I walked in and the owner was on the phone. I walked around looking for what I needed and couldn’t find it. I stood at the register for a minute before he acknowledged me. Finally he looked at me but didn’t get off the the phone. I asked him for what I was looking for and while still on the phone walked over to a part of the store where they should have been. Finally he told his phone call “I gotta go I have a customer” to tell me they were sold out. It was very rude to stay on the phone while “helping” me. Also the music was very loud for a kitchen store.Response to the owner:I was there on a Monday by myself. No gentleman friend and the lights were bright

This place is amazing! It is easy to see how much these two guys care about their customers as well as makers of fine wares. Every time I walk into the store I feel welcomed as if it were my own home. So much care and consideration has gone into every inch of this place. The cooking classes are top notch! Awesome unique items!

I often buy items I didnt know existed. Love shopping with Sean Nutley and his partner. From carpets to gadgets, table cloths to stem ware they have everything you need for your kitchen.

So I took my 9 year old little girl who loves to cook and bake inside to check it out. It was if we were invisible in a little store cmon not one hello or Can I help you to a little girl and her daddy clearly excited to be there. I felt no welcome, acceptance nor equality in my own community that’s supposed to be diverse and accepting. I felt sad for my daughter who didn’t know she was being subtly treated indifferent for whatever reason it was it was felt

Always a warm and wonderful place to shop or stop by and chat. The guys are super knowledgeable about their product and very friendly. The only drawback is I always go to the store for one thing and wind up finding two more things that I need. Love it, a wonderful addition to Kingston’s up and coming cadre.

Great shop, merchandise is excellent, and the service is top notch. When in Kingston, be sure to stop by.

Never again. After repeatedly visiting without ever getting even a simple greeting I decided to give them a chance and opted to buy a couple unique items--one of which needed to be back ordered and I paid up front. I was told it would be about a week because the item was simple and the designer was local. Over a month later--Im still without it.

Very nice place with wonderful cooking classes and tons of amazing, locally made products. If you want the best of what the area has to offer this is the place to go!

Beautiful shop!

No customers, only the resident dog and 2 people who seemed to be either the owners or employees. They did not ask if they could help us find anything not a peep. Left and still nothing. Not a place I want to revisit or spend money in.
