates. I definitely recommend everyone to come here if their in the area.

I love this place but I have to visit once a month because if I went everyday like I want to Id be a thousand pounds everything here is delicious and melts in your mouth one of my favorite places to visit on Sundays

Great place with great chocolate. I want ya huge fan of their icecream. It was a bit pricy for the quality, but that’s not their specialty. The marshmallow pop was great. The chocolate Carmel’s are out of this world. They have salt from numerous different countries, but I couldn’t taste the difference... they are all just salt. Haha the prices are high on chocolate but that’s going to coincide with high quality ingredients. Will go back again. They make great gifts.

Loved the place until I saw the pricing, $6 for a small cup ( of measured ) ice cream, that was watery and not great also for some salted caramels we’re $16 for 8 little ones and they weren’t even very good either. The Focus of them seemed to be on the salt more than the flavor. I respect them for being all homemade but you need to knock it out of the park with flavor and value. When it’s pricey AND not that good it just doesn’t make sense to go. We were definitely disappointed.

I’m always coming here for the carmel peanut popcorn and toffee bars! I’m going to miss this place when I move 😭

Awesome place for ice creams.

You get what you pay for! Some of the reviewers have grossly misjudged the quality; not because of the quality but the price point. I have been to Kilwins and not once did I have a bad experience. Yes COVID has put brakes on everyones business and ‘customer service experience’ but thats not under anyone’s control. Regarding the customer service, i hate to say but entitled customers truly hinder the real experience of a place. Kilwins icecream is always fresh and of consistently great quality. If you want to be treated like gods, don’t complain about the price! Be kind and nice to others.

Seriously, the absolute BEST ice cream EVER! Be warned, if you try the smores marshmallow, you may wind up turning up your nose at all other ice cream. I have seriously been ruined!!!

Friendly staff, terrific ice cream. I really enjoyed the SMore ice cream. My 4 kids all loved what they got and the waffle cones are as good as any Ive ever had. A little pricy but to be expected at one of these new fangled outdoor malls. There was a Ferrari and Masarati parked nearby so I understand them trying to meet their customers where they are.

Nice establishment, ice cream is okay. Staff members are wearing masks, however reaching underneath the mask with your hand so you can talk and then scooping the ice cream with the same pair of gloves is not the most sanitary... especially during a pandemic.

The best chocolate shop in princeton with great costumer service, variety of sweets, and an overall atmosphere being incredible! The ice cream choices to the caramel apples are amazing, not counting out the delicious chocolate! You can’t miss Kilwins when you walk past and see fresh fudge being made in the front window too! I dont want to rate this 5/5 stars because it means it will be more crowded when I constantly go! But it deserves 5 stars. Get the fudge, ice cream is above avg.

The best ice cream I have ever tasted period. I love the blueberry flavor with hot waffles it’s super awesome. Plus they have great fudge cake and dipped chocolate apples . Just wow. If you have kids they will love it. It’s amazing store and have great customer service . Be mindful it’s a little costly though

Wonderful, creamy, flavorful fudge with a delightful worker guiding me through the tough choices. She was able to describe flavor profiles very effectively in this no samples environment we are now in.

All you need to do to realize this place is amazing is smell the inside of the store.

Love this place. The cherry and blueberry ice creams are amazing. Friendly staff. Benches outside to sit and enjoy. I always get my mini Pom a tiny spoon full of vanilla. Try it def worth it.

Decent prices, fast service and high-quality chocolate. This review covers my many experiences at this location. The most common purchases I make are chocolate covered pretzels and the bear claw (pecan, caramel and chocoate).

How many ways can you say YummyAmazing chocolates, peanut brittle, popcorn, cakes, ice cream and some unique creations straight out of Rehoboth Beach.And if you want no sugar added, OMG, I cant believe it has no sugar.This place is a throwback to the old candy and chocolate shoppes of the past and worth every calorie.

The chocolates were not what I would expect at $30.75 & 34.95 per lb.. The butter creams were not creamy at all, several of the chocolates had bloomed, and they tasted very stale. Lastly, the employee who packed my chocolates in a box has not been trained properly-everything was just thrown in.🤬

The ice cream here is delicious! And the staff was nice anx patient, my boyfriend and I can be indecisive and ask a lot of questions and our server was answered everything! We had a nice experience and will be going back sometime soon!
