Awesome!! I’m new to the area and new to oil heat. I ran out!!! Augh! Reasonable off route charges and Dave, the delivery guy was so awesome he came in and restarted my furnace. I’ve worked/work in the service industry and appreciate how busy Ace is and am so grateful for that “go the extra mile” attitude. Carol in the office was so helpful & professional. Ya can’t beat a local company that cares about their community. Forget about Kosco & Bottini where you’re a number, not a customer. Ace is the only one I’ll call. Thanks for great service!

The best prices around, and they always deliver when they say they will or sooner. On occasion theyve even squeezed a delivery in for me on short notice!

So much cheaper than Kosco ($2.62 per gallon vs $2.19)! And they have always been very polite and friendly to me.

If i could give them a negative number i would. Worst customer service ever. Couldnt even give me an estimate time of arrival like between 1 and 2. Cant believe anyone will deal with this so called company. Dont call them.

TERRIBLE, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD, AND THEY LIE AND STEAL !If you are a masochist and enjoy pain, go right ahead and sign up with Ace Oil, cause youll get plenty of it...but if you are a reasonable regular person who just wants a damn oil delivery after you have paid in advance and they are holding enough $ in your account to cover the NEXT TWO deliveries, yet they REFUSED to deliver and wanted STILL MORE $$$, causing me to run out of fuel and FREEZE in TEN DEGREE BELOW ZERO temps last Winter, yes, they did that, well, if you are a SANE person, you will definitely NOT want Ace THIEVING Oil for your company. After such atrocious service I naturally closed my account....well you know what ? It took them OVER A YEAR to REFUND my balance, and when they finally did, they SKIMMED TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS OFF OF IT ! I heard this same complaint from other Customers, that Ace had STOLEN $200. when closing a pre-paid account, but unfortunately I learned that AFTER I had already signed up with them ! They suck, they lie, they steal, they dont care if you freeze and your pipes burst.... if these are characteristics you want in an Oil company, you know where to go....but for Everyone else, RUNNNNNN in the opposite direction.

This is one of most unreliable company, they promised a delivery last Thursday and never came, called up next day and she said they delivered up till 2:00 am and then asked if I was a new customer and I told her yes, evidently a new customer gets poor service,then they promised delivery of kerosene on Sunday and no delivery, so dont hold your breath, very inconsiderate and not dependable when we called on Monday they told us it was delivered, it wasnt and then told us this afternoon, we cancelled beware of this company, meanwhile we kept putting money on door each day..Horrible
