I moved here from North Carolina & contacted my C-Pap DME office in Hendersonville to let them know that I need everything faxed over to this office here. They said no problem. That was this past Monday. I called the this office Tues., Wed., Thurs. & today (Friday). I spoke to someone there today & was told yet again that they never received the fax of my information needed. However, yesterday (Thurs. 01/09/20) I spoke to someone there that said that they did indeed receive the fax (Which I know they did because the place in North Carolina got a confirmation #/ the 2nd confirmation that was sent on Tuesday). I was told that I need to see a doctor & the doctor would “Ok” me to receive new C-Pap supplies. Therefore, I went today & let them know & that’s when they said “We never received a fax. What?!?! My C-pap is not working properly because it the water tank has a malfunction. I have had nose bleeds & terrible headaches all week & today I was short of breath & felt dizzy.I told the Kingsport office this & the lady gave me attitude.Not having a properly working C-Pap can cause serious health risks. That is why a sleep doctor will tell you to never fall asleep without one.I will research who I need to speak with to turn this office staff in for horrible, incompetent work towards their customers. This is supposed to be a medical environment!

-100 ratingUpdate:. May, 2021 I have contacted this place over and over and made trips to office. Can NOT get any answers or any return calls.-5 rating. Long review. Only used this company because doctor approval. After doing business with Euclid Ave location, it closes and I was never notified. I began using Stone Dr location. Nothing good has happened since. Euclid Ave store had returned my Activox portable ox machine for repair. That took a couple months. Fast forward to April, 2019. Activox returned for same repair. Stone Dr location never contacted me for decision or outcome for problem. I contact office, the employee on front desk, Felicia, (is the most cold and uncaring person Ive ever met in a business that deals with public), They have to request approval for replacement. Ok, two weeks later, I contact again, had to do 2ND request. Im leaving for vacation in 5 days. She said they dont know anything else to do. Other than Felicia only there because its a job, the company had no concerns for my health or outcome of problem. Will go without supplies before doing business with Lincare and will never refer.
