My A/C was blowing warm air, and I tried to refill the refrigerant, but a fine mist escaped from near the radiator. Chris replaced an o- ring on the high pressure side for no charge, but it turned out the condenser was leaking. He was able to replace that and get the A/C blowing nice cold air. He was easy to work with and has a good friendly personality.

Very nice workers, and reasonable pricing. In and out with an oil change fairly quickly and was able to go about my day in no time.

While taking care of my vehicle, Chris noticed my inspection was due at the end of the month and offered to take care of that as well. Additionally, the team also did the oil change.The service was fast and courteous! I scheduled an appointment and went in for an oil change. Chris came back out and told me my car was throwing codes, that he noticed my mileage, ran some tests that he had shown me and suggested a transmission/ break fluid change and to replace my spark plugs. I figured better safe than sorry and had him change everything while my vehicle was in. He showed me about the coupon online which was awesome. I figured when my mpg was decreasing it was just regular wear and tear, but since he changed all that it feels like its brand new again 😊. Im very happy with my service and that he caught that! I will definitely be going back to this mechanic.

Was there yesterday for an oil change, turned out if it wasn’t for Chris going above and beyond I wouldn’t of known about the issues I had with my vehicle. Not only was the work done quickly and professionally, but also the team working there impressed me with how much they involved me in what they were doing. The guy at the desk is slow and needs to retire. They have 1 worker and hes always on the phone. 1 1/2 hours for a oul change with a appointment is unacceptable.

Needed a new exhaust system. Ive been coming here for years. Repair was done quickly and expeditiously and no issues since.However the time I was there, every person who had their car looked at or worked on, the new manager told them there was wear on the tires.I just got new tires a few months ago, from them and he made it sound like they were ready to fall apart. I understand the need to upsell and make money, but if this is going to start being an every visit thing, Im going to consider going elsewhere.If I dont need it to run properly and safely, I dont want to hear about it.

Dealership didnt have hours that worked for my work schedule. Saw the reviews for Monroe in Kingston and was pleasantly surprised. Called made an appointment. Go over today, gets me right in. So as Im waiting a guy comes in and says hes gotta a weird noise. Could the manager go out an take a look. He obliges and the guy happily left. He says it was just a small branch up from the tire making the noise. Ive been to so many car repair shops an seen how most will rip you off for the smallest thing. Not this shop. I will be back and highly recommend.

Its March 14th 2019 and the nicest day of the year by far! It was 64 degrees outside and everyone and their mother were trying to get their cars fixed today. I called after noon to see if they could squeeze me in to get my van inspected, aligned and oil changed. Knowing full well that they were probably slammed because the first two shops I called had laughed me off of the phone for calling so late. They were wonderful. The older gentleman who answers the phone and works the computer said to drop it off and they would have it done between appointments by the end of the day. It was done in a couple of hours with plenty of time to spare. They were wonderful!

Ive been going to Monro for a while since I moved here, they are honest and down to earth guys. Firestone was going to charge me $300 more for service that Monro did superbly. While other autoshops try to upsell you things you dont need, Monro tells you exactly what you need. I highly recommend these guys. Extremely personable, honest, and helpful with their services.

Ran into problems but called in morning and rick the manager did everything he can to get car done as fast as possible. He also gave me a card for 2 free oil changes. He was very apologetic even though it wasnt his fault at all. They did a good job with my car even though there was some issues. But again they were fixed and im very pleased. Will continue to bring business here. Thank you for being professional and understanding and finding a solution.

Ray is a top notch guy. He finds any problems and tells you straight up, this is what you need done, will tell you what you might need done soon, but will never tell you that you need something you dont. Staff is friendly,helpful, and honest, customer service is second to none. Only down side, corporate makes the rules and sets the prices, and staff is stuck in a corpetate strangle hold and deserve better, and should have the power to work with the customers, not bleed them dry as per corporate policy

After having a bad experience at a different shop I decided to switch over to Monroe, not only is it closer to home but great prices as well! The guys there are pleasant to deal with and are very time effective. I will be returning in the future for any work needing to be done.
