Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure the print quality is exactly what I needed. Handled everything with care and professionalism that impressed me. Definitely will be coming back here for any printing needs.

Drivers have been stealing packages for months now and it doesn’t look like it’ll end anytime soon. However they are very skilled at avoiding accountability and making it difficult to retrieve “lost” packages. They’ve know of this issue since October/November but haven’t fixed it. Have fun with my sh*t.

I highly recommend this FedEx store. They are so helpful. I live very close to this location so I have gone here frequently - and every single experience has been excellent. They are quick and knowledgeable and they are truly customer first.

It’s the only store I’ll use, for personal and work stuff. When my boss presented me with a huge project and an unreasonable deadline (as in about two hours to finish the project and get it shipped for next day arrival to a client), I went there. The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure my project got to the client on time. Not only did they send me an email to confirm that it had arrived, they also left me a voicemail stating that the project had arrive and who had signed for it. They were also incredible when I had to ship my sister’s birthday gift to Switzerland. I brought it in two weeks before it needed to arrive and asked for help. The staff lovingly cared for her gift as if it was something from them to one of their own relatives. And it arrived on my sisters doorstep in four days.

I usually do not write reviews but these people went above and beyond. I was going a custom gift for Christmas and required a colored print. Such is my luck, my print was half and inch off.. completely by fault. I came in and they immediately recognized me. They were very pleasant and fixed my issue... free of charge. My last experience at kinkos was not so great so I have not been back in years. I would gladly return after the experience. The people I had the pleasure meeting were Kelly Jeremy and the assistant manager. Great team guys!

I went to this fedex to send my dad a birthday card. I came with my 20 month old daughter who I was holding when I walked in. The guy behind the register, Elijah, was really nice and accommodating as I was shuffling around while moving my daughter from one arm to the other as I fished for my license, then cards etc. The manager, Steve, was so nice and he even gave my baby a little stuffed animal that she absolutely loved. They were patient, kind and friendly. Thanks for the great experience! You don’t really expect a special type of experience at a printing and shipping store, but this was so nice for me and for my daughter.

The staff of FedEx has been nothing but helpful, patient and kind to both me and my wife, no matter what it is we need. Whether dealing with Jon, Wendy, or any of the other helpful staff, we have been treated to pleasant and enjoyable experiences. Our wedding Save-the-Dates, Invitations, and signs all turned out spectacularly, and I know that I will be returning to FedEx in the future for any and all printing needs that I may have.

I have never written a review before, after visiting this place I felt that there is a obligation to do so. Before I went, saw many reviews states that how bad the service and over priced, I thought that I only need 2 regular color print paper, how bad can that be ......If you have to go to this place, make sure two things, one, ask how do they charge as specific as possible, two ask for receipt. Especially a guy with assistant manager tag on.It is not one star, it is half, for they still being able to stay in business.I have been to Fedex store quite a few times all over the country in the past, but it was my first time to this one and last time ever want to do business with Fedex.

I called in the mornng and inquiried about having them crop and print out an 8x10 digital photo onto photo paper. The clerk said we can and gave me a price and asked me to email the photo. I recd a confirmation email that said they would contact me when it was ready for me to preview. I didnt get the email so I went to office. The current clerk said they couldnt print on photo paper only on a glossy paper! Said I could at the Kiosk. I wanted a professional to crop the photo to have the correct proportions. I told them that they had said they would do it. And he said they couldnt. I said I would go somewhere else and he said NO PROBLEM! What! No problem?

I come in frequently, ryan the manager and the ENTIRE staff are always very accommodating to me and offer great customer service.

On two seperate occasions the staff at this facility were very rude and abrassive towards me for making simple request. They are very unprofessional and not worth the hassle. The people that work their have very bad attitudes. A competitor needs to show up and take them out of business. If you cant treat people right, you dont deserve peoples money. I will never go here again. Not even for a paperclip. They are a joke. Dont waste your money. There are other places for printing and shipping in the area. Drive by these clowns. They dont deserve your money.

Worst package delivery company in America! Theyve dropped packages on my lawn in the rain, miss-delivered packages multiple times, failed to deliver packages after promising to do so after a vacation hold. Their representatives lied to me on the phone repeatedly, with their customer advocate a miss-nomer for CYA representative. Horrible company in very sense of the word!!

The self serve printers were really easy to use.

Worst service ever. They dont know how a return shipping label works. Asked me to fill all the details online and never provided any sort of assistance. I would not recommend this place even to my enemies.

So they wouldn’t make my labels and we’ve been coming here for about seven years we have a company account and all still they just were being different John and Jeremy are unprofessional!!!

You should avoid this store. They changed a tracking number because I asked for a receipt. Do not ship any item through them.

These guys are not sending scanned copies to email they send only to flash drive(USB).

I came from Phoenixville to get images printed for my work.Only to be told they couldnt size it to a 4x6 image to copy, That I would have to pay extra as well as come back another day. I wont be goingback.

Showed up at 830 and got my report that was due the next day bound by 9. Thanks for saving my butt guys!

Can be a bit pricey but they offer so many print services. They have helped me out many times.
