Was planning to buy few shirts and chinos but as soon as I entered they demanded me to wear mask. I am fully vaccinated and not going to wear this yellow star. Went to BOSS instead.

A good twenty percent of my wardrobe is from Ralph Lauren. Staff was extremely helpful and the inventory and display were very tastefully done. Was looking for an item that I missed the season for and they showed me other collections. Will shop here again and I recommend this location highly.

Great selection however need to stock more sizes to accommodate. Very helpful staff nonetheless.

This is by far the best Ralph Lauren store in the country. My wife and I have been to most world of RL and flagship spots in the US and internationally, however the staff, and service were splendid!I would like to personally congratulate and thank the General Manager Renata Grilo who was extremely knowledgeable and attentive towards my entire shopping experience and caring to my family.She spent her time showing us around each corner of this location, had astonishing product knowledge not to mention being extremely creative and smart through the entire process.Her management skills reflect on how every sales associate treats each client with respect and inclusion. We will definitely be back for some more Purple Lable and a collection items . A much longer driver then to Madison, however worth every mileage!Thank youJonathan

Very expensive store n good customer service

Do I really have to speak on Ralph Lauren? Everything in here from ties to belts to socks to underwear. The staff is willing to help you they dont discriminate I walk out a happy customer every time.

Im a film director here in Philadelphia and i came in today with my family. And no one said hi welcome how are you absolutely nothing. Very unprofessional. I honestly feel like if me and my fiance was non-black we would have better service. Shot out to the sales lady at Robert Graham for her awesome service. We spent 2290 and will continue to spend.How do you work for a classy brand but have no class...........

I bought my daughter several expensive Ralph Lauren pieces of clothing online. She did not care for them so I asked her to exchange them at this store. They said they would not exchange online purchases for instore purchases.They will only send them back to the online division. No clothing, no Christmas gifts, a failing business model.. Do not buy from Scrooge Lauren!!!!!!

You should have different stuff in different Polo Outlets but they dont this one was the same as all the rest
