Excellent service. The boutique is small but sales assistants are friendly and helpful.

Madison is wonderful. She handled my pen repair with courtesy. She also is very knowledgeable about Montblanc pens, what materials are used, kinds of pens customers prefer, etc.

Beautiful store very accommodating people. Mont Blanc pens are perfect. Expensive but then they are worth it.

I walked in with a shattered Meister stuck and they repaired it on the spot. I bought every color ink the had, just to make a point. SUPPORT CO. WITH REAL STORES. ...... fast forward several years, my 18 year old daughter went in the store alone to pick up doc marker refills and they treated her with complete respect... class act....only one complaint, when I went in for doc marker refills, they only had 2 refills. Annoying for such a high end store. But thats a management problem, the staff is knowledgeable and gracious.
