Great prices and absolutely DELICIOUS! We came in just to browse, then just wanted to grab a couple different things to try but ended up with 13 donuts/pastries!😂 Service is very efficient and honestly quite fantastic though some might find it brusque. We got apple turn over, blueberry fritter, apple fritter, a few jelly-filled, an old-fashioned, apple bear claw, blueberry scone, peanut butter and jelly and a chocolate croissant. We cut it all up and shared with 7 people. Honestly, ALL fantastic!

Factory Donuts is my go-to in Kirkland! I often do trainings and I’ll always come here for the donuts!Parking is super easy, as this shop is located at the end of a small strip mall.The interior is unassuming and pretty small but I’m not sure how many people plan to stay and dine their after buying something?I had a great experience with the woman a lot of people seem to complain about. Was she pretty quick between selections, by saying, “next”...? Yea sure, but I’m not sensitive and that didn’t bother me. Most recently I needed 4 dozen donuts and including fritters I ended up with 5 boxes. As I attempted to carry them all and get through the door she exclaimed “oh let me help you!” and proceeded to help me to my car!I’m not much of a donut expert, and out of the multiple different kids of donuts I bought most recently I only tried the buttermilk bar. WOW! delicious! Super soft on the inside and a bit more firm and crunchy on the outside with the most exceptional flavor.At all of my trainings most everyone asks where the donuts are from and exclaim, “these are SO good!”. The fritters, all 3 flavors, seem to be an exceptionally big hit.

This by far was the worst experience I have ever had when trying to support a local business. This morning my friend and I came in to purchase 2 1/2 dozen donut boxes for a brunch with friends. Upon entry the older associate was rude, short, and demanding. We were unable to see the donuts due to a large number of children in front of the case in the previous group. We asked to look at the donuts before making our selection. She was so disrespectful and confrontational in response that we chose to exit without purchasing. Save your time/money and support businesses that value their customers and promote courteous services. Will not go back/reccomend instead spending your money at Countryside Donut House (11613 124th Ave NE). They happily took our orders/money ♡♡♡

Best donuts on the Eastside. Their prices are surprisingly inexpensive. Staff are always pleasant and helpful, though sometimes they get pretty busy.One anecdote: a few years ago for our wedding we got 16 boxes of Factory Donuts and they were were a huge hit! The owner gave our order a lot of attention to detail as well, even swapping out some particular donuts the day-of during pickup because they didnt look as pretty as they would like.

Ordered donuts through Grub hub and order was cancelled because business did not accept order. When I called to ask why my order was not received the lady blamed Grub hub password that she was given. Then said it was for the dozen donuts umm no I only ordered 8 donuts. She kept trying to put blame on grub hub when the blame was her own issues. She could have been a lot nicer as well wont be ever ordering from here

First time at the donut shop, the customer service was awful. I wasnt greeted upon entry, they rushed my every move, and they didnt even thank me! They even asked if I wanted to leave a tip...--I might have left one if you didnt ask! On a good note, the prices were great compared to other shops in the area and they have a huge variety! The donuts tasted yummy and the iced coffee was amazing! Ill go back for the food, but hope next time the service is a little better.

This is certainly the best place to get donuts in the area. It beats any local grocery store and other shops by far for quality. The staff are also some of the most friendly I have met. The first time I went there, they gave me a donut for free, and since then my family and I have been going there often. This place is so great!

We love this place. Definitely not fancy or big (there are a few booths) but the donuts are soooo yummy. Great selection and variety. Really fun donut holes, they have 6 flavor options. One is covered in sprinkles and the kids love them! I really like the toasted coconut ones. Yummy yummy yum!

Any time of day but especially early in the morning, these donuts literally melt in your mouth! Very many innovative toppings, very very hard to resist. Service considerably more pleasant than it was some time ago, even above & beyond now. Prices have surely crept up to where you know youre paying premium, but youre also getting premium.

If there were friendlier faces behind the counter, that would tip the scale. But honestly, place is pretty popular from what Ive seen so they probably dont have much incentive to change.

Factory Donuts has a large selection of gorgeous, yummy donuts and other pastries! Theyre conveniently located in the Kingsgate neighborhood in Kirkland. Easy access from I-405, very little traffic and ample parking. The prices are super reasonable, not inflated like some overrated donut shops, and the staff is quite friendly/customer service is very good. This store supports local non-profits/their local communities too. Well continue to patron Factory Donuts!

Extremely great light and fluffy yeasted donuts. they have cake ones but i didnt get any. The only minus is that I dont like the shortening-based fluffy frosting they put in the chocolate cream ones instead of the dense, eggy custardy pastry creme I am used to. If youre a chocolate and cream donut fan I dont think theyll wow you. However I would go out of my way for all the other ones though even just dusted in sugar. Sky high fluffyness and good sweetness level. Superb.

It was extremely difficult to understand the employee at the counter due to her thick accent, but I eventually managed to order an Iced Latte and two donuts. I was asked if I would like vanilla flavoring added to the Iced Latte, and I said sure.I was charged significantly higher than the listed menu price, with no explanation or receipt offered. After going to the nearby Subway, I went back to the outside of Factory Donuts to look at the menu to see if I could figure out where the extra charge came from.After a minute or so, the employee who I had ordered from and a second employee who had appeared gestured for me to go inside. Without my having said anything. they already knew that I was wondering about the charge, so this might be a common occurrence at this place. After talking to them, I understood that an extra $1.50 charge came from a tricky menu format where the flavor price ($.50) was meant to be a subsection of a line above it saying espresso ($1.50), and customers adding any flavor pay the $1.50 espresso charge in addition to the listed price for the individual flavor(s). (even for non-espresso drinks like the Iced Latte, apparently)The second employee seemed genuinely apologetic when I stated that this was a pretty dirty trick and refunded me the difference, despite the first employees protests. The first employee also yelled something at me (or maybe at the other employee) as I left the donut shop with a bad taste in my mouth.You probably wont run into the issues I had with this place if you dont order coffee, or at least dont add flavor to the coffee without being aware of the extra $1.50 charge in addition to the flavor charge.$1.50 isnt a lot of money to be tricked out of, but I wont be going back to this place out of principle. Which is kind of a shame, because the donuts are really good.

Very simple and straight forward place, I like the straight forward customer service and was not bothered by accent. If anything the concise woman behind the counter i could see coming off a bit short with people but I didnt experience any feeling of disrespect or rudeness just very matter of fact. I enjoy the customer service and I enjoy their donuts. They tend to have donuts later than most places.

The best little donut shop! I grew up in the neighborhood and spent my allowance here a number of times. Now that Im a dad, I get to share with my daughter the delicious varieties of fritters (apple, banana, blueberry, cherry), and all the other classics. There are no substitutes!

These are THE BEST DONUTS Ive tried in Washington state! They arent doughy in the center like 99% of all the other ones Ive tried. They cook them to perfection, centers of the donuts not raw or doughy. I like them even more than Krispy Kreme donuts! 🍩👌

Best donuts ever! We go every Friday, and theres always a long line of customers picking up boxes and boxes. Donuts are made fresh everyday by 4am... owner gets to work at midnight. The owner lady is kind but no nonsense. She wont take crap from anyone or misbehaving kids. No splash or gimmicks, just great donuts. Apple fritters and bear claws are my favorites. Or try the bacon bars.

I live right around the corner and thought I’d try these guys out. I’m new to donut life so I had no idea what I was looking for. The minute I walked in I felt uncomfortable and I welcomed. They rushed me to order and continuously made rude faces my way. I thought I’d give them a second chance because the donuts were good but the second time was the exact same. So rude and disrespectful. Honestly just wanted some donuts not some shade.

Never had a better glazed donut.

They had a larger than typical variety of donuts and pastries and even bagel dogs. The women helping us took the time to let my 2 year old pick out donuts for us. The cake donuts we picked were tasty, fluffy, and not overly sweet.

I was conflicted on how many stars to leave. I am leaving two stars for the actual donuts. They are not greasy or too sweet. The customer service is horrible! We did not feel welcomed at all. We felt more like we were in the way by walking into their. Both ladies rushed us with what we wanted. It was our first time in and our last time in. Nice small little shop that feels like it could fit in downtown in big easy coast city. Its a bit cluttered and cramped but the donuts are good. Everything is fresh and they offer enough variety. It doesnt look like much but they put the quality where it counts-in the food.

I took my son and daughter there this morning. My 5 years old daughter was standing there trying to decide which donut she wanted. The selection was not that great. The short old looking lady owner was very rude because my daughter couldnt decide which one she wanted, the short old lady owner gave us a mean look even though we were there no more than 3 minutes trying to decide the very few and unique selection of donuts they have. Terrible customer service, we walked out with out getting any donut and WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. All my friends and families will not visit this shop again. There are better donut shops around the area with much much better customer service.

Quaint family owned donut shop next to the Sno-King Ice Arena in Kingsgate. They serve donuts, fritters, croissants, soft drinks, milk, and coffee. There is plenty of parking. The store only has a small dining area. The owner reminds me in some ways to the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld but in a good way. The donuts are always fresh. They also serve these huge glazed donuts.
