We recently purchased t-shirts with extensive design and lettering to commemorate our academic-quizzing team’s championship at Delaware County Christian School. Already, we’ve received so many compliments from our student body, larger school community, and even those outside our community! The shirts are high quality and very reasonably priced. Just as importantly, the staff at Custom Ink—including our contact person, Hannah—treated us as if we were their only customer, though I’m quite certain that they’re very busy; moreover, the service was lightning quick. I would encourage you to use Custom Ink for your apparel needs; I’m confident that you’ll be quite pleased. We will definitely be repeat customers!

We had to go elsewhere because when we arrived we were told that the press has been broken since last Friday and our shirts would have to be ordered through the website. Even if they charged us for a rush order they could not guarantee we would receive them in a week. It would have been helpful to know this when we booked our appointment so we did not waste our time.

We ordered custom t shirts for a group of 25 for a summer trip which sized from YXS to Adult XL. All of them are true to size and the quality of the shirts and print are excellent.We ordered bright red which looked awesome and the color did not fade or leak even after wash. We would prefer to choose Custom ink again.

Was under a crunch to get an important gift for my nieces birthday. Elizabeth and other staff members in store were not only a pleasure to deal with but made the process simple and quick. I was greeted by Andrew when I first came into the store. I really enjoyed working with the person who helped me customize my t-shirt order. He was very easy going & walked me through the process. This was my first time ever doing this & I felt totally confident that it was done correctly. The store was very clean and appealing. And they had a lot of samples to choose from which was very helpful. They send you a proof of your order before it is sent. I would recommend this company to everyone that I know.

Elizabeth was beyond helpful and exceeded all my expectations as far as content and design ideas as I came in with a relatively amorphous idea of what I wanted the t-shirt design to look like. She was awesome. Would recommend to anyone. All in, had shirts designed and paid for within 30 minutes. Efficient and friendly.

WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS. EVERY TIME I PLACED AN ORDER I HAD PROBLEMS. THEY CHANGE THE SIZE OF THE LOGO ON 200 SHIRTS AND SWEATERS.WITH NO RESOLUTION. MY LAST ORDER WAS GUARANTEED BY 8/28. GUARANTEED, WELL WHATS THE GUARANTEE BECAUSE 2 DAYS BEFORE THEY SEND AN EMAIL SAYING ITS GOING TO BE LATE. SO BASICALLY THEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR WEEKS, HELD ONTO IT WITHOUT PAYING INTEREST AND THEN RETURNED THE MONEY, SAYING YEA WE CANT DELIVER BY THEN. The meeting uccured over the phone versus a face-to-face due to Covid. lorraine was especially helpful in assisting in my design work and are in the process of getting an order placed thank you for all your help.

From the minute I walked in the door, the staff at Custom Ink bent over backwards to make sure the vision I had for my project would happen, and all in time for our sons wedding just three weeks away! Andrew walked me through all the product options until we found the perfect, affordable gift. Over the next few days, Elizabeth patiently designed and redesigned, exchanging numerous emails with creativity, kindness, and professionalism. Then, four days ahead of schedule, the tumblers arrived on our doorstep.Excellent customer service and excellent products!

Custom Ink King of Prussia is the bomb. Sophia is just simply amazing. Words cannot describe her professionalism, creativity and quick turnaround time. I called the day that I needed my item. I explained to her the vision that I had and asked her if it was possible to get it printed and ready for pick up within one hour. And she said absolutely. Needless to say we did everything via email and phone and I had the item in hand that evening. It was a hit and went over very well. I will absolutely be keeping them in mind for my future custom design needs.The only thing that I would say is a bummer is that they are located inside of the King of Prussia Mall. They absolutely need their own space. That mall is like an obstacle course. Lol!!

I was always weary about ordering custom products. I’ll never know if it looks right or not. But then the customer service team helped and I was treated with VIP service through LeighAnn. She is absolutely amazing. She walked me through, helped me out with my designs and the shirts look fantastic. Even though I had a smaller order, she still took the time to provide excellent service and follow up. It’s pretty clear that this organization is all about the customer, and it all starts with people like LeighAnn. And yes, the printing was great. I got the v-neck shirts and they fit great. I would have probably ordered the crew necks. But thanks to taking with LeighAnn, she walked me through the different available clothing and products. She knows her stuff!! So glad I got to do business here. I’m definitely returning.

My family has ordered shirts through Custom Ink over seven times. This was the first time that we started our order at a physical store. Charlie was most helpful and patient. My daughter and I were there for two hours hammering out our design details and colors with him. Once at home, I needed to call customer service for help with tweaking a few design details before finalizing my order. The Custom Ink representative totally understood my concern and confidently suggested a remedy. All 25 of the Custom Ink shirts from Youth XS to a Men 2XL look great!

I have placed multiple orders with Custom Ink over the years. Their customer service is awesome; always very helpful and accommodating to get my ideas onto t-shirts, magnets or bags. I will always choose Custom Ink first!

I would highly recommend Custom Ink to anyone who wanted to customize any type of clothing. I started out with Elizabeth on the phone, (she explained whatI needed to know about customizing a shirt.). She was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. Then next day we went to the store in King Of Prussia Mall and met Andrew. He proceeded to guide us on the computer in the design process. He also was extremely helpful . After a short period of time the shirt was finished and it was perfect. I definitely will keep Custom Ink in mind for future purchases.

UPDATE:I now live out of state and called Custom Ink because I needed a tee printed same day for a friend to pick up.
