Worst company ever. They do NOT care about their patients at all. Horrible customer service even the doctors office that we used despised them. They tried to force us and the doctors office to tale equipment we didnt need and couldnt get what we needed. After the passing of a family member a month later we are still trying to get them to pickup there equipment. They do not try to help any at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE THE WORST IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!!

Waited a week and still had to go elsewhere for my needs. Customer servuce did not understand english. Worst experience ever. These people dont care at all. Never use this service again. Was told by staff that my request was not important to them.
