Took my car in because my radio wasn’t working and I had problems with a bad tire. Also needed an oil change. They offered to drop me off while my car was being worked on and kept checking on me while waiting for my car to get fixed. Waited about 2 hours. My car even got washed. They did a great job!

Received a phone call to trade in my 2015 F150 from Tim Noble on Wed November 20. Stopped by Wednesday evening for a quick look at the Ford lineup. Thursday went to Alice Chevrolet to compare options and found them unwilling to negotiate a deal. Went straight back to Sames Ford and talked to Mr. Noble about options and inferred that I did not want another Ford. He then showed me the options available from Nissan. Though the MSRP was higher than what I was looking for He went above and beyond to try and work a deal that was in my payment range and on completion of the deal on Friday exceeded that by 200 dollars less than originally expected as well as a competitive interest rate. Fantastic service from all involved at Sames Nissan.

Beware of the salesmen here. The two that helped me, seemed like they were only trying to help themselves. They wouldnt answer questions directly. I even caught one eating a corn dog in an office while my kids and I waited in the sun for an answer to one of my questions. When he came out, he still didnt answer it. The first guy that helped me was trying to be sneaky and when I caught him, he just kept making up lies. It wasnt until I got in touch with the manager and he came to help that anything was finally done. Had he not shown up, I wouldve walked out a third and final time. Instead, he got me into the truck I loved. Only reason for two stars instead of only one is because of that manager**Edit**Apparently reviews arent actually read as I stated I spoke to the manager and yet the response Im given is ... In my experience, it just another car dealership looking to make a quick buck off you. Sales rep tells you what you want to hear and give you their word and not follow through. Once you are off the lot they want nothing to do with you

Had the pleasure of working with Roque Johnson on 5/15/2020. Before going to Sames I had gone to dealerships in DFW, Brownsville, Harlingen and McAllen. Hands down Roque is the best sales rep I’ve ever dealt with. He accommodated my covid-19 concerns and we did most of our business via phone and email. Not every dealership is willing to do that, but Sames stepped up and gave me all the help I needed remotely. I truly appreciate the accommodation.At first I resented the 2 hours drive to Sames in Kingsville. But Let me tell you, it was well worth it and I’d do it again. He got me into a really nice Nissan Maxima at a great price. They worked to get me a good Interest rate. And before I left they cleaned and detailed the car spotless and gave it a full tank of gas for my trip back home. I’m blown away from amazing costumer service. I wish y’all would come to my hometown instead of the dealerships here!

You can start by finding someone who isnt as rude. The service tech for Nissan has a really bad attitude anytime weve gone in. In addition, the cost for labor was ridiculously high. One would believe your company/mechanics are actually price gouging. The cost of the labor at your company is significantly higher than any other mechanic shop, including those of any diesel mechanic. I only wish I had taken my truck to another mechanic for what I paid you all. Theres still a loud whinny noise coming from the a/c, and it only seems to really cool when my truck is moving, and the check engine light, that I had previously taken my truck in for, is still on. The checklist sheet that your tech filled out is also wrong. In that they noted that the washer sprayer inspection was passed when in fact weve known for many years that passenger side washer is broken and does not dispense fluid; and it remains so. Very disappointed.

When I bought my car they lied about it never being owned before aswel as where my auto loan came from. Thet are very dishonest.When I went for my free oil change and multipoint they told me I needed new brake pads and rotors resurfaced but I had just put in new parts the week before.

My review is only about their repair shop, nothing to comment about the sales dept. Had my Nissan in shop for a tiny repair, basically for the ignition key replacement. I swear to God, I said it from the start that the problem has to be the worn out key. Yet they insisted and performed a diagnosis. And since the key was a too minor charge, they came up with a bad battery cable that has to be replaced. I said ok, its a five minute job. No sir, for a 10-15 dollars cable and a copy of the key that I can get it even from Wal-Mart, the final bill was close to $400. Dear Sames, next stop is BBB.

Well Luis and Marco and I firget the other finance managers name they went above and beyond to put me in a brand new KICKS which I Love and I keep pinching myself Brand Spanking New And they made it happen They made me so HAPPY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THEM.
