I keep our camper here. Very nice staff and clean. It needs to be seal coated and striped, the asphalt is horrendous.

This place is very clean and well lit. The assistant manager at this location, I think his name was Kevin, was very helpful and we found the perfect unit for me. He explained the contract very thoroughly and answered by questions very politely. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends!

My price has tripled in a year and a half. They are taking advantage of price hikes in all industries. They say they have improved but I am on the same old 40 year asphalt parking spot I was since the beginning. Other than a new keypad at the gate its the same old place.

Class A Motorcoach. Need I say more. Literally a tour bus. Looked all OVER for a place where we could pull in, have a nice paved surface to park the rig when we arent using it. Not only are they gated and lighted they have full security and are easy to get to from the major roads. They are a full service storage facility, covered, uncovered as well as temperature controlled units if you have boxes or whatnot. Staff ridiculously friendly and helpful! If you need a storage facility, look no further!

Overall this is a very nice place and the representative was outstanding, so for that part of our overall experience, Id give Extra Space a 5-star rating. The reason for the 1-star deduction is hours of operation for accessibility. Currently, one has to come during normal operating hours in order to access and load/unload storage (for interior units). Since they close at 6:00 PM, this makes it difficult for those working day jobs to get access during the weekdays. I understand they are in the process of installing a pass code system that will allow for broader hours of access (though not full 24/7), but thats still several months away. Once that gets implemented, I fully expect my rating would upgrade to 5-stars all around. BOTTOM LINE: Good facility and friendly, helpful, and attentive customer service; just needs to broaden hours of accessibility.

Very nice staff. Answered questions, friendly and extremely helpful and understanding. Very clean. Well lit, carts were a plus. Hours are horrible. Huge drawback on accessibility. It will make a tremendous impact on my personal experience if hours were increased.

Mika is great. Shes courteous and very customer oriented. Great communication. The issue i have is not with the employees but the company and their practices. I was charged for insurance that i didnt need due to having my own renters policy. I put my belongings in storage one month and within two months i got a notice saying my rent would go from 114.00 to 194.00. Mika helped me out with this and ended up at 166.00 for the following month. I had to move my belongings to a different place with a more stable rent amount. Thanks for all your help Mika.

Let me tell you about this place, the cleanest facility of any i have seen in a while, the young lady that helped was oh so kind and generous and had the greatest smile while helping me out. Not only would I recommend this place to anyone, but everyone. Great experience!

Extra Space Storage in Kingsport, TN took over the storage facility I have been in with my 5th wheel for 5 years. Several different companies ran the facility over the 5 year period, but none ran it as smoothly for customers as as Extra Space. They are keeping the facillity maintained and are very helpful. The manager, Mica is very personable and helpful.

Meike and Elizabeth were great. Easy access to the unit. Good hours and price.

Needed storage fast in the kingsport area! with one quick call, i was easily able to obtain storage on the spot. micah (at the desk) was very helpful and kind! she immediately and thoroughly answered any questions i had! the facility is spotless, provides large carts for easier transfer of items, drive up access to a large double door, and 24/7 surveillance of entire facility! the only reason for the 4 star rating is for their current hours. due to some work being done to the facility, i am unable to access my unit after 6pm. hopefully these hours will not be in order for long. overall, i would definitely recommend extra space storage!

This was a pretty nice storage facility. Our stuff was well protected, the facility always looked clean, and the staff was friendly. The only real issue we had was the lack of staffing. We were on a time crunch to move our stuff out of the unit we rented, but the facility opened an hour late due to someone calling in sick. We were able to contact them through Facebook, and they were really apologetic and courteous about it. That was really the only incident. Everything else was fine.

The people that work there is very friendly but I don’t like that the people that you talk to by phone doesn’t let you know about the extra coverage you are required to get all the price you pay for the unit is misleading. Had I been told that I probably would ha e went somewhere else but I needed the unit that day..

Lousy hours, closed on Sunday. Employee called in sick on a Saturday and could not get our stuff. Took time off to help someone and could not take anything out. Poor management.
