We just came into town from Colorado and I needed a oil change. My husband and I had no idea the car event was taking place. We took a bunch of detours and it was difficult getting to under the circumstances. I wish we knew or we wouldnt have been driving around for 20 minutes along with missing the signs that told us to go a certain direction. Luckily, our friends who live there helped us find the back dirt road to get to it. And because the car event blocked off a major road and no one was getting to their appointments we were able to get a oil change scheduled. It only took an hour thankfully. Overall, it was an okay experience. It wasnt their fault a car event was going on. But I do wish there was more signage and clear direction with getting to the dealership.

I did not but a car, there inventory was very low. They were very nice. I do things to chat with them.

They are down to one KIA technician so you have to wait weeks for an appointment if you have any problems with your KIA. Mike at the service check-in should not be dealing with the public since he is agitated whenever you ask a question. My husband talked to a different technician by the name of Phillip who was very nice and explained the.process of checking the problem with our ac. We will probably not be back though just because of Mikes attitude.

My post is for multiple reasons. We have a 2020 car that broke down in route from a southern destination. (Still under warranty) The technician was rude. Left my pregnant adult daughter without transportation. Stranded in Kingman on a weekend. Claiming a 3 week time before they could even look at it.I had to transport this 36k under warranty car to a nearby dealership to receive service. Withvon 24 hours we were informed the transmission had failed.This dealership is a joke. They lost the freaking keys.

5 stars for my experience buying my Kia Telluride last year. Still stoked about my purchase. Could I have gotten the vehicle cheaper in Vegas or a Phoenix? Yes, but I was in constant contact with three other Kia dealers and Al was the only straightforward one of the bunch. Not even an ounce of regret.Service center... same ball of wax. Straight to the point, everything explained up front, quick turnaround, and Kia certified mechanic.

We purchased a 2020 Kia Sedona last year. Was around tax time and made a promise of paying the down payment as soon as we received our taxes. Then covid hit. Took us a lot longer to get our taxes then anticipated. The dealership suggested we take out a loan to pay the down payment. Like that’s possible when everything has stopped. Finally paid our down payment as promised. ( They are not very understanding). Now to the part that gets me. We purchased the car with a remote start option. They ordered the wrong parts to be installed. They are not doing it personally. Had it outsourced. That company ordered the correct parts and has installed them, but also did not work. Was told my car does not have anti theft so the remote start will not work. Martin Swanty dealership now just tells me there still looking for another option. This has been a month now. I really liked them, but my experience has been less then positive. I recommend looking elsewhere. Sorry Martin Swanty, but you need to step up your customer service game.

We purchased our KIA Sportage two years ago. Which we were happy with.We had to bring it in for service. After three attempts at resolving the problem it remains unsreolved! Spending over five hours each visit and the problem still isnt resolved!We live in Fort Mohave which is over 40 miles one way!Now we have a rental until the problem is resolved. If you want to pay 4 grand over the value of the car and wast your time with rude sales people then look no further. Like every other dealership they are nice on the phone and will guarantee that its a done deal. After getting to lot they will waste 3 hours of your time trying to upsell. My daughter bought a Kia Niro a couple of weeks ago. My daughter is happy with the car but not the dealership. My daughter was lied to when purchasing the car. Was told they would give her 20% above blue book and that was a lie. But my daughter wanted the car so bad that she agreed to buy the car anyway. She asked at the time about the payment that was due in a few days. She was told not to worry she will be alright.Well she got hit with the payment on her Kia Soul that she traded in. Now she is between Kia Corp.and the Kia dealership of who owes her the money.So if you are looking to buy a car do not buy through Martin Swanty Kia. I will be looking for a new car later this year and I will go to Vegas I dont care thats its farther away then Kingman to me.PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!

2016 leased kia was checked over and noise was confirmed however service would not take care of the problem just said the noise is normal. Kia coperate tells me it is most likely the control.arm not at all pleased

I purchased my Kia Soul here a few months ago. Yvonne was great to work with. Shes knowledgeable and explained how to use all the features of my car. I must admit that I didnt catch on quickly to the Bluetooth but she took the time to sit with me in my car and showed me how to make and answer calls. What I thought was so complicated, actually was easy to understand after a couple calls. I dont think any other car dealer offers lifetime free car washes either! Go see Yvonne. You wont regret it!

My car brokedown in Kingman Arizona last November. They helped me find a car in my price range. The repairs to my 2003 Kia Optima would have been around $3000. I figured why not get a new car, to avoid any future problems. They kept my old Kia. Didnt deduct any money from the final cost. But Wade did promise me a few hundred from the scrap yard.Its almost a year later. Ive contacted Wade multiple times. I spoke to the manager. No one has gotten back to me. Life goes on, but I really dont appreciate it. If your car breaks down in Kingman, AZ, its a great place to get a car. Hopefully your overall experience will be better than mine.
