The two ladies, I am so sorry for forgetting their names, who are at the front desk are always so helpful to me. This was the second time I have brought a vehicle to be serviced by them, and I am always so impressed by their level of communication and professionalism. All of the mechanics there are so nice and knowledgable as well. This time around, my car took a little longer than expected to be fixed, but these women made the process much more bearable. At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of, which I personally believe many auto body shops do take advantage of people, especially young women. Theyre spectacular and their facility is SO clean and organized. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicles here.

They replaced a convertible top on our 07 Mustang that had been vandalized. An OEM replacement top install was done . They couldnt get a OEM inside liner so an aftermarket one was installed. Liner was not correctly installed and had to be redone. It was corrected but should not of left like it did in the first place. During the process of replacing the top the body was scratched. They took care of that. I was ok with them buffing it out but they couldnt fix it by buffing and ended up repainting a small section. They did work with us to correct issues.

The women up front were wonderful but the time was aweful. Always had an excuse way it took si long. Then when the car was return the trim was the wrong color.

These people had my camaro for over two months. I kept asking how long and they kept using the Covid as a excuse of not getting the work done every time I called for two months. I have still have not gotten my car and I still keep saying it’ll be ready in a week I would avoid using these people at all cost their quality better be better than their service I do plan to report them to the better business bureau

They took on work that Kingman Chevy totally botched literally they screwed our car then t and r took the mess that Kingman Chevy body shop screwed up and made the car look perfect highly highly recomend these guys for any and all collision and paint work thanks to everyone who had there hamds on our car.

My Subaru looks brand new! After a nasty 30 dent destroyed my quarter panel and wrap around bumper, I drove around Kingman getting quotes and finish dates. T and R were the best by far even though this was an out of pocket repair. The staff was helpful and, when I made an appointment, they were there courteous and ready. The air conditioned wait room was a big bonus. The best part was there was no add-on costs for hidden problems behind what we could see. The quote was exactly what I paid. Also, they detailed Subie inside and out (my dog sheds a lot).Save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and go here first.

They did the work but communication was a bit sketchy and clean up was minimal. Wasnt too bad. I would have done a much better job but then again, maledictions of being OCDish..

I was getting gas,when a motor home did not swing out enough an hit my car.T&R replaced headlight and a flood light.Also had to have a front end alignment.Great customer service and easy to arrange appt time..Excellant work.I like this company but in the future,would prefer rv drivers learn how to make proper turns when operating a large vehical.

They guide me with all my projects. ill definitely always be back for all my restoration projects for my investment fund i get to pretend its serious and i spend time hanging with the pros and T&R, for all my bucket list projects.
