This CVS needs major overhaul in management. You are on hold average 30 to 45 minutes. They pick up the phone and put you on hold again. If it is an emergency heaven help you..no one answers. You go there drop script off, 4 hours later script is not finished. Everyone is in line and gets very frustrated. They forget scripts when we pick up..then have to go back. Oh by the way if the meds are wrong..it is the same wait all over again. It is a nightmare at this CVS. Needs management overhaul or new staff.

Kimberly should really learn how to treat her co-workers better. Good job for CVS for letting this “supervisor” rise up the chain and be in the position she is in

Horrible service. Absolutely find another pharmacy! I was calling from a providers office to call in a prescription for a patient, and was on hold for over 45 minutes, with no person ever answering. I then tried to call the front of the store for assistance, and to speak to a manager and the call was dropped 3 times. I never got to speak to anybody.

The employees at this CVS pharmacy are amazing. I was traveling across the country and forgot an important medication. They were able to work with me through several dropped calls due to my poor cell service, transfer the prescription, and have it ready for me quickly. Highly recommend!

There is a young man who works the drive thru now and then. He is polite, knowledgeable, and gets people in and out as quickly as possible. If not for him, I would give this place no stars if possible. I seriously can not think of one positive experience I have had there outside the young man mentioned about. That is very sad for me to say since I have used CVS in another State for many many years. Simply, its not CVS thats the problem here.

This store is going downhill quickly. Pharmacist not on site,how does a company this size do this.

They dont answer the phone!

Awful. The employees at the store try very hard. The corporate BS is unbearably unprofessional. They actually in the past have sent 2 of my scripts which are controlled substance, to a completely different person in a different state!! When I challenged them for an explanation, I was told simply its not our fault I tried to use thier simple dose paks that come in the mail, that was a disaster, I just got the same pill bottles, never filled correctly and seriously late. I have since changed pharmacies to a small local one, but am forced to keep one rx at cvs because its a schedule 2 narcotic.

If I could give CVS ZERO stars, I would. I have been waiting for my prescriptions to get filled for TWO days. Like, why? I know for a fact it DOES NOT take that long to drop some pills in a bottle. How is it taking this long?! I’ve called and called, and they basically tell me to deal with it, it’ll get done when it gets done. Terrible customer service. I’m switching pharmacies. Smfh.

I tried calling for 2 days to talk to a pharmacist about my prescription. After 15 minutes waiting in each of 5 times I gave up and drove 12 miles each way. After waiting in line I found out that only one was ready feed up with CVS

I have been going to CVS for over 10 yrs and have always felt them to be very friendly and helpful. But, I do have to say that lately it has changed a bit. You are not always greeted with a smile or a pleasant attitude. They dont get to know their customers. I would like to see some of these change. Now I just get my meds and leave.

CVS has mostly what I need, I really love the body fantasies they stock. Really wonderful smells that last half a day. Remember, it does stay on your clothes longer. The employees are there when I have questions.

So my prescription has been there for a month to get order the excuse they gave me is that I can pick it up at 2 oclock cause they are really slam and don’t have enough staff the worst part of it is that they always say the same thing month to month

This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever delt with. My husband and I have had nothing but trouble receiving our medications from CVS in Kingman, Az. No wonder My Dr. Asked if I had to use CVS because all her patients and staff have problems with them. Unfortunately our insurance has now contracted with CVS so we have to use them to our dismay. When my Dr. Sent in my prescription they didnt carry it and did not bother to get into touch with my Dr. Until I went in there to pick it up. And had to tell them to get ahold of my dr. Which then took another 72 hours to get my much needed medications. And again on Monday I went into CVS to have them put in a transfer from Walgreens for my husbands meds and they took all his info and insurance info and informed me it would take 72 hours for the transfer since our insurance will no longer cover it at Walgreens. 5 days later My husband calls and they said that they did not do the transfer. If I wasnt forced to use CVS I wouldnt. If you dont have to dont. Run across the street instead.

HORRIBLE at answering phones- - multiple times the past few months we have sat on hold waiting for ANYONE to answer phone. Calling the store does not help - the front desk clerk Kerry is VERY rude! We finally called Corporate office who was able to look up what we needed. ON HOLD again! As this is typed!

I have had continuing troubles with this CVS Pharmacy for years. I wish I would have confirmed my headaches by reading these comments.This store has both a terrible system and management for getting the prescriptions filled. The LAST time, I mean the very last time I will use this store, my prescription was back-Ordered from the manufacturer with no release date give. NO ONE BOTHERED TO TELL ME, OR TO EVEN CHECK THIS AND JUST KEPT REORDERING FROM SUPPLIER. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT.

Simply the best pharmacy that you will find due to the exceptional staff that work there. They have always went above and beyond for myself and my grandmother. I recently moved and tried the Smiths Pharmacy In Fort Mohave. Big mistake. From this point on we will travel the 50 miles back to Kingman. If you want excellent customer service, this Is the place.

I went on the website to refill my prescription, even indicated when I would pick it up. I go there, through the drive thru,after the time I indicated and I was told it would be done in 30 minutes. I, of course have to do go do other things in my life so I left. After I left, I receive a message about 5 minutes after I leave that my prescription is ready 😑 this is not something uncommon, and some of the staff do not care and do not put effort into the job, just go for a paycheck. I will be going next door to Walgreens for my prescription for now on.

So first they opened my prescription last month and only gave me a week supply. Now for the second month in a row I have had two call four days after requesting a refill to remind them to refill the medication and was forced to miss days of taking it due to their neglect.

TERRIBLE!!! They promise to have meds ready, they usually dont answer their phone, their web site doesnt work properly. Not many pharmacies around so we have to put up with them. 😠😠😠

I picked up some prescriptions and they had this loud announcement about the number of phone calls literally every 2 seconds. The employees all looked like they were about to go crazy and who could blame them. The constant loud phone announcement was like being mentally tortured. Im sure the people who work there are all looking for a new job. And its not exactly pleasant for customers either.

Worst place to fill a script...absolutely horrendous customer service. Unknowlegable employees and lack of urgency. If there was a negative rating, we would give it a -5 stars

The pharmacy absolutely sucks. Can never get ahold of anyone back there. The only way to get anyone on the phone is to call the front store and have that person physically take a note back to them and hopefully they call you back. Every time their excuse is they’re slammed. I’m sorry but Walgreens has fewer staff at one time and can manage answering damn phone call. Their website and app do not work properly. You submit a refill and receive a confirmation email but then later in the day there is no refill in progress, on line or via they’re automated phone system. How can they allow this to go on day in and day out. What’s it going to take to get any kind of customer service

This pharmacy is awful. Workers are rude, wait times are long, even if you call in your scrip and they tell you it will be ready in 2 days, its not. Please expect a 26 hour delay from the time they tell you to come.

They dont accept goodrx for controlled substances. Felt like they thought I was an addict. Im not trying to get a narcotic, just something that is controlled. All around terrible experience.

Dropped off my prescription one day, I came back when they told me to. When I came back a pharmacy tech acted like I was an idiot for coming back that day, even know I was told to. She said she was confused that i came back the same day. She told me to come back the following Monday, which was four days later already, so I did and it still wasnt ready. I guess Ill find a new pharmacy.
