I didnt have a note worthy experience here in my rating until now. Between two birthdays in one month, the bakery did an absolute wonderful job on our childrens birthday cakes. Thank you so much!!!

This is very nice grocery store! It’s very clean and organized! It’s so overwhelming how big this store is and how much they have! Now if your looking for cold pressed juices they won’t have that! This is comparable to a Lucy’s, Kroger, rally’s or Safeway! I still give it a 5 because staff was nice, lots of parking and everything was neat! Would I shop here maybe for some things but I’m a whole foods and sprouts kinda girl! But those are in CA! But for people that live by here it’s very nice and I enjoyed getting my Starbucks coffee from inside!

Clean and friendly but every time I here there are issues. The 1st time was mostly my fault but I informed the staff id be right back and if I wasnt back in an hour to put all my stuff back. I was back in 40 minutes and everything was put back $200 worth of groceries I had to go get. This time the computer system rang up our stuff wrong and they misplaced an entire bag of our groceries. Going to try and find a different ingles in the area because this is the 3rd weekend ruined by grocery shopping there.

I love Ingles but the prices are getting too high for my Budget.

They have all kinds of beers. Even though I dont drink myself, my boyfriend likes to buy their build your own 6 packs.

The best selection in Kings Mountain of any product hands down. The employees are wonderful and very helpful. Not to mention the friendly and delightful staff at Starbucks, which is one of my favorite things about this Ingles.

Store is always clean, with easy to find sections. The deli is one of my favorite places to stop when I shop here

This is my go to grocery store in KM. Im normally a Publix shopper but this place has just about all the items I need. Very spacious and clean, with a very large vegan selection.

Im torn with this one, because I love the vast selection of food/ fresh produce that Ingles offers. And its always very clean and well stocked. BUT, its nearly impossible not to find the very same product on a shelf at Walmart or even another grocery store at a MUCH CHEAPER price. If I go in Ingles and get only what I need that is on sale, its okay. But who wants to shop at multiple stores?

This is a great place to shop for Grocery Very clean the only problem i had is the fresh pick 🍓 need to be in cool refrigerator area not on a stand not being Cool . and if the stand that on the right .When you come in door has a refrigerator it was not working i felt no cool air

I absolutely love this particular Ingles. It’s always stocked with everything you need- well minus pandemic products 😷. It has a Starbucks and I love coming to the meats. Their meats just look cleaner than any other grocery store meats. Their deli food is good. Store is always clean. I look for things on sale and special price meats (mark down). Fresh produce and pretty fruit trays. This is my go to grocery store

First time ever shopping at Ingles. Clean well laid out. Amazing choices great selection of goods. Iwill be returning. I could easily overspend there lol. The staff were very efficient and polite as well.

I take stars off because ingles is not cheap. They add a surcharge on everything. Very rarely do you save money. Unless it is a special. They definitely have the best deli of all grocery stores in Kings Mountain. Its not even close. They have a pork loin all you do is warm it up. It is so juicy. Also I like their bakery. The pound cake already sliced is great. They also have a Starbucks. But Kings Mountain has its own Starbucks now. They also have a pharmacy. And Gas Express outside. Along with a car wash. They really keep their stores clean.

Just an awesome grocery store. Has everything you would ever want to buy.. Wish there was one near my home.

Great Store, Not so Great Chinese Food, Rice and Chicken both were extra Dry. Being that it was only 4pm there is NO EXCUSE other than the food was left unstired and left to dry out. The food should have been thrown out and new food place for the Evening Custmer Rush. What a shame it all LOOKED so good. Probally will NEVER Purchase Asain Food from the Hot Order Station again.

Good clean store

Longtime customer here, have always been pleased with the customer service until today.. picked up a large pork shoulder and proceeded to check out. Cashier notices that there was a partial sales tag on it with a discounted price per pound, but was ringing up another price. After being sent to the meat dept and getting talked to like I was trying to steal something, I put it back and went to Walmart..

I like it there cause it is an American owned Company. I also worked for them years ago. I remember when they first moved in to Shelby over on 226 with Revco who is now CVS on the corner and thre prices are the same as other Grocery stores and there is more than one way in an out stop by an get you an Ingles card or get the app on Ingles because they have good sales.

I was spending time with my bestfriend and we stopped off here to pick up the ingredients to make chicken parmesan over fettuccine with garlic bread and a salad. We were able to find everything we needed and added some rainbow sherbet to the mix. It was a good day.

I love Ingles. For those of you who love fried chicken like me and refuse to give it up, try Ingles. They have some of the best fried chicken around these parts! And its so reasonable, 8 pieces are less than $10. GO INGLES!

I absolutely love shopping here. For some reason I never feel like Im in a ingles. Which is a good thing because some ingles look awful/dicuising but this one very clean and the workers are very nice.

The store is clean and well stocked with good service in all areas except... instead of being inside at registers, two or three bag-boys are congregating in the parking lot. Wont give five stars because of that.

Store is always clean and well staffed. Great salad bar and deli. Lots of very tasty items to choose from. Food is always fresh and its very rare that youll find theyre out of something. Youre always welcome to taste test any of the deli items. You have to try the rotisserie chicken salad. Made fresh multiple times per day and always great!

Good air

This is basically a one stop supermarket for all ur grocery needs. Fresh fruits & vegetables. An experience that everyone needs to check out for themselves.

Come here often for the salad bar. Normally great... but last visit, the lettuce didnt look as fresh... but enjoy the different salad toppings offered on the bar.. the pasta salads seem to change frequently tho.

I use the Shelby NC Store, as that is the way I go home. Its quick its simple its easy and its probably aout the best Ive ever come across. I like to think myself a good cook. They have one of the best assortments of food certainly in our County, Rutherford County, Polk County, Cleveland, U get the point. This store just has a wide selection and as such when I want to use a lot of ingredients that is special to a recipe Im working on this is my place. Clean neat but their prices are not always the greatest. Their are other stores around us with a little better prices but to me a little bit extra money is worth the extras. My average poke bill is around anywhere from $281 down to $10 a bag. Very clean store, very neat store, laid out well with a Bakery in store making Fresh cakes, pies, all kinds of fresh 🍞. I mean different breads, flat breads & the list goes on. Really nice meat department they just got everything that you could want. There is a cheese dept that is out of town with cheese from around the world !! If youre around this store say within 50 miles.... Certainly......... Worth the 🚙drive.

I thought prices were to high.

Ingles is always way over priced. We usually only go for the subs. I feel like they need to train deli staff better on sandwich prep and safe food handling. I shouldnt have to ask them to change their gloves before touching my food.
