I had been trying so many places and they finally got me approved for the car that I wanted ! I spoke with Cassandra Saucedo who helped me through the whole process. She was very professional and answered all my questions. She did not pressure me or try to push me into making a purchase. She went over all the features on different trucks and was very patient in explaining everything. It was the most relaxed experience I have ever had purchasing a truck. The paperwork was done in a fraction of the time it usually takes. Mrs. Saucedo has been helpful beyond the purchase as well as far as accessory items for my truck. I reached out about a vehicle I was interested in, got in contact with a young man named Issac very nice and professional,asked him for a drive out price I was comfortable with, he said he would reach out to me after working the deal out. He had someone named Cassandra call Me. She was very rude and obnoxious, told me they cannot meet the price I wanted but,thats OK I understand that,so I was trying to negotiate with her and she wouldnt let me get a word in,I asked her why arent you letting me talk? She continues to talk over me,I ask again can I talk please? She then says Im going to let you talk now go ahead. I tell her theres no way you are the manager,you are very rude and unprofessional and I wont purchase from you. Then I ask her for her name, she says so is there anything else you need? I ask again what is your name mam,I need to report this to your management team she then hangs up on me. You really need to train your staff properly I have never had an experience like this and have lost my business now.

I would like to share my experience with Neesen Dodge, Chrysler in Kingsville, Texas. I was recently experiencing issues with the HVAC system in my 2015 so I called to schedule an appointment to have it serviced. Keep in mind the Durango only has 6,200 miles since the purchase date in October 2019. This repair was done partially under 36,000 mile extended warranty I purchased through AUL, which is $100 per extended warranty claim. I get a phonecall (04/15/2020) with a diagnosis. Technician stated that the condenser and the suction hose Schrader was leaking and it was NON-REPAIRABLE and had to be replaced and THIS WOULD NOT be covered under extended warranty, which would mean it have to be expensed out of pocket ($126.00). I did not believe this repair one bit or diagnosis, because I know these Schrader Valves are replaceable, just as they would be an any HVAC application....So I asked to keep the parts that A/C Line for self-inspection. So the pictures show that the Schrader Valve was not only removable, BUT REPLACEABLE. This valve core could have easily been replaced for at the least $10. INSTEAD they would rather not look out for the customer and decided to expense me for the cost of the entire line. I do not recommend this dealership for any repairs, even if you have extended warranty. TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. I will be reporting back to AUL about this experience as well.-Jeremy Witt

As far as New Car Purchasing experience goes... WOW! I’m 26 years old and this was my first time going through the buying experience alone. I’ve purchased two other vehicles with my mother present so I had an idea about how things went. Long story short, I bought this vehicle from 600+ miles away from the dealership in Far West Texas. I’ve never even set foot in Kingsville! Nor did I ever hear of Neessen. I found this dealership by doing the build and price option on Jeep’s website and the website told me where I could find the exact match of what I wanted. Abel is a terrific salesman to work with. I told him exactly what I wanted and he worked very hard to give me exactly that! I agreed to the price over the phone on Monday. They prepared the documents that night. I paid my down payment Tuesday morning and they got my Jeep on the road that afternoon! I signed everything on Wednesday morning!! WOW! I thought I’d have to plan a trip to drive down there to sign and pick up my vehicle! Abel made this effortless! Any concerns I had he took care of them. Any questions I have (even now) he’s there!Customer service has been a driver in my loyalty when making any of my purchases. I could definitely say I’d recommend others to buy their vehicle here and I most definitely will look at purchasing my next vehicle here too!My vehicle came with a protective layer for my paint and it’s supposed to be reapplied every 6 months. So I made an appointment to drop my car off today at 1:30 and then I call at 5:30 to check the status cause I know they close at 6:00. I was told that no one was able to get to my vehicle!!! If that was the case why did I have to call them and why wasn’t this told to me sooner. Now I have to depend on someone else to take me home and bring me back tomorrow.

Price will automatically be $1000 higher than you expect. No matter how good you think your deal is you can do better literally anywhere else. They will force a $1000 auto butler detail service which you will never be able to use. Its not even a detail service, its just for wax. Thats right $1000 wax. Weve taken our vehicle in twice for auto butler and they always find a reason to turn us away. They made it sound like a cleaning service but they wont clean anything and they wont do the auto butler service unless your vehicle is absolutely spotless. No matter how much you gripe they wont remove the auto butler from the sale. Just another way to take more of your money for nothing. Go elsewhere and save yourself at least $1000.

Sales rep Cassandra sauceda was a great help when it came to making the sale .she did go above and beyond to help lower my payment she did a great job at that. Its after the sale was made that I started having issues being that I am from out of town . I found some factory defects the evening of the purchase and was told that it would get taken care of . Its going on a month now and still havent had any resolve .so I highly recommend dont take the vehicle until everything is in good condition and repairs are made before purchas or you might find your self in the same position I am in .

Wish i could rate this place zero stars. They had me waiting for a week to go view a vehicle since it wasnt show ready finally after a week, im trying to find out whether its ready so i can take the 2 hour drive out there and buy this car ive been trying to buy for a week now and they say thats fine. they start to process my paperwork hours later i still havent heard anything only to find they sold the car that i was supposedly buying in the 3 hours i was waiting for them to process the paperwork for.
