Really really superb service by a very knowledgeable professional. I’ve been a hearing aid wearer for a number of years and been to professionals in three countries but this was top of the line service and knowledge. This guy knows what he’s doing. And his doing it in a very customer oriented way.

Costco Hearing center at king of prussia changed staff sometime late last year. Previous staff was Attentive, customer centric and polite. We were extremely happy with our servicing and care that was provided. Considering the exceptional customer service we received for over 10+ years, we decided to get another pair of hearing aid from costco.New staff could use some lessons in customer service. Have interacted with them at few occasions recently to service hearing aid and each time it has been extremely impolite and rude interactiion.Costco prides its loyalty with members. Loyalty is is also due to employee behavior with customers. At Other departments at this location, costco staff is extremely helpful. Hearing center staff could use some coaching on customer service that aligns with Costco standards. I will definitely not be going back to hearing center.

It took me years of shouting and repeating myself to finally convince my mother to get hearing aids. We had heard good things about Costcos hearing aids so we spent the money. They are worthless. Dont waste your time, folks. She still cant hear anything, and Im hoarse from shouting.

We had an amazing experience with the team at the King of Prussia location. My Mom purchased her hearing aids 1-1/2 years ago from Costco. She was in an accident and suffered from a head injury, which impacted her hearing. The guys at Costco spent tons of time adjusting her hearing aids on two different occasions as she recovered and her health improved. They did not charge us anything, and they spent so much time making sure that the hearing aids were set properly. Their kindness and care was at the highest level of customer service that we have experienced anywhere. The fact that there was no charge for this incredible service and they would not even accept a tip - just amazing! I cant thank you enough for taking such wonderful care of my Mom!- Kate

Cant say enough good things about these guys. Helpful, knowledgeable, not just trying to sell product. I was skeptical at first, but now Im a total convert.
