Great customer service on campus and very friendly and knowledgeable on drinks. And the drink was amazingly delicious!

Ive never had reason to complain about this location until now. I placed my order at the drive thru ordered a grande sized herbal tea along with some pastries & another drink. The croissant was burned at the bottom, the scone was warmed after telling them not to warm it up, & not only did they give me the wrong tea but the wrong size as well. I get that people have off days but cmon.

If I could give zero stars I would. Poor and rude management. Its the first week of school and theyre already out pf iced coffee and failed to make cold brew. By the second week theyre still out of iced coffee, so I order a cold brew instead. I like my coffee strong so I ask for a shot of espresso and the frumpy manager tells me NO, and says the cold brew is too strong for that. She then rushes me through the line and doesnt let me finish my order. This same manager also lectures and nags employees in front of customers. Sure, were only college students why do we deserve good customer service? So here I am sipping my weak cold brew and I am never coming back to this Starbucks again.

Nice MONOPOLY of incompetence, cant put a medium amount of espresso IN a large ...SORRY grande cup, has to be 4? AND always out of half and half. I lived here for 2014 and 2015 then visiting NOW 2017, just ever incompetent --wifi is also garbage u need a password for university wifi, plus hours are all over the place.

Tasty drinks, friendly staff. Although they do tend to run out of ingredients pretty often--not their fault.

Yaaay!!! Starbucks lover. This is the only starbucks in Kingsville. As it is managed by University. The promotions and offers doesnt work. There is no Drive thru.

First, anyone is allowed in here, students, people of kingsville and surrounding areas. If your not a student there is a visitors parking lot across from the Memorial Student Union Building, where starbucks is listed. During the summer they are only opened M-F 7am-2pm, during school they are open M-F 7am-9pm and Saturday 7am-2pm. Overall they are a good place for coffee, unfortunately they are under the standards of Aramark and not Starbucks, also at times a bit slow. Drink quality, food quality and atmosphere is definitely worth 4 stars.

The only game in town.Please, bring the GF breakfast sandwich to Kingsville!

Drove all the way off highway, hours show open online, but they were closed. Big waste of time. No outdoor sign either, just have to walk around till you find it.
