Lori and the deli team prevail again! They do such an incredible job with catering! Everything is packed so beautifully and ready to travel! They are fast, expedient, and so friendly! Lori even walked everything to my car for me and threw in serving utensils, serving tongs, and extra barbecue sauce!

Really impressed by my Totem Lake QFC. Parking can be a bit of a hassle but Im willing to overlook this barrier just because of the shopping experience.Not only do I frequent this location for my daily groceries but Ive used the pharmacy to get my free flu shot (covered by my insurance).Majority of the employees I have interacted with have great customer service, which is so important and does not go unnoticed- so thank you!!I really appreciate this business providing senior hours for those who may have older adults in their family, as well as the covid hygiene standards QFC has implemented.Thank you QFC!

Just visited their store. They have all the varieties you could ever get especially with Indian stuff in Seattle. Huge frozen section. Very neat, clean and organized shelves. Awesome.

Poor place to work. Ron, an assistant manager makes up rules. The manager runs 2 or 3 stores and hr also. Poor management and dont recommend working there.

Unfortunately it’s been slowly going downhill over the years. They have replaced the long-time regular employees, fewer checkers and longer lines. Quality of food at deli and hot area is getting worse, we can’t even eat the baked chickens anymore. Seafood and meat distributors must have been switched with cheaper suppliers. It’s not terrible but also just not great. However it’s an awesome location just off 405 on the right hand side. The people at the pharmacy are fantastic and quite helpful.

Great store! Especially for vegetarians and vegans. A lot of items to choose from, and good sales. I’ve found great food that I didn’t know existed, because they produce their own line. It’s usually hard to find veg stuff that is also low fat, not here!

Getting groceries are very convenient because of the fast and accommodating staff.

Have wasted multiple lunch breaks at the deli counter here. Just spent six minutes ignored while three employees helped only one customer. Multiple people walked away. Being this is the fourth time this has happened in the last few months I won’t be wasting anymore time trying to spend my money at this location. Okay store if you don’t need to worry about being anywhere in a timely manner.

Found everything we need. Meat and produce are fresh. Customer service is good. Parking is plentiful. It is easy to turn in and out of the parking lot. We noticed at least two handicap spots by the West entrance of the store. There is a customer restroom as well.

This store is the best! The pharmacy and the folks are great! I can’t say enough about the pharmacy folks.

Location of the Kroger owned QFC chain. Great selection of products. Wine, cheese, natural foods, etc. Store has easy parking and an easy to shop layout. Updated look. Convenient shopping with a pharmacy in store as well.

Deli service was great. I went back and forth to check prepackaged prices and the process at the deli, and as soon as I knew I was buying one of my items at deli, someone helped me. She was helpful and pointed out that the price on Boars Head was on sale, if I wanted to choose that. She gave me a slice of my choices to taste.Found everything I needed, even though its not my usual QFC.

Today was not a good day for customer service. Higher end meats and cheese. But the checker today seemed bothered to be at work. I can only assume intentionally going slow, and then didnt even bother to say hello. This is typically the response here. Self check out much more efficient and you dont feel like you are bothering the employees.

Mallory and Lori at the deli counter are the best kinds of humans! So friendly, so helpful, so positive! They are a joy to interact with! Boar’s Head meats with great daily sales! Come for the food, stay for the deli employees!

I grew up in the Seattle area, and Ive been shopping at QFC stores since the early 1970s. For 30 years QFC was my go-to store, they were by far the best choice in the area for grocery chains. But since they were sold to Fred Meyer, and more recently Kroger, Its been an overpriced commodity retail outlet. The quality of their meat and produce are pedestrian, but they somehow feel Justified to charge higher prices. Meh...

I go in here all the time because it is close to my office, but today I had a great experience with Amanda in the Deli. I needed some help catering an event ( cheese platter ) and she went out of her way to make sure I got the most bang for my buck. She helped go over all the options and put together a custom order and called me when it was ready for pickup. Very great customer service!

Totem lake Q. Rude manager. Didnt like my question, wouldnt explain his NO response. Rudely says to mewhy are you looking at me like that rolls his eyes and walked away. Unprofessional to say the very least. I will never shop there again

Great people on there. Every staff wants to help you. In 10 minutes visit in there I had 3 employees asked if they can help.

A M.O.D named Michael had no problem helping me with my wants. Nice not having a finger pointing or an I dont know. Out of all the stores in the area Michael is #1 of all employees. He deserves a REAL ATABOY from Mgnt. and some type of raise. He is a keeper!!!

After visiting multiple other locations in the area, this one has consistently been the best. Ive never noticed it to be particularly dirty or out of many items and I cant say enough how friendly and personable the entire staff seems to be from all departments.

I use this store once a month, when I do, the employees that work in the pharmacy are so nice and friendly with a side of professionalism.The food items are priced a wee little high but easily affordable.Stores always clean,also restrooms are stocked and cleaned on a steady basis.Happy shopping.

Let me just say that the tall man who helps with the self check out is a great example of good customer service.

Open 24/7 I stop in late at night to grab snacks or groceries. But you pay the price;It seems like prices are slightly higher than other Kruger stores that close the doors at 11:00pm. Staff is generally friendly and helpful even at night.

I wouldnt normally take the time to review a supermarket, but this Kirkland QFC has had a welcome upgrade in layout and organization, and still having a nice emphasis on NW regional products. Staff has always been nice to me, too, which I welcome as a late evening shopper.

I usually go around 7 or 8pm, super quiet in there. Clerks all mind their own business and dont harass you every time you pass by, Finding everything ok? That drives me nuts. Helpful when you ask, doing their jobs when you dont. Getting out of the parking lot is a bit annoying, light is always backed up.

THEY ARE OPENED 24 hours a day 7 DAYS A WEEK! Thats the best part of the store haha, they are always stocked on their products .Lines are quick and staff is friendly. I was looking for cotton candy grapes, grocery stores usually only carry them during the summer,I went to all the closest groceries to get bulk of them. I was obsessed with them for a while. The guy at produce helped me and went to the back to check if they had them, but they were out and said they might get more on their next inventory day . He offered to get my number and call me when they came in, I thought he would just throw it away and forget. 4 days later I got a call from him saying they just got them and that he will have some on hold for me with my name on them.That is outstanding customer service . He was so friendly,outgoing and I totally suck for not getting his name because he was awesome !!! I am forever grateful for his awesome customer service because this summer I was always stocked on my cotton candy grapes craving haha 😂

Large QFC with an even bigger parking lot. Their prices are a bit high and I dont trust their seafood dept. Last time I ordered Salmon I asked why it was so colorful, and they told me they dye their fish a certain color! I was hoping they would tell me its fresh from the ocean, but no!

This qfc has a great produce dept. Great meat and seafood as well. Checkout is always quick thanks to the uscan. The prices are reasonable to expensive.

Usually not crowded when I go (late in the evening) and the employees are really nice. I really like the rotating themed food selection as it allows me to try stuff I wouldnt normally.

I often find a lot of bugs and mold on the fruits and vegetables here. The credit card units tend to go offline a lot too. The pharmacy is fairly good though.

Fairly small with higher prices. The advantage is they will have better hours during holidays and serves as a place if you need to add balance to an ORCA card.

One of their staff left a shopping cart in the parking spot I was pulling into. I kindly honked my car and asked the young woman to return the cart since its store property and because im parking in the spot. She threw a fit and pretended to return the cart saying she works for QFC and that Don is her manager. Spoke to the manager and he said hed have a talk with her. If this is how they treat customers ill shop somewhere else.

Redbox kiosk on the outside... BECU atm on the inside.If you order a sandwich, salads, etc from the deli dept, they can ring up your grocery purchases at the same time.For a smaller store they carry the essentials + some gourmet brands. Nice to have self checkout stands to offset the long cashier lines.

Avoid this place. Management is vicious and ruthless towards their workers. I’ve witnessed it first hand. Unbelievable.
