Employees arent masking.Went in for a fingerprinting appointment. Neither of the women at the desk had their mask on properly. Both had on the surgical masks. Neither had their nose covered. The masks were setting just above their upper lip.One of the women silently led me to the small fingerprinting room, where I said, Can you please put your mask over your nose? She didnt answer me at all, but abruptly left the room. I heard her say to the other associate that she would need to help me because I just cant with her. I literally had not said any other words to the employee before she decided not to handle my appointment.I then had to wait for the other associate to be available. When she did come in, her mask was on properly. When I left, I could see the first employee back at the desk... her nose was still uncovered.

Experience 1:Printer doesn’t work with standard document from USB. Seek help from staff or else you will have to still pay for bad prints even though its printer fault.Experience 2:I had gone to the store at closing time for printing, they had already closed their registers. But they still let me print my document and after I left, closed the doors.
This UPS is amazing! I had to get fingerprinting done through IdentoGO and I was in and out in just 10 mins!!!! The navigation forgets to mention that the UPS store is the IdentoGO center. They take in walk-ins all the time and are always very efficient.

I very rarely write a review unless it is warranted... This store earned one. A different store referred me here because they discontinued a service I bought for many years. After the experience I had with this store, I will NEVER go to there, again.I reached out to a different store, EASILY explained what I needed and received the same kind and professional service I had from my local store for years with zero issue.I am still shook up from the person I spoke with, from this location. . This was a simple routine service and I never should have had the absolutely AWFUL experience I had at this location. Hopefully, it was just a really bad judgement call on their part, and not the normal way they treat their customers.
This UPS centre charges for using their computer for printouts. I visited Audubon UPS multiple times, they never charge for any such usage and more so never charge for 1 or 2 printouts as well.
Went here for finger printing, every step of the process was smooth, easy, and everyone was nice to talk to. Highly recommend
Since we are in the middle of a snow storm I looked at the website to see what time they close and it stated 7:00. I had Christmas gifts to send to my son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren and since the website stated open and the signs in the windows stated open I went to the door and they were closed at 5:30. This is not the first time that they closed early. They do this often even in good weather. Why didnt someone update the store information? Found out that UPS stores close during inclement weather if trucks are taken off the road. This is completely understandable. I went back when they opened. The box that I used had writing on the outside and it was upside down & I didnt notice until I was in the store. The man working at counter told me that he would fix it and he even took tape off of end and replaced it. My husband bought the tape & dispenser from the Post Office & the man said it wa nit good quality and I agreed. I packed the box very full with bubble wrap covering top & bottom. Boxes were separated according to recipients and tagged with each name. Upon arrival at destination, the box was opened and rummaged through with packages thrown all over. By the way, the lady working at the counter REFUSES to wear a face mask stating that she wears a face shield. According to tge CDC face masks ARE REQUIRED with a shield or the shield has to cover the entire face from side to side and from top of forehead to under the chin. Sign on front door CLEARLY STATES FACE MASKS must be worn in store. If she has a medical issue & cant wear a face mask she should NOT be working in a store where customers are.
They lost my wife passport . they are saying as easy we can find it and my wife has an interview in US embassy after 2 weeks . Very bad service you have to wait all customer done before they assist you
Stopped in to use their IdentoGO service. Friendly, prompt, everyone using appropriate PPE. In and out in BEFORE my actual appointment time! The young woman who processed my fingerprinting was friendly, relaxed and super-efficient.
I have been a customer of this store since they opened. I have used them for business and personal shipping, printing and custom gifts. I cannot recommend them enough. Always have my work done in a very timely manner. Brian and his staff are always friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for unique gift ideas, speak to them about what they can do with pictures.

I ship dozens of packages a day from my online store and decided to drop off a package at this location since it was the closest to me today. I get there 4 minutes before 7pm and the door was locked ( their sign clearly says open till 7pm) knock knock, she walks up and opens the door. I nicely asked that all I need is a box to put my items in and that I already have my own tape & prepaid ups label. She say ok let’s a do cash deal for $10 a box and I’ll take your things. I’ve never seen such insulting and pathetic customer service experience as such. It’s amazing how A she had the store closed earlier then they should ( no power issues or anything of that sort ) B she had the courage to ask of me to pay $10 for a box!!!!! I ship things for a living and a box cost $3 at most NOT $10. Stay Away from this place because rest assured that you will be scammed there.
Just a fantastic bunch! Everyone in the store is always happy to help!! It’s like having really good neighbors. The extra bonus is, the awesome candy dish.. Its always filled with the best candy!!Lol! (It’s the little things). Thankful to have them in my new neighborhood. Never Change!
These guys are awesome. I came to the door at 7:13pm with 2 large packages to return and they were so nice to come reopen the door and take the packages so I didnt have to come back! I didnt realize they closed at 7pm. Thank you for the great customer service.
Brian is the owner and I flew into town with a last minute print job that he delivered within 2 hours. And to top it off...I arrived 15 minutes before the store closed, but he stayed late and got the job done. That is rare customer service that you just don’t see anymore!! Thank you so much, Brian!
The staff are always friendly and very helpful. They never overcharge and pack and ship efficiently. One of the best UPS stores I’ve used.
Came in for notaries and was served quickly. Brian also offered coffee and snacks while we waited, as well as offered advice on writing the BOS. Thank you for the great service!
Over charged I send the same thing over every two weeks I know my rate. And worker was caughing and sneezing.. manager kept his mask under his nose comple reck!! Never would I walk through those doors ever again!
Fine for dropping off packages.My only real experiences here have been dropping off packages that already have labels on them. The guys that work here can be a little slow but are generally friendly.What really bothers me is that they charge you a dollar to tape a box shut. Even if its just six inches of tape. Thankfully I live nearby so after I found this out I was able to go home and use my own tape. Since then I always come with my packages fully ready to ship.Parking is plentiful and convenient.
I want to commend the associates at the king of Prussia location.I drive out to this store to utilize their services, as the staff are always professional, friendly and efficient with their services.Most appreciated, especially during the holiday season.Thank You to your staff!

This UPS store frequently helps me with our shipping needs. We have worked with them when we needed since they opene . They have always provided excellent service.
Great service but this location actually charge u a dollar to put some tape on the package. Other locations do it as a courtesy. It just needed some mailing tape, nothing else. I read reviews and see they been doing this for at least a year. 3 stars down to 1 for me...
I use the King of Prussia UPS Store all the time to ship things to two of my sons who live out of state and Ive never had a problem. Items have always arrived on time and Ive been very satisfied with their service.
Two of the three employees working right now are not wearing masks properly, putting all customers at risk. I will not return to this location.
The staff are always helpful, even call and order ahead and get a call back when things a ready... customers services.
I came to this store for the first time after being turned away by the Phoneixville store for fingerprinting at 5:25 PM (after 15 minutes of waiting) & being told Im too busy. I have other customers, come back tomorrow at 12. Were open 10-6. This location had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. The associate was friendly and quick. I definitely would return to this facility.
Is UPS expensive? Yes. Is this the stores fault? No. I just want to commend the young man working today (9/20) - he was a multi-tasking wizard!! He had two customers completing finger prints, a woman dropping off / getting a confirm for an envelope, and he helped me ship my husband the laptop he left behind on his business trip. Plus, he was friendly to everyone who walked in or called. Im not sure how he did it all, but he owned it!! I was most certainly not in a good mood, but was oh so very impressed. Great hire!!

They charged $3 for using computer to take 3 printout for which I need a notary service... So cheap...
Very nice people working here. My only complaint is with their system. You can ship UPS, USPS and DHL through this store. They told me my Large Flat Rate USPS Priority Mail Box will cost me $52 according to their system. I went directly to the USPS store on Allendale Rd. they shipped it out for $18.90 because thats the Flat Rate for it. I wish this UPS store didnt quote me that ridiculous price of $52! I trust them less with this experience....

Im not sure how this place has some low ratings on here. The employees here are so friendly and professional. Mailing things is generally an errand I despise but this place makes it a pleasant experience.
I went this store because I needed to mail my tax return and the line at the Post Office was out the door. I wanted to make sure they got there so I bought a large envelope and had the guy working at the store weigh it so there would be the proper postage. A few weeks later, the package was returned to my house because of improper postage. I brought it back to the store and the same guy could not figure out why it got returned and said I should check with the post office. There was no apology and no accountability. At the post office, they recognized the issue at once -- he was putting postage for an envelope instead of a large envelope. I cannot trust this store to send important information and I will never use them again.

Too expensive unless youre shipping a letter for like 50 cents. I had two extemely small packages and they charged $27.00 for both with tracking. I told the lady at the front, I didnt need rush shipping or anything and to use the most cost efficient method. Ill stick to USPS.... I couldve shipped my packages for about $15 - $17 there.

The lady working on Saturday on September 28, 2019 at opening time; stomped and kicked my package because she did not believe my answer after asking me what exactly was in the box.
