I wish I could give this place 100 stars!! My boyfriends car broke down in Kingman on the way home to Bakersfield, CA. My handsome thought his car was DONE and he was 4 hours away from home. He had to leave the car in Arizona and finish his trip home not knowing what would happen with it. Bill called him the next day and told my love that he might have to pay $13 for AC fluid. He relieved all his concerns. The quoted time for repair was like 1-3 weeks because he had some repairs ahead of ours. We figure the worst-case scenario of 3 weeks. Bill had his car back on the road heading home in less than a week!!! Now my amazing man has a new engine in his Santa Fe and we have road trips planned! We appreciate you Bill so much!!! Matt Powell in the service department here is awesome. Excellent service helping my gf get her car repaired under her extended warranty. She purchased the car here also. Even with the part being a special order item, Matt got her Tucson in and out 2 weeks before anyone in Las Vegas would even see the car. Made the whole process as easy as possible. Chill guy is not over the top, pushy, annoying. Same with the rest of their team. Perfect level of customer service. Always kept her in the loop and took care of the rental car, got us rides, planned the repair and got it taken care of quick so we werenβt stuck in Kingman. We would rather drive 3 hours round trip than go somewhere else. Itβs so common to get bad service in 2021 it was nice to get this level of help with zero hassle.I wasnβt thrilled when my gf bought her Tucson here 3 years back, but seeing this all work out with no BS changed my mind. I think she got a good deal, warranty just paid for itself and she loves her car to this day.

Im 50. My elderly mother bought a car here and it went great. Thus a star. A few days later, my son tried to buy one. Been a week. Called them a lot. Salesman wouldnt return his calls. Some Mike guy, same guy who helped my mom. My son finally got ahold of Mike. Mike is a jerk. My sons car was totaled, he needs a car. But Mike doesnt need a sell. Suppers waiting. Im buying a new car on the 18th. I wont bother martin swanty hundai. Mikes having to hard a time to deal with customers.
This was the best experience in buying or leasing a car I have ever had. We made a deal over the phone and when I got there, there was no renewed negotiations or other pressures. Rick, the sales person was terrific. Absolutely kept to the agreement we had. Ben in the finance department was very helpful and clear in his presentation with no added pressure to purchase extras. Our buying experience from beginning to end was flawless. Jason, Nick and Ben each participated in the process and were friendly, professional and thorough. We searched for the car we wanted at dealerships in Yuma, Phoenix, Mesa, Tucson and found the it in Kingman! The drive from Surprise was worth it! When we took delivery of the vehicle Jason spent about 1 1/2 hours with us activating all of the computer equipment and familiarizing us with the functions of the Palisade. We just arrived home in Washington state after a 1500 mile trip. It was the most pleasurable ride we have ever had in a car. And finally, the safety features of the car are absolutely stellar! We could not be more pleased!!!!!

My husband and I recently purchased a Hyundai Sonata and we love it!! Our salesman Jake Stutler was absolutely informative, thorough, and a pleasure to deal with. We can both say without a doubt that this was the greatest car buying experience in our lifetimes. We simply relayed to him the type of vehicle, mileage range, down payment and monthly payment we could afford. He called back a little bit later and said not only did he have pre approval from the bank, but also that he had few vehicles for us to come look at. We arrived and immediately found the vehicle that was right for us . Also I would like to thank Jake and the finance department for helping in securing us a low interest rate in our loan process as well. Thank you Jake and the entire crew at Martin Swanty Hyundai!!! If you need a vehicle go to the best!!!
I would give this dealership a negative star if available. If your in an accident and you are a single female or a young person who does not have a lot of knowledge about factory warranties and how insurance works, please make sure you have someone with you that does know. This dealerships maintenance shop will take advantage of you. They will say that you are a priority, but then do things that will show you are not.If you have a factory warranty on your car and your in an accident, they will tell you that you need to replace parts that is warrantied with OEM parts - Hyundai parts. If not replaced with factory Hyundai part this shop will RED FLAG your car and end your factory warranty on those parts. I found out, my insurance company wont agree to OEM parts. They would only replace warranty parts with after-market or liked parts. My brother called around to other dealerships ( Chrysler - Nissan ) and asked questions about OEM parts and Red Flagging cars with factory warranties. Their answer never heard of that and we still honor the factory warranty. This shop and my insurance company haggled for weeks, until I gave up. I then paid for the OEM parts. I paid the extra $900.00 for the OEM parts, my deductible ($500.00), plus money for car rental. The shop had my car for about 3 weeks before I got a check in the mail from Insurance. I then dropped check off at the shop on a Thursday. I was told, You are a priority by the manager. The next week on Thursday I stopped down at shop to check on car. Manager stated that shop received the parts on Monday, but he did not know that until Tuesday. I asked if car was on the hoist, he stated, no, but you are a priority. If I was a priority, my car would have been on the hoist Tuesday morning. I told the manager please call or text me when its on the hoist. I headed to Enterprise to update them since now I will be forking out of my pocket 100% of the car rental because Thursday was the last day my insurance covered my rental 80%.I received a text message and photo that Friday from the manager letting me know my car was on the hoist and was told that my car would be done that next Monday, which it was. Monday I paid my bill and asked manager if there was anything to watch for, manager stated no, you have a brand new car. I was glad to get this whole experience done with. Well not so fast. 1st - Car had been sitting at the shop for over a month and wasnt washed. The wipers and windows were caked with dirt. I feel that I dont ask for much but they could have at least washed my car. When I turned on my car (2019 Hyundai Tucson) I heard a noise coming from the dash area. I then turned my air conditioning on and heard the same noise. I needed an oil change within 2 weeks so I went in to make the appointment. When I talked to the manager he didnt seem to concerned with the noise. As I was making the appointment, the manager tells me while your here we have a part that you did not know you needed. I wasnt sure how to take that so I just figured they would fix it when I came in for the appointment.During those two weeks I pondered on giving the car back. I really like the car and its fully paid off. If the manager said that I had a new car, why would they give me my car back with a noise. What happens if they cant fix it. What if the insurance doesnt pay their part. What will I do?My brother called Earnhardt Hyundai in Avondale and told shop manager my situation. The shop manager told my brother you got screwed and that shop is crooked. So my decision was made, return vehicle to this Hyundai dealer.With in a few weeks of getting my car back I received an email from Martin Swanty - had all the money information from accident and dollar amount for a buy out or trade in ($19,500 - $23,400). Martin Swanty did not honor the email - I got $19,000. When check was ready, I told sales person that my sister in law (her name) will pick it up. The sales person gave check to my sister in law without ever checking her ID. Wow!!!!This is all over a coyote accident!!!

The salesman (Amador) was very friendly, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. He was very helpful in every aspect of the job. He is a great asset to your company and should be rewarded for his efforts and dedication to customer service and satisfaction!The general sales manager (Nick) was also extremely helpful after the purchase of this vehicle. I was under the impression that 2 sets of keys and fobs would be included in the sale, however there was only 1 set available. After speaking to Nick over the phone regarding this issue, he agreed to order a second key and fob, and have them programmed to the vehicle at no additional cost to me. Again, great customer service and satisfaction!My only complaint about the purchase of this vehicle is that the factory radio and speakers dont work properly (static and distortion). I was told by the sales manager that stereo components are not covered in the 15 day/500 mile warranty due to not being a safety issue. Im disappointed that the dealership wont fix the radio issue, but I am overall very pleased with the vehicle we purchased from Martin Swanty Kingman.2015 HYUNDAI TUCSON

Last Friday I went to Martin Swanty Hyundai of Kingman with my dad to have a new key cut and a fob programmed for a vehicle that he had recently purchased from them. We got there at 8am and we were greeted by Bill in the service department. He was very friendly and professional and told us that it would take about an hour to perform the service. He also offered my dad a courtesy wash for his vehicle after the service was completed. Since we had an hour to wait my dad and I decided to look at some of the used vehicles that were on the lot. There was a 2009 Hyundai Genesis that I was interested in so my dad went and got Amador who was the salesman that sold my dad his car 3 weeks earlier. Like Bill, Amador was also very friendly and professional. He told me all the information and prior history of the vehicle, and then went on a test drive with us. I liked the car so much that I decided to make a cash offer on it. Im 20 years old and Amador made me feel very comfortable with the negotiations and buying process. I only went to the dealership that day with my dad for a key and fob, and ended up driving home in my first car! I got a great deal on a beautiful car and I would personally like to thank both Bill and Amador for a wonderful experience that my dad and I wont soon forget.

I am actually really disappointed in this company. A week ago I was in a bad car accident and my truck was totaled and I was in a different state and needed to get home so I was in a hurry to buy a vehicle and thought the salesman was actually trying to help but I definitely donβt feel that way now. We talked about the price and we agreed on a number almost $2,000 less than the listed price. I just looked over the paperwork and they charged me the listed price!!!! Talk about sleezy car salesman... I had a lot on my mind and he totally took advantage of that.. Oh and the check engine light is already on and Iβm 2 states away and knowing I was traveling so far, car doesnβt even have a spare tire or jack or anything.. Iβm so disappointed with this company. I completely regret buying a car from them and wish I could give it back.
We went in and explained we wanted to buy a good running car, good mileage as well as roomy an with air lol they nicely explained that their used cars start at $10,000. And over on their used vehicle lot and recommend us go across the street to doctors Drive Now auto sales Because that where all their under $10,000 cars go and sent us to meet Brandon, they were super nice and let us test drive over three cars just to make sure its what I wanted, they stayed open after closing for us Worked with us and lowered the price about a $1000 Off, I really liked that they didnβt pressure us and the other cars That we looked at had minor things cosmetic as well as maybe needing an alignment and they were Happily gonna fix those things if We decided to buy it . Overall We left very happy and feeling great about our decision to buy thanks So much
Wow Martin Swanty Hyundai is the best Hyundai dealer in the country. I have dealt with at least 10 dealerships in a few states and they are definitely the best, from Michael in sales to Nick the sales manager to Ben in finance all were laidback and we felt no pressure to buy. Weβre from Las Vegas we decided to drive to Kingman to buy our new Palisade from Martin Swanty Hyundai because they saved us at least $11,000 on the Palisade . In Las Vegas the Hyundai dealerships are extremely greedy they mark up their Palisades anywhere from $7,000 to $11,000. We sincerely felt they went above and beyond to make the buying experience great.
Bill, Jake and Nick all treat me like family. They recognize me when I come in, and take care of me.
I drove from Vegas to Kingman to see this car and what a piece of Junk! Air conditioner was clicking off and on the motor was noisy seat on driver side was ripped up. Scratched with dings all over.

I went in looking for a specific vehicle and it had just come out of detail that morning. The salesperson was very attentive and friendly. He was able to answer my questions as they arose and the process went really smooth. What I enjoyed the most about the process is that there was no haggling, no negotiating, and no intimidation. I wasnβt sure what I would qualify for but they never made me feel like I wasnβt going to get a vehicle. I gave it a 3 stars because the service that I got from this man bill was awesome I dont know how the sale services but I know the service at the service centre for your car to be repair was awesome
This was the best car buying experience Iβve ever had. They didnβt pressure me at all and I contacted them when I was ready to buy. Jason was my salesman and knew every inch of the Palisade I purchased. He even helped me understand how to work all the features and program my phone into it before I left. I wouldnβt buy a vehicle anywhere else.
I recently scheduled an oil change with Martin Swanty Hyundai. Upon scheduling, I was told by the service manager to check in the Shopper ad for a coupon for a special they were running, which I appreciated so much. The only thing that the service center didnt do (which was advertised in the coupon) was provide a free car wash. Other than that, they did my oil change in less than 30 minutes and I was on my way! I always feel well taken care of when I leave this service center!
