I was expecting this location to b more upscale considering that is just next to KOP mall. Even from the outside it looked dirty! Wow was i disappointed! It was a bit messy compared to other Walmart supercenters but on the plus size, it wasnt busy when I came by. To get in there and out its a nightmare.
Better quality than most. Quiet and tucked in even though access is good.
Im not a normal Walmart customer although they fill a need and have very good prices. The store is clean and well stocked. The only thing I dont like is checkout. I just wish they were a little faster.
Clean stocked and no long lines!I almost forgot I was at walmart 😂 hate to say the most exciting part of the store run.. was that I wasnt pulled aside to review my receipt while other white shoppers were allowed to leave the store freely without search or inspection! Now that was amazing!👍[no sarcasm] I seriously smiled a little inside
I like this Walmart, its like a maze to get in the place. When you walk into this Walmart supercenter its not very big like their willow grove pa location. Thats not a store, its a city. But king of prussia Walmart is always clean. And the store has everything. Always stocked and neat shelves and once again they have everything you are looking for. Period
This location is practically right across the street from my job, which is great!
One of the best Walmarts I have ever been to!!! They have a robust supply of items. Their shelves are nicely organized. I would recommend this Walmart to anyone looking for specific items. You will definitely find it here!
DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE DELIVERY ORDER!!! Do not shop here at all. The store employees do not pick up any department calls. I ordered and they picked my items. I was sent notification it was coming late. And that’s it. It never came. They even had the availability to order a new order while mine just never was finished.Walmart Chat, Customer Service for delivery, Customer Store Service all could not contact the store or assist me. All they could offer is I cancel the order and replace the order. No way to assist with the order I paid for and did not get.Plus shopping in this store, good luck. Nothing on shelves. Save your time and your frustration and use Audubon Walmart or just don’t use Walmart.
Dropped a stack of money here! Store was very crowded and busy. Staff was helpful. They were out of a few things though but no big deal. One BIG ISSUE, I hate self check out! There were NO employee staffed check outs opened! WALMART, GET YOURSELF TOGETHER! We had 4 carts of merchandise. It stupid not to have cashiers. If I only had one item, a cashier should be available. This practice of no cashiers is extremely dumb.
Picked up on line order. Excellent service. Seamless process using their app. Store itself lacks sufficient help.
Small-ish location with dim lighting and regularly out of stock on many items even after supply chain eased in late 2020. Extremely busy place that employees cant keep clean or organized. They really need more staff to keep up with the crowds. Pharmacy staff is usually pretty gracious, though.
Just left this Walmart in KOP after having a very unpleasant experience. I had a cart full of items and as I approached the self scan a worker came over and inspected the trash can I was buying and when I told her there’s nothing inside, she responded well you know “some people”. I dismissed her snide remark and continued my purchase and low and behold here she comes again!!! This time using her badge key trying to correct what she thought was a mistake. She told me I didn’t scan something and just took it upon herself to re-scan it. That’s when I lost it. I l left every thing and walked the hell out. I will not be disrespected in a store that has self check outs and workers that assume you’re stealing. Walmart need to hire cashiers and pay a decent wage so they don’t have to go through what I just did. Disgusted!!
Had to go to several Walmarts to get everything I needed thats due to the Biden supply shortages what a shame
Customer service is horrible. They close too really. I came in 3 times this week to return an item that had been broken before I bought it and they wouldn’t take me. I came in at 8:05 the first time and an employee told me they closed at 8. The second time, I came in at 7:05 and apparently they close at 7. The 3rd time I came in, I came in at 6:55 and they wouldn’t take me because they close at 7. I’d go earlier but I have a job. Either close when you’re supposed to don’t sell me broken products
So tell me why the person came to my car for a curb side pick up while smoking a cigar? I totally domt understand who is hiring these people. He threw my items in my trunk and slams it shut like I was interrupting his smoke break. Ridiculous
Store looks a bit run down but the associates were very helpful. Great overall experience.
I love this Walmart. People are always here to help you and the aisle are never packed. Better then my neighborhood Walmart worth the ride.
In my travels for a living I go to dozens of Walmarts all over the country every year. The employees were very kind and sweet. My feeling is they are overworked because this location is hiring. It was a bit unkempt, especially the restrooms, which were just gross. They just need to hire more people. The lines were very long and we were there at an off time.
This is probably the best Walmart in the area. Most Walmarts around here look like they are recovering from some kind of disaster with everything in the wrong place, this is much tidier and much easier to find things. The staff were helpful In finding things we could not see. Only annoyance was too many seasonal things in some aisles making it harder to navigate with the large children carts.Reduced to 3 stars as they only had one in person register open and half the scan and go were closed for no good reason.
Excellent place to be where you can find anything you need. Plus amazing customer service.
Absurdly long lines every single time. Not a new problem… been like this for years. Usually they just have self check out open. Be prepared to wait at least 10-15 minutes in lines when checking out.
I have been to several Walmart s over the years and usually more than happy with the service. But not much positive to say about this one.. Low on inventory, Items wrongly priced, misplaced, only self checkout available, huge line for checkout, unclean toilet. Looks like a tornado has swept through the place.
Dont come on a Sunday!!!! Lines were at least 8 people deep with heaping full carts!!!! The express self check out line was like 25 people deep!!! I left my 2 items in the produce section and left.......off to Target
This is the best Wal-Mart Ive ever been in, out of all the Wal-Marts I been in Nj,FL, and Pa. The workers were the nicest Ive ever seen in a Wal-Mart lol the lady in the deli counter was so nice and friendly I 4got I was at a Wal-Mart for a second..however when it comes to checking out it is the same only had 1 cashier open on a Saturday afternoon but the cashier was very good and the wait in line wasnt bad
There always seems to be a shortage of staff, and the lack of organization makes this my not so favorite Walmart to go to. The bathrooms are never really clean or stocked, and the store itself could be more clean as well. However, I do [usually] find what Im looking for, if it cant be found at Target.
The normal walmartThe site and the outside can use a bit cleaning up. But other wise it is really stocked up and convenient
Better than the last one I was at however not by much ...bear shelves and attitudes from employees if youre able to find them.
Love this store. Lines move quickly and they have self check out. Always have whats on my list.
They got rid of the cooked chicken in salt and vinegar which they need to bring back. Sales are great I can shop until I drop here
The store was clean and had a good selection of produce and groceries. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only problem I had was that there were no cashiers open at the time of my visit, only self check out, which I dont like because the space is small & sometimes other customers bump into you. Other than that I would shop there again.
Very sad place, tried to put money on my Walmart vanilla card and no one knew how to do it. Waited 30 minutes for help, then the gentlemen said we cant help you and tossed my card back on the counter towards me.
Store aisles are very wide. Only exception is clothing areas which do not have aisles per SE. Clean and well organized. Online order staff have been great even when they should have been overwhelmed by number of customers picking up.
Typical Wal-Mart. No help on the floor to assist customers. Only employees found at 8:30 pm were front end workers baby-sitting self checkout and three workers having a personal chit chat near the self checkouts. Bags were stacked on shelf behind self checkout instead of being properly stocked in rack by bagging area. No cashier lanes were open and sel checkout area was packed with customers. Used to enjoy shopping at Wal-Mart but stay away from them unless my girlfriend insists on going there. She loves the KOP, PA store. Id rather pay extra to shop somewhere else for my grocery and personal care needs.
We go to this Walmart every 2 weeks. We always find what we need and get good deals. One employee stands out in particular, Arista has checked us out a couple of times and she is always so thoughtful of how she packs our bags and considerate of what she puts in the bags together. I was in the self checkout and she saw me struggling opening the bags and came over to offer me a wet wipe to open the bags easily. She’s a wonderful young lady and an asset to the store!
Never a disappointment with the food. Coffee ☕ was just warm.
Store is neat and clean. online grocery pickup is a nice feature but the customer service end on the pickup is spotty. sometimes the person who brings your order is an absolute professional and you can tell once to do a good job. last Friday night I got the opposite, a guy hanging around outside talking to a girl in the car for about 5 minutes before he decided to go get my order. but generally the experience has been pretty good.
All the people I see working there and never ever is anyone at the cash register!!! Nothing is ever restocked does anyone work or do anything besides walking around hiding from customers its ridiculous open more registers!! Stock the products and the prices are just getting stupid disappointed in Walmart more and more Everytime I gotta come back what happened to you guys sad..
I always regret coming here. It seems to have gotten worse over last few years. I used to go all of the time. Its a typical Walmart experience. The store is often messy, understocked and there is usually only one real cashier, lines are ridiculous. Coming here always reminds me why I go to Target instead.
Money center closed at 7pm...not too crowded, havent gotten to tour entire store yet but will keep you posted!!
Super long lines no matter what time you go. The motorized carts are always not working according to one greeter. theyre also never plugged up even if the tag say its ready to go. Self check out moves pretty fast eventhough you never know where the line starts.
Very crowded and not all registers were open with long lines. But, they were moving fairly quickly. Seemed well stocked.
This Walmart provides the most horrendous shopping experience. They do not have ANY cashiers so you only have the option of checking yourself out. Good luck putting the groceries from your cart to the belt, scanning, bagging and putting back in your car with small children along. Self check out also means long lines. Half the checkout area is not being used to service its customers. The customer service desk always has a long line and the people are not friendly or try to be helpful. The shelves throughout every department are extremely poorly stocked so don’t count on picking up what you came for on your list. There are also empty boxes and debris in your way throughout the store and in front of the dressing rooms which were supposedly open but not if you wanted to try on a swimsuit. Many times you have to dig around on the shelves for an item because items are hidden behind other items that are not in the right location. Trying to get someone to help you to exchange a propane tank is impossible. Clearly the store is understaffed and They are not selective with their employees and do not properly train them. Why are employees stocking shelves talking to their friends on the phone while “working”. And what is the annoying beep over the intercom system that nobody will address and shut off. I could go on and on but I will never shop here again.
My first time here.... I needed to get 2 items and leave quickly to be at another appt. I was amazed that 4 staff could not tell me where these items were located... I had to walk the entire store to find them. Then issues with check out, staff couldnt then figure out how to check me out via the self check area..... I wont be back....
Grocery was rotten or going bad on shelf, associates did not want to be too helpful either
Honestly a lot smaller than I would have guessed. Did not have a few things I was looking for. Clothing was on wrong size hangers, thankfully we checked!
My go to place for groceries. They are out of lots of items and don’t care to refill. Best time to go is Sat/Sun early morning to get everything as most of things are refilled.
I like this Walmart, its def better than the one i go to in South Philly
Easy to find what you need, well spaced aisles, helpful associates
Easy to find what you want and need. Quick check out works well.
One of my favorite markets for shopping. This store has top quality food options.
They always have their stocks full. Enough parking. However, full the store is there is always a parking spot to park your car.The entry into the parking lot from the main highway is hard to spot and if you are driving from the 202 onto the North Gulph road you need to drive another mile to find a U-turn. I would recommend you take the North Gulph roads driving towards the 202. The entry into the parking is so small and hidden that there is a good one in two times that you will miss it and you will have to drive another mile to come back. All seems very haphazardly planned. They need to properly figure out the entry and exit to their parking lot. But once you know this caveat it’s a piece of cake. The baked goods section is good, well stocked and they also have a good selection of fresh chicken and pizza. They have a great deal going on pizza right now. 2 for 10 dollars. Beat’s the price on Costco but the taste depends on your preference.Overall if you figure out how to get into and out, it’s just another Walmart. Nothing special and nothing wrong with it.
Very nice shop. Veggies are available here as well, contrary to other Walmart that I used to shop in in Connecticut.
This location is typically well-stocked clean and organized. The checkout lines can be long especially on the weekend but thats the tradeoff for good shopping environment.
They were only excepting card payments. Not cash there were only 2 long lines to pay with cash. And I waited one line only to learn I had to get in another line. I didnt have time for.
Definitely short staffed and it seems like the staff there is extra annoyed and dont even care to act like they care... only self pay lines were open and whenever one of then had a trouble employees took way long to help...
Pretty sure i caught a glimpse of a 4yr old sharing a cigarette with her very pregnant mommy. So that being said, just another typical Walmart visit.
Would have given 5 stars but when checking in for pickup youre taken to another location.
Wouldnt advise anyone going here for anything in sporting goods requiring assistance. Just wanted 1 key copied, asked 3 individual employees for help calling someone in. After browsing the aisles for life after the 3rd attempt just left and went to home depot. Someone had a willingness not only to ask if I needed assistance but actually knew how to work the machine and out of the store in less time that it took to find someone at Walmart to make a call over the stores speakers. Targets also up the road. Weak sauce Walmart, weak sauce.
There were NO CASHIERS everything was self checkout. Make sure that you check the dates if you buy salad in the bag. When I got home the next day the salad was bad.
Typical Walmart store...however their quality of fresh produce is not so great.. Aisle numbering on the Walmart App and whats physically on the store is also many a times confusing.
One of my favorite walmarts. Always stocked well. Several employees have been super helpful and friendly. I accidentally left my wallet in the cart & an employee actually brought it to lost and found, untouched. This was maybe a year ago. Nobody could tell me who the employee was though - I always wanted to say thank you for what you did.
Well stocked and all that jazz, also there’s this cute dude who usually works near tech named william😇☝🏾
Nice Lego selection, no line at money center, no line at self checkout, helpfull staff
Sad to see such a large chain retailer in an affluent area of shopping and dining consistently have issues with Saturday morning inventory and appearance. Not to mention the numerous solicitors that must have permission to approach incoming and outgoing customers for donations.
Its Walmart, wish they would work on updating the Hotwheels
Completely stocked when I went. Not too busy and the aisles werent too messed up by customers. I am so thankful to be able to get some spices that were MIA for months since covid.
One of the cleaner walmart stores in the region. Courteous staff thats hard to find in philadelphia stores. I love going to this walmart since it is always well stocked.
This place is literally the worst... Unless you enjoy watching trash people act trashy. The shelves look like the apocalypse has started and society has begun to break down. Around the registers you find open food containers and what I can only assume are bodily fluids. Stay far far away. Do it for yourself and your children.
A great place to find variety food items and cute looking items.Parking is superb.
Dirt cheap and nice staff. Everything under one roof. Best prices in USA
I drive out of my area to go to this specific store because the employees are so nice. An the store is neat and organized.
You really cant to wrong with the grocery prices. There a ton of options for dairy free, gluten free and other rare dietary needs.
Store was nice but im not from the area and things were laid out a bit funny
Its ok. The service could be nicer. They seem to not like to help. I never was treated fairly, in fact I was treated more like a pest.
They used to have pick up at the front now they closed it. An associate told me to go in back to the pick up location and I came here, press the bell for like 10 times and waited 15 minutes no one showed up. I call the number they had for pickup but no one picked up. I see people are working inside but no one came to give me my stuff. Talked to two associates then finally someone showed up after 20 minutes. So many associates just walking around killing time by doing nothing.
Good supermarketBut unfortunately so many items are missing on the Shelves with less varieties.
Good store. Recently increased the order pickup area for more spaces.Pharmacy is fast and has great pricing.
Its a decent Walmart. Usually pretty well stocked.
Always wanted to come here. Was in my yelp saved for eternity and I can now say I been. The wiener was good very hearty and delicious. I forgot which is the one we got but it was not disappointing. Their fries were good too not sure if its because I needed something salty after having so much beer and wine. But this is definitely an item to eat after drinking. So thank you for being in the center of the art district where after I grab a few drinks I can so we up to a dog.Cant wait to go back and have more on their menu.
This walmart is always crowded so come prepared to have to wait in line because they dont have many cashiers working daily and the self pay machines have long lines.
Your go-to store...cute fashions for kids and browse the food section and pick up a few items or do your grocery shopping...
Shelves so empty all the time.. employees are rude. not the greatest
I bought a car stereo, went to my car and opened it to check everything was there. Someone meticulously peeled off the tape and put in an old stereo instead. I walked in 2 minutes later with my timestamped receipt, talked with customer service and all the people I interacted with (who verified I literally just bought it) and was denied a swap or a refund. Walmart literally stole 80 dollars from me and I will never shop at a Walmart again.
Ample parking, easy to get into, but customer service is lacking. Went into return an item purchased online and the customer service lady kept repeating that their printer was broken. I had to ask 3 times to clarify what that meant with regards to my return. Apparently they need a printer to be able to return something. I wish that woman better explained that the first time.
I drive from Philadelphia to shop here. The shopping experience is worth the drive!
Like any other Walmart, this is a everyday grocery store where one can find most necessities and a lot more. Lines can stack up here, possibly due to COVID related staff problems. It however boasts a wide selection of merchandise, AC, and Wifi for customers.
Great one stop shop for school supplies.
I shop the discount cosmetics...all Walmart’s seem the same
Young lady was being trained she was very polite and professional
I shop at Walmart. As with any Walmart, I prefer the super Walmarts.. They may be laid out differently but for the most part I can navigate around them pretty much. I confess that one of my weaknesses is their Buffalo (hot] wings. But I a. Seeing more and more which ever super store I shop, that they are always out of them and they do not know when they will be getting them back in again. One other thing I have noticed is the lack of cashiers available. It is not just here but all the Walmarts. Long lines. Wasted time. Almost has pushed me to not patronize these stores anymore. Not mention all the self check out lines. They were supposed to save us money. But I have not seen any noticeable changes in prices. What a rip off.Another lie perpetrated by big corporations.I call it B.S. just thinking about this I am dropping my score to a 3.Wow, just think what would happen to them, if we started to boycott their stores across the nation. Do you think the company would change?.As I travel across the nation and see the same thing everywhere. I wonder what is going to happen to them and other corporations ( fast food places) when they pass the $ 15.00 an hour minimum wage bill. They will do as all the other companies are going to do. Pass it on to the consumers.
Had to check out a 343.00 order out myself. I should have just left it. It was too hard for this senior citizen. Never again will I go there. Back to Giant for me
Store is sub-par for the area. Long waits for checkout, inventory scattered, messy. I usually drive to the Exton store, or the one in Plymouth meeting. Avoid unless I absolutely need something that cant wait
I was there for an online grocery pickup. Time slot 4-5p. Finally got an email at 5:45 that it was available and then didnt even have it loaded up until 6:30p. Manager gave gift card and apologized. They are short staffed and newbies doing the job.I was thankful. They gotta learn but dang.
Customer service was NOT good. The cashier tried to tell me they dont take out of state cards. What??!! Better and more knowledgeable employee training definitely needed.
