Ordered the Estate Lifetime 5 in mid July. Sales agent assured us 3 week delivery. We are in week 7 and still no mattress. Sale agent also said he will keep us posted on status, no call whatsoever.We were told the mattress is coming out of New Jersey. After repeated calls to them, getting a different story each time on the delay, today they said its actually coming out of Florida.I cant say much about the mattress since weve yet to receive it, but the customer service is horrible. They made many promises but after the sale, were basically at their mercy. Worse yet, were approaching two months and still dont have a delivery date.BEWARE!
Ordered a trundle bed from this company for family visit. They promised delivery by a certain date, which was noted on the invoice. As the date approached, I started calling to be sure we were on schedule. I was told by 3 different ‘service’ reps that mattress was still in production, and the bed would arrive after I needed it. Two calls to the store itself yielded no call back. This company will give you the run around. Terrible customer service.
Called in and spoke with a sales associate, Ron. He was outstanding, had great information, professional, and overall great to work with!

I researched many mattresses since my 2yr old name brand did not hold up.I was very interested in this company b/c the mattress is manufactured in the USA. The new store in KOP mall is inviting with many sample beds to experience. Our salesman, Brian, was extremely knowledge, not only about the CPR product, but well versed in the competition.We are pleased to say that we bought a fantastic Nano 2 King size mattress and cannot wait for our first nights sleep.I highly recommend the product, the store and the sales knowledge.
