Customer service leaves a bad taste in mouth at this store. The manager is not nice at all nor is she very helpfl.i was looking for some shoes with my mother, she has a bad foot,and needed assistance,but the manager had attitude when we ask her for help, so my mom just told her nevermind.

They used to have good selection and great sales but theyve gone downhill in the past few years. I only wear Toms and they have like 3 styles of them. The clearance rack was mostly really ugly heels in sizes no one wears. The mens shoes could have more dressy and fashionable styles too. Its mostly just sneakers.

I have to wear large sized shoes myself, so being able to find a good fitting pair is tough for me, but the people there were patient and SUPER helpful in heloing me choose my shoes!
