I love this store very much but I never want to go to Zara which is in King Of Prussia.The checkout line is killing me. Only one person stands at the counter and there is always a queue. Also the whole store is always messy. Shoes and clothes are often thrown on the floor and it is impossible to choose and buy anything in this mess. Im from Europe and i have never seen Zara store like this there.

I absolutely love this store but the checkout line I literally have never seen at any other store. It was a Monday afternoon and they allowed this group of women to take up one register for an hour while there was a line all the way out the door. The ladies kept going back around the store and bringing up more stuff they were buying and going through PILES of clothes on the check out counter all while doing separate transactions, they allowed this for the whole 45 minutes I was standing in line while there was 50 people waiting to be checked out. The manager did nothing to speed the line up and didn’t allow people to check out upstairs. I have stuff to return but I don’t even wanna go back because the line was so annoying. May just try to do it online
Not to be a Karen, but… this store has the worst service and efficiency of the 450+ stores in King of Prussia Mall. Every time I’m here, the line stretches the length of the deep store with employees that work slower than a 100 year-old Galapagos turtle. It’s a Wednesday evening at the least crowded time of the day, week, and year; and I have been in line to return for 38 minutes. Thirty-eight (38) minutes and there are still 7 customers in line ahead of me. It’s not the fault of the employees, but rather poor management and ZARA checkout procedures. Will I get my money returned and make it out of ZARA alive before the mall closes at 8? Who knows?

Love Zara clothes - but this store is so poorly managed. Dressing rooms are closed so after you wait in an hour long line to purchase items - you have to come back and wait in that same hour long line to return anything that doesnt fit. I am not exaggerating what I say an hour. Any day of the week too. You are better off ordering online so you can return that way as well.
This store is always crowded to the point where it feels like a chore just to shop there. They need another location; preferably in Philly. They still are one of the best stores fashion wise but the lines and long wait times are ridiculous and inconvenient.
I understand the long lines... But I waited for 25 minutes in line with a return all to find out I couldn’t do return upstairs — only downstairs (and the line was even longer downstairs). Before I even approached the register I was greeted with “we don’t do returns here”.
I always see people getting the cutest outfits from Zara so I was very excited to visit, but I was really disappointed when I showed up. The clothes were all picked through and the only things left gave me older woman department store business casual section vibes. The line was extremely long so likely they were just picked through I guess.

With the amount of returns and long lines its not efficient to put tags back on returned clothes immediately every time. Everyone always looks miserable when I go there because they know your about to wait a long time to check out. PLEASE FIX

The great fashion shopping experience is tragically ruined by standing in line for an hour! 1 cashier with 50 people in line is INSANE! If I weren’t going out of town and need these things I’d drop them on the floor and walk out!
Long line for reruns and purchase... during weekday and weekends, they don’t have trail rooms so if you purchase an item there is high chance, you will stuck up.
Not enough staff ( I guess theyll blame Covid?) Racks are a mess. Lines are ridiculous. Seriously long lines with only 2 cashiers.
Literally the worst location Ive ever shopped at. Staff is rude. The line is out to door EVERY single time I go in. I just waited in an almost hour long line to return jeans...jeans I have to return because the dressing rooms are still not open. If this is the case and there is clearly alot more returns there should be a far better system to it. There is usually only two registers open no matter how long the line is, other staff just wandering around, zero sense of urgency, chit chatting, retagging things (slowing things down more) really just had the most off putting experience Ive ever had there. Certainly doesnt encourage shopping here not knowing if the item fits and risking standing in line for an hour if it doesnt.

The long line to the register that extends all the way to the entrance is the biggest turnoff and ita all because not all cashiers are utilized

Very casual not much option
Zara is a Horrible corporation and does not have the best interest of its loyal consumers. The return policy during the pandemic only allows 30 days (if you get expose that’s only 15 days ) not to mention you cannot use there fitting rooms to try anything on . So if you don’t think the purchases will fit don’t buy it ! Even if you are only one date late after the 30 day return policy they will not refund original payment .
Such a fun store! Found tons of great clothes at reasonable prices. Very Covid friendly as well.

Was pretty livid I drove an hour and a half to get to king of prussia mall specifically to go to Zara, only for them to close at 4pm. Absolutely ridiculous. Should update google so others don’t end up disappointed like myself. Unprofessional.
No selection and no one to help
Clearly understaffed.Forever a place you have to wait an 45 minutes in line to pay for one shirt or pair of pants. They only open one or two registers downstairs and you rarely see anyone who can help you with anything.

Absolutely love this store but there should not have been a line out the door, just ridiculous! Myself and others just left our items and walked out. You also cannot utilize the fitting rooms, so you can ve in line for an insane amount of time and have to return because you cant fit anything!
The only thing on sale at this store is COVID-19! Ridiculously long lines from the register out into the mall. Don’t expect any social distancing or everyone to be wearing masks. I had a quick return and politely asked the manager if anyone else could work the register so I could get out of this mess of a store (piles of clothing jammed everywhere). Big mistake! When I finally got to the register, Manager Ana refused to return 2 of my items blaming me for flaws in the materials that I never even noticed. Currently dealing with Zara online to rectify the poor treatment. I’m sure it will work out but really an unsafe store if you are concerned about COVID.
Learn to staff your store properly, covid is not an excuse for an hour checkout line.

Bad experience. Wait time at the cashier: 40 minutes. Social distancing - good luck. You cannot try on anything as fitting rooms are closed. Especially the long lines at the cashier are annoying. There are 5 counters, only two are open, and the line went back through the entire store.

The manager on duty this afternoon 7/14/20 around 4pm, brunette with long curly hair and had an accent that sounded maybe like she was Polish, was so unaccommodating and had worst customer service. Since when does Zara no longer put items on hold for customers??Giving 2 stars instead of 1 bc luckily one of the cashiers was the opposite of this “manager”, kind and accommodating.

Very disappointed! We shopped at the store in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. It was the first time we shopped at Zara, and my 16 yo daughter was excited because she has seen Zara online. We spent a good bit of time there, trying on a number of items, and especially hit the after Christmas sale racks!We selected two pieces to purchase; a pair of black pants from a $25.00 sale section, and a long wool coat from several racks with large signs marked All coats $99.When we went to check out, neither item was actually on sale - the pants were $50, and the coat $169! The clerk was short and annoyed with us, and not at all accommodating.I realize items may be misplaced by customers, but the store was in general disarray - for example, there were multiple racks of return merchandise crammed full, overflowing, and blocking the entrance to the dressing rooms.I think the sale prices on the racks where these items were found should have been honored. We did not purchase the items, and I doubt we will want to shop at this store again in the future.Followup: We went online and found the exact items we wanted AT THE SALE PRICES on Zaras website. I called the store manager to tell him this story, and he insisted the store and website prices are different. REALLY, Zara??!
I had the worst experience with one of the managers. She very rude and very ignorant towards on a return my wife made. She definitely needs to go back to training on how to deal with customers. I was told her name is Gabrielle 6pm 6/29/20
I have visited ZARA a few times recently in the KOP. Due to COVID-19, we couldn’t try on items and there was a long line and took like an hour to just buy or return the items. Only 2 employees worked and they seemed not care of a long line. I guess ZARA doesn’t care of the business anymore.

I drove over an hour to get to this store, and spent over $400 just for the cashier not to give me a receipt. Now, I have a few returns that I cannot make because I have no receipt.

I was on the hunt for a specific dress. It showed they had one in stock in my size but I could not find it. Two young sales assistants went above and beyond for 25mn to locate the dress. Perfect fit - sold - HUGE hit!!!!
Great place to shop for fast fashion items. Prices are reasonable, especially if you dont want to pay the designer prices. You can often get items that are 100$ for less then 30$ if you get them on sale. Personally I think this is much higher quality h&m that caters to a customer whos interested in fast fashion and more quality clothing.
Hope everyone follow the social distance on the line, cuz today is so crowded and I think neither the upper level or the lower level follow that rule.
I was satisfied with my visit! They have a wide variety and when I was there a great sale section. I wear xs so sometimes its hard (esp when looking in sale) to find clothes but I found two pants totaling 22.98 that I love! Not much help on the floor that I saw but I didnt need any help.Overall, I would come back.

This store is not well managed. The shoes are everywhere all over the ground and everything looks like it is just thrown on the rack. It is a good store but obviously the workers dont care because clothes are everywhere and nothing is folded.

It is not as pleasant as the now closed Center City location. Sort of a big white gallery space with clothes racks and displays. No warmth.
Very slow for checkout. Had to wait over 20 minutes. For this size store there should have been more checkout available.
Good selection and friendly staff, but they need to have more people working. I was shopping on the second floor and there was not one single associate to be found. Was annoyed to have to go downstairs just to check out.
I bought an item and the alarm device is still attached to the dress. I called the customer service and they were not helpful. They told me to bring the item back to the store. I am living 60 mile a way from store. This is not my mistake. I really like Zara however right now my view is totally opposite.

Seriously .. in the 2nd biggest mall in the country on the busiest shopping day of the week, during peak hours, they have 1 person helping customers? The manager; walking around doing nothing? I was a retail manager for years. We put down quite a lot of merch and walked out. Extreme fail.

Now I know its my fault because I lost the receipt but if you need to take an item back the same day within the next couple of hours of your purchase and you do not have your receipt do not buy from this establishment. Even if you go before the same cashier that cash you out you will not get a refund only the same item can be exchanged for a different size or a different color
