My husband has purchased two sets of hearing aids from this company. I cannot tell you how many times he has gone back to have repairs done. Abosolutely ridiculous and before you know it your out of warranty and this time 99.00. Will never go back!

Stopped in to get a new link, while visiting my daughter in Philli. They were so nice to take me right in and get me going again for the holidays. Wherever I go I meet nice people at Zounds.

Great hearing aids when they work. My 1st set lasted 3 years. Tbe 2nd set lasted 2 years. No extended warentee. Only 1 year. After that you lose.

The service here at KOP is outstanding, fast, efficient & most of all patient. Wish I had come here sooner... like 20 years ago.

Rushed to get to zounds in King of Prussia tonight to get new batteries and they were closed early. The sales person sees me looking at them and then Ii said you have to be kidding me right? The door is a cage styled mall door that you can see through. They ducked down behind the counter and ignored me. This place is so bad. They never answer the phone either. And they want me to buy new aids from them. I dont think I will

That nice young man adjusted my hearing aids perfectly. Its nice to hear so clearly.

I tried zounds after my friend raved about them. She was right, these aids make a big difference. I wish Id bought them earlier.

We had purchase a Zounds hearing aid at a store near us in NJ which later closed. We needed customer service with a part issue. After several frustrating and unsuccessful attemps to communicate with anyone at Corporate in Phoeinx - not possible, I called the King of Prussia store and spoke with Danny. He was attentive and helpful and eventually solved our problem. I am hearing agian, thanks to him. Thank you Danny.

I bought great hearing aids at a great price. I think everyone should try zounds.
