Amazing quality work, great prices, and incredible customer service.This is by far the best piercing experience I’ve ever had. The piercing was quick and painless and I’ve never had such a thorough aftercare explanation. I’m pleased with everything about my piercing. The placement is perfect, it literally doesn’t hurt at all (I got my eyebrow done) and I anticipate that it will heal quickly. I’ve gone to a lot of shops and none have been this patient and thorough.

Best place in kingston to get any piercing!! any other place I’ve gone to is either dirty, or uneducated in piercings. jorian takes the time to measure and make sure you’re comfortable, prices are on point for the service you will be receiving. all my piercings done by him are never crooked, and heal amazingly. any other place in the area will mess up your piercing.

I got my septum pierced here and it was incredibly crooked, I had to take it out the night of. It wasn’t pierced in the correct spot, as it’s supposed to be pierced in a soft spot in the cartilage, which mine was not so it hurt 10x more than it’s supposed to. I will be getting it repierced once the hole heals but definitely not here. Worst $40 ever spent.

I was very impressed with how sterile everything was, how friendly you two are and hot at ease I felt getting my septum and helix pierced. I was provided with complete information up front and complete care instructions. I will return for a couple tattoos and another piercing, so stay tuned.

I am reviewing the business named Metamorphosis Body Modifications:Before the businesses were divided, I had been going to them for tattoos and piercings for years but a month or two ago I called to make an appointment with the lady who I always get my tattoos from and the guy on the phone rudely said to me that shes not there anymore and he told me they have a new tattoo artist who happens to be a girl named Cassandra who I used to know. I was surprised that she is tattooing already since she has very little experience. She hasnt been tattooing for more than 2 years. Im not bashing them, just informing you.

Came here a few months ago to get my eyebrow re-pierced, and then came back to get my first tattoo. The owners are very personable and make you feel right at home. Super clean shop and all jewelry is good quality. Definitely will be coming back again soon!

My husband and I just had our 3 month olds ears pierced by Jorian. We could not have asked for a better experience! The shop was extremely clean and Jorian was super friendly and professional! He took his time with her and measured to make sure everything was perfect! They look beautiful! I am so glad that we decided to go with a tattoo and piercing shop and not a store in the mall. We (myself and two other ladies) were on a trip and wanted to get matching tattoos to remember our trip. We called Metamorphosis on a Friday night to see if they could get us all in. We worked with the tattoo artist on an image. She was fantastic! She heard what we wanted and made it happen! It was a clean, safe place, and the artist was personable and made us feel at ease. Great experience! Would definitely go back to this shop when I make it back to Kingston.

They were so nice and attentive! They gave me very clear instructions on how to clean it. Would definitely go back again.There is a $7 up charge for credit cards, just an FYI.

Supremely awesome. Friendly and down-to-earth. My piercer clearly knew what he was doing and was meticulous in making sure it was done correctly. The post-piercing instructions were explained in detail, plus a bonus tip on where the recommended soap was on sale. Definitely recommend.

Pricing for the piercing and jewelry is decent and the piercer has a great humor which is comforting. He clearly knows what hes doing and does all the sanitary steps required. I highly recommend this place for a first time piercing. Would have definitely gave a tip if I had the spare money for it!

Very disappointing experience. I got three piercings while I was on vacation, and two weeks later the stud of the earring caved into my ear. While I was there the person piercing assured me that if I had any issues hed be happy to help, but when I called to get help he said he would charge to fix it. Theres nothing worse than people being fake nice with fake promises to sell you something, and later when theres a problem taking no accountability. A total waste of a lot of money.

Got my sons tattoo on my arm. Brought a drawing of what I wanted and she took it home and made it even better. Great tattoo artist. I will never get another one by anyone but her.

I got my tongue pierced and I love it! The gentleman that did it was very professional, took his time so he could get it right. Definitely needs 5 stars!!!

Ive gotten both tattoos and piercings at Metamorphosis. Tanya is a phenomenal artist, shes talented, focused, and really cares that the end result is something youre 100% in love with. Jorian is a wonderful piercer, very precise and mercifully quick about it lol. Both are very friendly, kind, and easy to get along with. If youre looking for any sort of body modification I cant recommend Metamorphosis enough.

Literally the worst experience ive ever had. first of all, the man was rude to me from the start. didnt tell me he only took cash until after replacing my septums clasp. didnt have cash, so he told me to walk to rite aid to do cash back. he gave me a hard time about leaving, though it was his idea, and forced me to leave some of my belongings on the counter so id have an incentive to not steal from him. rite aid was closed so i asked if i could venmo him or somehow send him money a different way. he said no and told me to get back in the chair. he aggressively removed the clasp like im saying so aggressively that my eyes instantly began watering and i left. the most traumatic experience. rude, harsh, aggressive, and horrible marketing. on top of that, everyone ive told this story to has had a similar, weird, unpleasant experience here. im shocked by all the good reviews. this place is sketchy and im never going back

Went there about 2 weeks ago with my daughter to get her septum jewelry changed out and her ears pierced. We had been there 2 times before with good experiences so we were both surprised and disappointed by this last experience. When we were filling out the paperwork at the beginning, I asked how much the ear piercings would cost. He said $20 each ear, so $40. It was for a second hole, on the lobe, nothing fancy. I asked also to make certain I had enough money with me. He was a bit rough changing out the nose ring, ok...then he did the ears, the second one bled for quite a while but we exchanged stories and all was well. At the end when it came time to pay he said ok thats $80. I said I thought you said it was $40 total? His entire demeanor changed instantly, he became extremely aggressive and loud and in my face that it was $80, all piercings are $40 each, 40 and 40 are 80... I backed down because I felt truly threatened with a sick feeling in my stomach and my daughter was with me. I paid the $80, but felt horrible doing so.His prices are not posted anywhere. The contract you sign holds him not responsible for anything at all. The jewelry change in the past has been $5. This was a misunderstanding and we could have discussed it reasonably.I have no issue with his prices, but if I were told at the beginning the true price I would have had the choice to get only 1 ear done, use an atm, or say wait til next week when we have the $80. But instead we will never be back and I am sharing our experience with all of my friends, many of whom are customers there.
