I took in my Shinola watch to get the battery replaced.Update: bought another watch here and the service and attention are top notch. They treat me as though I am the only customer. They continue to exceed expectations.

I came by this store while I was on a work trip. I ended up buying a watch and a couple other items. The customer service was second to none. Yusef went above and beyond to provide the support that I needed on a dozen of watches I was looking at. They even showed me a number of strap options on the watch I was considering. This obviously took a good amount of time and effort from their sales team. What really put me over the top is when I received a hand-written note from Yusef a few weeks after I purchased my watch. These guys rock! and their watches are pretty damn cool too.
